Poor customer service. Arrogant staff. I had to ask why my parcel arrived 3 months ago and was never notified. Some Staff smoking and attending to customers smelling cigarette. How I wish I could completely avoid it while making online abroad orders. So sad to such a national courier.

EMS Kenya will lose your parcel 100%. I thought I was alone until I found a bunch of people with a similar case. Avoid, avoid avoid!!!

I sent out a parcel to Finland with the promise that it would be there in 1 week. I paid Ksh 6500 for this. 2 months later it was still in Nairobi and had not been dispatched.
I got the parcel back and have been calling them daily (very unresponsive) seeking a refund. No one cares to assist.

I was at the branch in Nairobi experienced very hostile customer service but since It was Saturday and wouldn’t have time to visit their office till the next weekend I opted to send the parcel still despite the experience .. lo and behold I wrote a complaint letter it’s a week now it has not been acknowledged and my parcel has not reached and last status update on tracking remains the 3rd October and today is the 11th
Very dishonest staff when you ask for the delivery date they just guess 2_3
I regret having used this service truly again I say cheap is expensive let’s stick to other efficient couriers especially with very important documents...total waste of time!
Don’t bother to call the help desk or any other number. You aren’t going anywhere ! Use tracking number to track your parcel within Kenya ? Good luck ! I
Horrible! Save your nerves and use any other service, except EMS! IT IS ILLEGAL TO WITHHOLD OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS! They keep documents for months because they don't pay their creditors! My girlfriend hasn't received her passport and birth certificate and it has been SEVEN (7) months!! We will have to apply for a new passport, but before we travel to Kenya a lawyer will take care of it. EMS has to cover all travel expenses plus application fees!
Customer service line can't b received. No business can survive in this times with that kind of approach to communication. Poor service and pathetic!
