Mr Alex was incredible. He didn’t just pick us up as a driver. We were relocating to Korea so we had a lot of stuff. He was our third set of hands, even taking the care to make sure our dog had a place to get out and use the bathroom before our domestic flight out of Gimpo. He also helped us find where to change money and set up our phone data before leaving Incheon.

My wife’s parents are visiting in a few weeks and Mr Alex has helped us to arrange their transfer as well. If you’re looking for peace of mind getting between the two airports easily, Vip transfers is the answer. Thanks again for everything Mr Alex!

VIP transfers was a great experience from booking to drop-off! The driver was on time (actually a bit early) to pick me up and very professional. The car was comfortable (I took a nap, lol). We arrived at the airport in good time. I will definitely use this service in the future. It was nice to have to worry about travel to the airport!

We worked with VIP Transfers for a ride to Incheon for my kids and I. We were able to book several days before our flight. Our driver arrived early, was very helpful and the process was so easy. We arrived early for our flight and didn’t have to worry about the stress of coordinating a ride. Would definitely recommend and use again!

Amazing service!! Made my first visit to Korea very comfortable. My driver, Sean, was very helpful and friendly. Waited for me outside baggage claim on my trip from the airport and made sure I got my luggage and self to the car safely. Upon arriving to my destination he made sure I got exactly to the front of where I needed to be and even called to front desk for me to find the exact location. On my ride back to the airport I had the same driver and again he was very helpful with unloading my bags and sending me in the right direction. The car was very clean and roomy. Definitely going to reccomend this service to all my friends and family.

Seriously, if all companies worked the way this one does, the world would be a better place. I have heartfelt thanks to the people who helped me to secure a ride for my VIP, and not only did they keep in touch with me via messenger, they told me the moment he was on board in the car. I have never in my 63 years of life dealt with a company as professional as this one is and I most certainly recommend them if you need a transfer service while in South Korea. My hats off to whom ever runs this company. You certainly have an amazing staff and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your professional service. Mr Kwon was prompt, professional and very helpful when he came to pick us up. He was friendly and courteous during our long trip and he answered all our questions. He also accommodated our requests and we had a great experience driving up the coast and then to Seoul. The price was reasonable, the vehicle was very clean, very spacious and super comfortable. I definitely recommend VIP Transfers Korea and will use them again.

I would highly recommend this company if you are interested in renting a charter bus or van. I used the company while leading an English summer camp and they were always professional, reliable, and easy to work with. Additionally, the owner BackSan was continuously accessible by phone if I needed anything and was willing to make last minute changes to our itinerary to accommodate our plans. Great company and would definitely use again.
