初めて伺ったのですが、お手洗いが外にあるとは知らずに間違えてお店の奥に入って行きそうになったら厨房の男性シェフの方にスゴイ顔で怒られスゴく怖い顔で睨まれました。。。
あの態度は客に対してとても失礼だと思います。「そちらではないですよ」と普通に教えて頂く事は無理だったのでしょうか？料理は美味しかったですが気分を害してしまいとても残念なランチになってしまいました。接客マナーを再度周知頂きたいです。

松井山手ブランチの中にあるアメリカンダイナー。ローストビーフやステーキなどが安くて美味しいです。カウンター限定のローストビーフ丼はオススメです！今回は友人がいたので、テーブル席でパスタランチ頂きました。野菜たっぷりで副菜も美味しかったです。モクテルも種類が多かったので、次はこれも試してみたい♪お店の方がどなたも親切で、とても気もち良かったです！

Ordered squid ink paella with calamari and spicy fish roe. It was quite tasty all things considered, but some bits of rice was dry and chewy. The portion is so tiny though. Their menu said M size would suffice one person, but if you’re not gonna order any sides, better go with L size. Would come back again to try other dishes.

The restaurant is located inside a shopping mall, on the floor of several bars and restaurants. Crowded, with a queue to get in. I had to order at the counter and sit at the collective table in the mall hallway. At least the view is great. I ordered spaghetti and red wine, which were good. Average price. I expected a calmer atmosphere, but it's a place for happy hour and nightlife. It wasn't a bad experience, but I wouldn't go back because it's not what I'm looking for.

I used here at lunch time, I have not booked here yet, then already full of booking inside, the server took me for outside table , bit cold outside。

Authentic and general Spanish cuisine, good for enjoying the atmosphere.

This place is bloody terrible.

We ordered 2 pasta for brunch, and 2 coffees, each +400 yen.

The spaghetti is super watery and overcooked. The coffee tastes like Georgia coffee sold in supermarkets as 150 yen for 1L.

The terrace view facing the Tokyo Station is the main attraction. Nice view. The food was not what I expected and I know other Rigoletto restaurants; the Margherita pizza showed a certain neglect with top ingredients distribution .

I chose this restaurant for a quick lunch alone but I think it is also perfect for a dinner with friends. With an elegant location, you will find a complete menu, with meat, fish, salads, sandwiches and desserts. The service is fast, perhaps a little absent in the room. The prices of the dishes are not very high, I think they are correct with the quality of the food you will have. I took a salmon salad, a raw chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream and a coca-cola, in total I paid 2860 yen. It was a good lunch, I will definitely return.

I returned for another lunch about a month later from the first part of the review. Nothing to say about the food, very good. The service however this time was terrible. The whole time I had the eyes of both the dining room staff and the kitchen staff on me, as they said a few sentences to each other after looking at me. I felt very uncomfortable and not at all relaxed. At the end of the meal I went to the bathroom and when I returned my bill receipt had been replaced. After a quick look I went to pay. Only after leaving the restaurant did I notice that they increased the price of my dessert by about 500 yen more, without any logical sense. Errors can obviously happen but it is still an error and a less than perfect service. If you don't want foreigners in your restaurant just say so straight away. Or do you think that a foreigner doesn't know how to read receipts? I could have gone back but I didn't want to make a fuss over 500 yen more. Surely next time I will check the receipt better or have you check it since you didn't take your eyes off me even for a second. I'm very sorry because I really liked the restaurant but I don't know if I'll go back.

We ate a lot of good food here- I only remembered to take this one photo- but all the dishes we had were very tasty.

No1 spanish restaurant in SHINJYUKU

Came for lunch and sat at the patio tables. Very nice atmosphere.

Food was also good. I ordered the daily fish cooked in bouillabaisse, which came with a small tapas starter and a coffee. It was delicious although for around 2500 yen, this was almost an expectation.

It’s a pricey restaurant but the ambiance is nice and relaxing.

The food is good too specially the Paella❤️ and the best part of the paella is the burned bits of waiter will help to scrap the paella pan so you could enjoy the best part and they did it elegantly.

Steak is tender and delicious and same with the rest of the meal. The sangria compliment with our dishes. We just hope they have a pitcher size for sangria that we could share rather than a glass.

It's a fancy Spanish restaurant that is good for a date spot. It has a perfect atmosphere at dinnertime. The food was freshly cooked and good.

