I must say that due to their service i avoid all the parking/shopping centers they operate at whenever im in Latvia. They will fine you for couple of minutes parking if you didnt put your number in the machine. In our case it was 8 minutes. We send them email with request to annulate fine but got declined although they confirmed that car was there only 8 minutes. So they could check it but could not annulate it because it was not registered. It was 8 minutes. They did not even reduce from 30 eur, instead they wrote a threat in the email that if we will not pay the fine they will send it to debt collectors. It seems that this company main income is fines.
Rude staff. They said there was no free place to park the car, but we saw at least 4 free places.
Scammers recommend by Wellton Centrum 4star hotel( on Google maps they say they have free parking, which is a lie)
We were told by the hotel that the parking was 15€ with their partner, but upon arrival the very rude staff said it is 40€. And shouting at us to go away and they didn’t care about which hotel we came from.

I paid for parking a few weeks ago and still did not get an invoice or email confirmation, but I was CHARGED for it. I tried emailing several times - no respond. Tried calling the support - they do not speak English.
EDIT: 4days later, no one contacted me, even though the company responded to this review that they would do that in few hours.

Amazing shopping centre
The worst service ever. Waiting for 20min with small kids. Driver comes, take other people and tell us wait other 10min. 🤮🤮🤮

Terrible ! I just went to buy two Venden water bottles and it took me only 3 minutes, in a hurry forgot to put clock with time when I parked my car, meanwhile CityWalk worker was just there hunting for people like me ! Ok I would be ok if I were away more than 3-4 minutes !
Make sure you retain the piece of paper they give you when you drive in. Otherwise they will pretend they have no knowledge of you paying and will charge you again. And old russian guy will give try to tell you that you were supposed to know to retain it, although the previous guy does not warn you.
Only 1 car for picking people up from the airport, yet a whole lot of cars parked.

The worst company whose whole business model is based on taking advantage of people. As soon as you park they are onto you - 5 minutes in grocery store can cost you 30 euro. Rules are not clearly stated and written in small print. 1,1 average rating really sums it up!
Nožēlojama vieta. Dežurants tīšām nerunā latviski un tēlo, ka nesaprot, ko viņam saka un gaida, kad klienti runās krieviski. Viņš netikai neskatās, kas brauc iekšā un ārā, bet nav spējīgs numuru uzrakstīt, kad viņam lēnām to sauc pa vienam ciparam sauc latviski. Pēc tam vēlāk saņemot naudu, viņš pēkšņi runā latviski. Tiešām brīnums, kā vēl biznesi, pēc okupantu izdarībam Ukrainā, vēl var atļauties šādi strādāt..
Esam modri, ja kamera pie izbraukšanas nepiefiksēs nr. zīmi, tad skaitītājs turpinās griezties aplikācijā, tas nekas ka maksājat automāta un aplikāciju pat neatvērāt.

A nice 30 EUR pre-Christmas ticket at an empty Rimi parking lot at 21:30 right after getting out of the car. Merry Christmas, Shittyparks!
The worst parking lot I've ever been to. Very unfriendly service, prison level jargon. I will never use these services again. Avoid. I do not recommend it very much.
Convenient spot close to airport with shuttle. Weirdly, the gentleman wouldn't drop me off at the bus station next to the hotel on the way to the airport, so I had to walk a km.
We got told that the parking would cost 15e/day, but when we went there it was 20e/day and I think it was only because we were Finnish tourists. Staff wasn't so kind and overall pretty bad experience but parking worked, there was some other places maybe even bit cheaper, I recommend to go somewhere else.
This company engages in activities that are dishonest and fraudulent, tricking you with 5 minutes meanwhile you go to the supermarkets for registering your vehicle. I am surprised that companies like Rimi gets associated with them...

Pricing is shady, or unclear at least. Expected to pay 12€ for 24hr but turned out to be 20€. No employee on the spot or on the help line speaks English and is capable to explain the pricing.

