Very bad and delayed service. I'm sure they can compete for Guinness record for the slowest and worst service ever.
I’ve been waiting for ages now !! Tried to call hundred times no one answered as usual… i went to the main office in Beirut airport no one gave me a decent answer !! Speechless

Dos años para recuperar el IVA pagado por un paquete que Correos paseó por media España y no entregó a destinatario por problemas en sus sistemas informáticos y un servicio al cliente tercermundista. Lección aprendida jamás enviar o recibir paquetes con Correos.
I wish I could put zero stars. Packages get lost. I'm subscribed to a box + sms, my package was returned to destination and I was never called or warned about it. Before that, my stuff that they failed to send was kept in storage (they were never mailed even though I paid a lot for them). I was called and told they want to clear out the space. I asked for my items to be sent to Jounieh. They vanished. Feshlin

I've been waiting for a month now!!!! My order came from Turkey and still no update on the delivery!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ive been waiting for 3 weeks now ! My order came from usa via usps it reached lebanon on the 3rd of September ! On the 13th it said it was retained awaiting presentation to custom commissioner. Although its sent via priority mail express with an insurance from up to 200$ .idk whats happening i used to get my orders faster before!
15 days since my parcel arrived to sorting center, still no delivery. Customer service says wait for a call... Till now no calls. Incompetent company at best
Unprofessional. They hack your items ordered from outside lebanon claiming wrong address and ask for money in exchange of it.

Horrible service, they can’t even track your orders nor can they specify an exact date of delivery.
Terrible service, you don't get notified if your order has arrived or has an issue such as customs. They don't answer the phone and when they do they are rude. My order went back to the origin country without informing me although it was at their office for a whole month and they didn't even notify me although they have my contact info.
They never answer the phone they say your pack will be delivered soon, it never arrives they take 4$ and more for delivery, why? Their service is the worst
