This was a real police station constructed in the 60s, it has 4 different rooms filled with interesting stuff. There’s a brochure in arabic that tells you the history of the police station. Entrance is free, there’s a Mercedes benz 280s, you can hop in the passenger seat.
A nice place to visit. It is in a huge ship and a good history place

This museum contains numerous displays relating to Kuwaiti history, society and culture. The museum is quite large, and I would recommend allocating about 2-3 hours to see everything. Please note that entry is 1 KWD, payable by cash only.

Every time I visit this park I'm even more impressed..it's beautiful..green serene.. it's maintained so well.. it offers the most spectacular view of the kuwait skyline...there is a jogging track for 2.4km circumference which is perfect for long runs.. there is ample parking space... there is a trolley for quick bites or refreshments.. and also some nice restaurants.. overall for being outdoors it's a fantastic place

Bait Al Othman Museum is a Kuwait historic museum with artefacts of Kuwait's history and culture. The Museum was mostly empty with one 3 other people visiting, the entry fee is 1KD. The museum looks small from the outside but very spacious interior. Expect to spend at least 1 hour going through all the numerous rooms of the museum. It is worth the visit and very educative/informative.

Absolutely beautiful park! We intended to have a wander round for a couple of hours and ended up being there for nine hours!! Coming from the UK, it's lovely to spend some time in a green space. There are plenty of coffee shops for refreshments and some stunning monuments scattered around.

We were a little concerned that our children (2,4,6) wouldn't have much to do, but they loved running around and especially loved the star fountain. It's easily one of our favourite places in Kuwait thus far.
We were here during week so it was mostly empty. Such a great experience for ua and our baby. Animals are doing great and are all healthy. Lots of places to grab a bite.
An interesting trip with some interesting information and gives an informative view into Kuwait's naval history. The staff were lovely and very helpful, allowing us access to the Al Hashemi II dhow. The only downside was that there was a meeting being held in the museum so we were asked to be as quiet as possible (challenging with three children in tow).

Excellent place for maintaining good health as the jogging track is stretching 2 KM plus surrounded with trees and flowers. Well maintained by the park authorities, very clean. Joggers are mixed of all nationalities, young, middle-aged, and 60+, too.

A must go place for people who love to walk, jog, or run.

This place has fountains with colours that look good.

It has ample car parking in the basement and has facilities for wheelchair too.

Al Shaheed park, located on the periphery of Kuwait city, narrates the story of a land, its history and culture. The park consists of 200,000 m2 of greenery, featuring beautiful botanical gardens, two museums - Thekra & the Habitat, a visitor center, a lake, walkways and jogging tracks, making it the largest urban park in Kuwait.
Nice place, I recommend you visit this place with your children.

Nice elegant heritage house with sadu pieces exhibited and a cafe
Overall good experience. I purchased group ticket. Include movie 25min and Aquarium for around 8KD.

Aquarium: Was put together nicely. The marine life was active and exciting to watch. Would give more stars. But the experience is short. Would take no more than 45min, hour max to fully enjoy.

Movie: Highly recommend getting a seat in section A of the IMAX theater. The screen is massive.
A museum which highlights the Kuwaiti culture and other sections as well. The place looks small from the outside but you will end up spending 2-3hrs. Most of the sections are closed on top.
The only thing missing in this museum is the interactive exhibits similar as to the ones in the Sheikh Abdullah Al Salem Cultural Centre.
Very nice and amazing place for walking , jogging and enjoying the sea view..
You can find restaurants, coffee shops near also..
Inside the scientific center you can go aquarium, cinema , ice cream 🍦 shop , restaurants
But now they still didn’t finish the construction 🏗️ work..

It is nice but not fully accurate as per the title. Still required a lot of modifications, The Aquarium Area is well-managed.

Shahed Park: A oasis of green in the concrete jungle,
A breath of fresh air in the heart of the city.
I love spending time at Shahed Park. It's such a peaceful and relaxing place. I always feel refreshed and rejuvenated after a visit.
And shahed Park is my favorite place in Kuwait City. It's the perfect place to escape the heat and enjoy the outdoors.

Al shaheed Park is a beautiful park, has gardens, walkways, museums, exhibition areas, amphytheartre, coffee shops, restaurant, dancing fountain and more. it is my favourite place to walk and relax; due to hot weather now, we can only walk at night or in the early morning. It has 2 phases and Can't wait to see the phase 3 that will open soon.

A nice place maintained well. Good for walks and has am amphitheatre for any events. Has some cafes but prices are a little bit higher. Has a startbucks too. No kids activities or kids play area.
It was historical and interesting. I wish there were multiple entrances to it, especially the meeting room with the ships.
I really enjoyed my experience here with my husband and his parents.