サーロインステーキ丼+コーンスープをオーダー。サーロインは脂身少なくあっさり。スジはなく柔らかでした。ソースも甘み控えめで好みです。ソースのかかった雑穀米も美味でした。
これで¥1,000はコロナを経て各種値上げがある中頑張っておられると思います。
夜の欧風バル使いもオシャレな感じなのではないでしょうか。

Over cooked , no flavor , waiter forgot they had a table outside . I could of leave without paying they would not even notice

Located right across Tokyo station on the 7th floor of Shin-Marunouchi building. This place is very crowded especially on the weekends.
The food is great(Just one thing: I have a love-hate relationship with the seasoning they put on their chicken wings) and reasonably priced too. Loved the smiling faces on all the restaurant’s staff.
There’s an outside seating too. Friday night is some music night with live DJ. Outside seating has great vibes overlooking Tokyo station.

The place is located inside of the apartment building, it seemed a little weird, but the restaurant itself doesn't look bad. The food took around 30-40 minutes to be served, while we were the first ones to arrive, so it seemed quite slow. By the taste, it wasn't bad, but quite normal, and the portion of paella for two seemed enough for just one. So, overall, not horrible, but overpriced

Don’t usually post a review with comments even if it’s disappointing but this was next level disappointment.
Garlic toast was dry and felt like it was old bread. carpaccio but the fish tasted funky and not fresh. The drink melon matdor was good except the menu was misleading, it said sliced melons but ended up with a dried up melon. Steak was overpriced for just few pieces of steak and dry. Chicken was alright.
Overall, the service was mediocre (seemed like they prioritized others) chicken was good and the drink as well.

I would say if you are coming here because the rating is high, I would recommend just drinks and appetizers (looks like this is the reason why their rating is high) otherwise the rigoletto in Shibuya, Roppongi, and oshiage (by order of best) is way better

An outdoor dining area located in Takashimaya, it's a wonderful spot to while away the afternoon. The Spanish food especially the Paella were well presented and tasted delicious with an abundant variety of ingredients that were well prepared. The prices were on the high side for lunch, but on the flip side, there were hardly any lines. The standout was the supet comfortable couches dining under beautiful blue skys with the convenience of Takashimaya

Very expensive prices for much smaller portions than shown on menu photographs. Forced purchase of entree items as a requirement of booking. Table booking charge also added to the bill. Be prepared to send a minimum of 4000-5000 per person here, and still be hungry when you leave.
Staff were lovely, but the management is obviously pushing hard to make as much money as possible out of dinners.
Will not be going back here.

A very nice place in the building right across from Tokyo Station.
There was a bit of construction ongoing on the 7th floor; while there was no noise, some areas of the floor is not accessible. This restaurant is in the same area called Marunouchi House which also has a few other restaurants.

This restaurant’s entrance is actually through a small wine cellar that serves as a short hall. Quite common for some fancy reataurants but I liked how the cellar/entrance/hall (because of the needed constant temperature) cools you off on a hot summer day before entering the premises. There’s an indoor area with grand chandeliers lighting up the room, and the interior is quite elegant. But there are also quite a lot of terrace seats where you can enjoy your meal and drinks with a great view of the Tokyo Station building. I can imagine evening here must be real nice.

We had the lunch course which came with small hors d’oeuvre, salad, soup, a choice of main dish, drink and dessert. Everything was very delectable. (The Skirt Steak with creamy Mashed Potato cost an additional 500 yen.) The lack of choice for coffee as a drink was the only thing I thought was unfortunate.

Staff were very friendly and attentive. I do think the servers should speak up a little bit more as I couldn’t hear properly what we were being served. (To their defense, it had already started to become busy.) As a result, while I liked what I was eating, half the time I didn’t know what I was actually eating.

Just a normal day walking around Shinjuku then suddenly we craved for Spanish Food and crossed paths with Paellan Peaces.

All food included in the picture were so delicious!!! Specially the Stewed beef paella 😘.

Perfect place to eat, have a few drinks and relax. And the view of Tokyo Station is phenomenal! The service was great and the food came out in a timely manner always. If you're in the area and what a scenic dinner area then this is the place to come to! I highly recommend this place to anyone who has good taste.

Food portions are fair for price but very average taste. The exterior of the store is very nice but inside seating is oddly sectioned and hard to navigate through the store. Also the bathroom is located outside of the restaurant so it was a little dirty.

One time and off restaurant. Don’t like getting ripped off. Ordered seafood paella and got a plate of Spanish rice stingily sprinkled with small pieces of squid and clams. 4000¥ for rice is a bit much. And the otoshi was 1000¥ for a small scoop of potato salad with a couple of saltine crackers.

Long breathing restaurant in Shinjuku neighbor. I believe they were one of earliest places where we could get nice paella. Very kind, intimate and nice service.

Had Lunch service on a weekday. Not crowded at all; all the prices seem justified. The soy meat omelet was a little soggy but the dessert was a wonderful treat! The servers were very attentive and friendly. No bathroom though.

Seasonal chocolate mint waffles were good. But overall the place is just okay, nothing special.

