A good place to buy groceries, fruits, vegetables and diary products. If you are a recognized member then check over the counter to buy a lot of products at cheap rate.
In this food city, please remember to check the bill and the goods correctly. They are not always correct, sometimes there are mistakes in the bill and points in the loyalist card. Remember to give the loyalty card number prior to billing otherwise they never ask it and just bill it without the loyalty card number.

It has got pretty much any household item for an affordable price. I got a nice container box plus few kitchenware. Assistants are very friendly too, they offer to sample hair oils and stuff before actually purchasing it.
Trusted shopping complex for generations, but with a packed parking space. An example for a diversified shopping mall including a medium sized food city. Staff quality is average, but customer friendly. It's the same as anywhere like this. The price range is acceptable, compared with rivalry. Floors are divided & items are somewhat easy to find.

Good place to buy everything from electrical goods to clothing items. Prices are lower compared other similar places in the city. Crowded in the festival season. Parking limited near the shop so better to park elsewhere and visit.

A best place for a peaceful and pleasant shopping experience at Chunnakam with parking and disabled access. Wide range of product lines. Great customer service with smile ☺.
Absolutely the perfect location with car park and not super rushing, and peaceful place. Anyway, I met couple of Cargills offer issues, some of them in the counter they've to improve the interest on their work and need to give perfect details to the customers.

You will find everything you'll want to take home from Jaffna here at the public market. People are really nice and most of them speak Sinhala too. Some sellers might trick you into buying things you wouldn't want, so beware. Also don't forget to bargain. We got Jaffna Grapes, Murukku, palm oil etc. Also the locals wouldn't mind posing to your camera.