We saw lots of unusual and awesome animals and sea creatures and the discovery place was so fun with the different stations... I particularly liked the one that timed how long you could balance for.

Superb park. We went first during Ramadan in the morning so it was very quiet and the shops were closed. Then we returned in the evening post iftar and it was still really beautiful and calming. Great spot to chill, work or get some food/coffee.
Wow this place is so good and it's free to visit, staff's are so good, we can see here antiques of marine industries..

Has 2 Cafes, 2 restaurants around
Excellent for kids
The Aquariums are nice
The adventure sight should have a separate ticket than the aquarium, for those who don't want to see both
An old police station seems to be, I went there about 17:00 on a weekday, and found it closed. I waited for a while, but noone came, which is a pity, because it looks interesting! I still enjoyed seeing the few police cars parked outside.

Nice place but ticket price is so high (3.500 Kwd/ticket)
A bit expensive but the effort behind the house is perfect ! Everu minute details given deserves appreciation ❤️
Very nice historic place full of history with many pictures and samples of the old Kuwaiti history in the social, bedouin, political natural life and a lot more,
It's recommended to visit the place if you have a passion for history.

Sadu House is a must stop. Placed at one of the oldest houses of Kuwait, it showcases the history of weaving in Kuwait & the region.

The tour guide, Shaima, gave us a warm welcoming & swept us off our feet with intriguing stories of heritage we see day to day but never thought much of.

Thank you Shaima! What a pleasant surprise!
It is a wonderful place which shows the Kuwait Old Cultures and traditional livelihood. It's one of the best historic places in kuwait. Must visit with Family and enjoy every moment.

You must try the place if you are interested to have unique photos with different 8 rooms
The place also have a cafe as video attached
This museum provides an unique insight on Kuwait’s history. They’ve done a particularly good job at preserving various police cars. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to go inside as the museum was not open, contradicting their stated opening time.🚓🚨
Brilliant museum. It kept us busy with a large collection of objects from the last century that was a wonderful dejavu for me personally. We also had a smart and charming guide to show us around. My favourite museum in Kuwait by a mile

A small but interesting museum on Kuwait’s maritime history. I especially enjoyed the exhibits on the upper floor about pearl diving.
I don’t know what to say about this place except to go see the place and make your own judgment! I have no negative comment or review. This place was beyond my expectations and imagination. Never seen a beautiful wooden boat with such smoothness and beautifully decorated inside out.
Place is very good and new concept to surprise our kids. Price 3.5KWD is little bit high for 15 minuts
Genuinely a lovely place for the kids to visit and I'm happy it's still well maintained over the years, needs a bit of an overhaul but the aquarium is very nice and the staff are lovely.

I could stare at the large fish tank for hours.

Also a lovely discovery area for the kids to play and enjoy

Nice Place visit, we can get over all idea about Kuwait Fisherman life and Equipment, entertainment etc… Background Music will drag to that feelings.

A Nice museum to learn about kuwaiti culture and old ways of life in Kuwait, there is history in addition to science stuff. plan for 2-3 hours to cover all sections. Take your kids with you, they will learn a lot.
Absolutely amazing museum. I never thought it would be this huge, it took too long to finish it.

Positive points:
- cheap entry ticket kd1/-.
- available parking.
- available restaurant & Caffe.
- available both male & female restrooms.
- lovely atmosphere of the old Kuwaiti life.

Negative points:
- no supervision whatsoever, kids & some adults keep trying stuff around. Those stuff are old and precious, they should either be monitored or put in closed glass. Otherwise, they'll be damaged.
new place in cube mall . i liked the idea kids will enjoy a lot . its not that big but good experience price 3.5 kd per person . such a project needs more activities to kids ... the location is not very good no other activities for kids . the mall occupancy for coffee shops and shisha.

A small museum with several traditional boats in free access outside. A good place for the family to discover part of Kuwait history. It should be combined with a walk around the other small museums in the area.

Very nice place, I highly recommend to visit it my gamy they like it including the kids.

The house has several section for Kuwait history in different areas. It’s one of the things that you need to do when you visit Kuwait if you like museums
I really enjoyed the visit here , make sure that you look into the details and read the text as its very informative and very interesting . I have lived all my life in kuwait and never saw a place that has covered all the aspects of like in kuwait , KOC, Police, Army, Citizens, art, music, shopping , and airlines are some of what this museum shed lights on . Highly recommended. Parking available for free, entrance is 1kd (3.5 usd) the place is wheelchair friendly.
It is a very small museum! But it has a lot of history! The supervisor there is an awesome Guy and very polite !
An interesting place, But it's quite small for a museum though.