Very nice Spanish restaurant for lunch on the terrace.

Pros: good food, beautiful terrace seating, good location.

Cons: small-sized portions (they were okay for me); takes a bit of time to make the dishes, so not ideal if rushing.

We ordered two “sampling boards” and a salad to share for dinner but only half of the food was actually good. I believe it was lamb on the meat board that tasted horrible. Poor lamb baaaahhh

お肉もサッパリしたお肉でサラッと食べやすい😊
隣のサラダと合うお肉です。
ソースが濃ゆくなく、どちらかと言えばサッパリ目で、ナチュラルに素材の味を楽しめます。
これは、雑穀米の方が合ったわ〜😂

サラダのドレッシングも美味しくて、このドレッシングがご飯にかかっても美味しく食べらる代物。

テイクアウトメニューも豊富で美味しそうだったので、中で食べるのが気になる人にもオススメです♪

They are really nice Spanish restaurant!!! The atmosphere looked like I was in Spain!! Great interiors and decoration!! They have indoor and outdoor seats. Outdoor seats look really awesome! They put umbrella open for us! They served great appetizers like prosciutto, olive, and so on!!! And paella were amazing!!! The taste must be authentic Spanish local!! Not only wine, but also original cocktails, sangria were delicious and stunning!!!!! Staffs were friendly as well!!! I really recommend you come here and enjoy in the balcony tables!!! Enjoy!!

Every dish we order tasted quite greasy without too much flavor.

It was good experience. But it was:
- small cramped restaurant
- menu without pictures
- taste not bad, but also not good
+ safety restaurant with social distance tables
+ friendly stuff
+reasonable prices
+not far from station

Came on a Sunday afternoon to celebrate a birthday. We ordered the paella course for four. Food was tasty but average. We were made to wait an hour between appetiser and main course. Other tables that came after us and also ordered paella received their paellas before we did. We asked staff about our order twice but they were not very helpful, only saying "It's coming soon" both times, not offering any explanation. Lucky it was a nice day out and we were not in a hurry to get somewhere else, but if it normally takes that long to make paella (doubt it), feel they should have told us when we ordered. If they had forgotten or lost our order (which was probably more likely the case), then they should have explained and apologised.

Dessert came quickly after mains, and the waiter said he would bring the cutlery immediately. However, he went on to do other things and seemed to forget about us. After a few minutes we had to ask another waitress for the cutlery. The waiter came again to deliver our coffee, but sighed heavily as he put down one of the cups.

The place has nice terrace seating, and the food is okay, so it is a shame that service was very slow and lacking. Will not come back, as there are plenty of other great options nearby.

Two family generations doing extremely well made Spanish food. I highly recommend their fresh oyster (reserve and have them save it for you, always sold out) and always end off with the best french toast. crunchy! I got their Rioja red wine (by good chance, met the family. they have a daughter named after the spanish wine, lovely family!)

this is the weekly tomate sauce pasta.weekly dishes and pasta are there.all lunches includes mini salad and more and less ¥1,000.Though the restaurant inside seems very busy,I was admired with nice and smart staffs. But they sometimes concentrate on their thing actually

I usually go to Rigoletto in Nakameguro, which I must say I enjoy a bit more due to its more homely style and location.
The one on Marunouchi if of course very Central and easy to reach, but I prefer a more intimate setting. I felt it was very full and a bit "squeezed". Price-wise I was disappointed that we had to pay table charge (I hate that ...) but the food was of the finest quality with a very attentive and friendly staff to make our evening something special!

Loved the seafood paella here , probably the most flavorsome I’ve had in a while. The appetizers were alright. Nice staff & spacious restaurant.

Had a lovely time @ Adrift doing the Chef's tasting. Evening ambience is relaxed w/ a nice warm glow to the place and our service was top notch. All the food had a nice Mediterranean/Italian spin on it with the bruschetta & Wagyu beef being major standouts. Would def recommend to anyone needing a break from the Japanese cuisine around town.

A very good place to enjoy the Spanish national dish ! The valencia paella is the star among others in my opinion, since it serves unusual ingredients such as escargot and the rabbit meat. The lunch time is the best time to eat here since they serve a parlla course menu that includes breads, some hams, and coffee for around 5000¥ (2 persons). It might by a little bit pricey but in term of paella I think you can’t go more authentic than Miguel, at least in Tokyo.

Visited the restaurant for 25 years with my boyfriend, and husband, now. Very friendly staff, and delicious dishes. Same quality. This restaurant is the best in our life.

Good atmosphere and good food. But place is a bit isolated. Long walk from Shinjuku station but a lot to see around during the walk so may be okay for some people. Beer selection is limited to bottle beer other than just one draft beer. Wine list is good enough.
