Best University hospitals in Lebanon

I was trying more than 10 times to call someone to get appointment with doctor and they have been get from from call to another call
They are careless
Feeling disappointed

This is a for profit company. It aims to rip off patients. Their goal os to extend your stay and extort your money. Do not go there.

Worst emergency service.
The system is dysfunctional and the staff is not helpful. We spent the entire day in the emergency room, yet we have no idea about the medical condition. The results are taking way longer than expected because the system is slow.
If you are in a critic situation and real emergency avoid coming to hotel dieu.

Paperwork system is archaic. For any procedure you have, you have to book the appointment at one office, then submit paperwork for insurance/payment at another office, and after a booking is confirmed, you still have to go with all your documents on the day, submit again and wait to be admitted.
Why bother with pre-submissions and copying paperwork if you still make your patients do it again on the day!!!
Not to mention, that for each step you have to travel up and down, and no one can direct you properly, it’s like walking in a maze.
The is the poorest and most unfriendly system I have seen.
And the cherry on top, no one answers the phones, and no one replies to emails.

I am here for the last 2 hours. All necessary documents have been sent by my international insurance but they are sending me from one room to another. Worst customer service and very dismissive attitude. My worst hospital experience ever.
Should not have come here and never wish to set foot here.
Save your sanity by avoiding this place if you can

Coming from Canada and speaking from my own experience, I couldn’t find a better ER accommodation and service for my baby daughter than Hotel Dieu de France. The ER Doctors were amazing, kind, and to the point within half an hour. I’m so grateful!

Good hospital. The security staff was friendly. I was told that the doctors are friendly and professional too! Pretty spacious area and rooms are pretty wide. Enjoyed the vending machines and coffee machines( spilled the nescafe two times XD )

The hospital is not very clean in terms of bacterial contamination.