We went back to the parking and asked if we could make the parking we had paid for to last us for 2 days instead of 1 since we would have gotten it for 15€ for one day otherwise. He agreed.
I was still not happy, since we still "lost" 10€.
However the day we were going to leave, our parking only lasted till 4pm, but we were going to leave at 7pm.
So we tried to find cheaper parking for the last 3 hours, but the prices in Riga in mid July are expensive. So we did not find any cheaper parking than the one we were already at.
There were some small parking places with lower prices but they were very small and had no spots left. They were not that much cheaper either.
So we talked to the guys that worked here and they fixed us 3hours for 9€ instead of 12€.

Plenty of spaces on a Friday morning in a good location for exploring. The spaces are a bit tight. Also, the automated payment machines were all out of order so payment was a bit tricky given my language barrier.
Dont go there!!! U book the place for 7 days ... they ask 40 euros. You come back from u.re flight (after 7 days) , they ask 52 euros. If u want to know why... they dont speak.. want u.re car... just pay.

Very convenient indoor parking in the city center. Great location, reasonable prices, enough space for maneuvers. Sometimes can be very busy (on workdays 8-18). Two upper floors are reserved for monthly pass holders. Bad: they do not show parking availability.

Wonderful parking place for all kinds of automobiles. Kind people and probably safe place to park within the city. I would 100 % recommend to everyone.

Parking attendant asked me 30 euros for 24/hrs. Paid the money and parked the car. Went to check in at the hotel where I was told it should be 15 euros for the hotel quests. Was told to show my room card at the parking lot. They parking attendant laughed and said he doesn't care because I didn't tell I was from hotel 5 minutes earlier. I politely explained the situation to him again and then back at the hotel. They receptionist was very nice at the hotel, but her manager said that although this parking facility is the partner of Rixwell Old Palace hotel they won't do anything to solve my problem. If you stay at a hotel in the old town be sure to ask the hotel first how much you should pay, otherwise they might try to rip you off.

Beware of bike theives
I hired a car in winter and it just showed how little this company care for customer safety.car had no spikes and had worn all season tyres so when I was trying to pull in in petrol station car just slid past it,black ice and no grip on tyres great combination.front window was so dirty on the inside I couldn't see where I was going . I couldn't fully use the car as roads were bad and car did not had basic safety features.i wouldn't hire car in winter from this company ever again.

Lieliska daudzstāvu stāvvieta Bērnu Pasaules rajonā. Iebraucot auto numurs tiek nolasīts automātiski. Pirms brauc iekšā pārliecinies vai uz ekrāna rāda pareizu numuru, ja, nē, turpat ir spainis ar birsti, lai notīrītu numuru. Brauc iekšā, novieto brīvā vietā. Piefiksē stāva numuru, lai vieglāk atrast auto. Kad nāksi atpakaļ, leja pie kāpnēm ir automāts, kur, ievadot auto numuru, vari norēķināties par auto. Šobrīd tikai ar karti. Ja, nepieciešams čeks, tad jāatzīmē pirms maksāsi ar karti. Var norēķināties ar EurPark aplikāciju. Dodies pie sava auto un 15 min laikā jāizbrauc. Braucot ārā, tiek automātiski nolasīts auto numurs un automātiski atveras vārti. Laimīgu ceļu. Vēl svarīgi, ka dienas tarifa ir no 8:00 līdz 20:00, ja pēc 20:00 būs jau pirmā nakts stunda.

Be carefull with this parking if you see citypark, it is best way to find another place. Place you car near supermarkets very carefully and always register parking in the shopping mall in the stand.
Все двери закрывают после 21.00 .... 45 минут не мог попасть к своей машине. Обошёл всех охранников, никто ничего не понимает. Потом оплатил парковку и 20 минут говорил с оператором что бы выехать потому что у них глюк в системе
I've called two times for pickup from Riga airport. The driver was always 10 minutes away. Wasted 40 minutes waiting plus money for taxi, because driver never came.
Not so easy to find. But everything else was good.

Beware of parking lots (often located near shopping centers such as Rimi) operated by this crooked company. It seems that their business model is based on imposing predatory fines for the most minor breaches.

Dotyczy parkingu podziemnego: jak na Rygę rozsądna cena (1,5€/h w ciągu dnia), dużo miejsc, dość wąskie, zadaszone, wyjścia w różne strony miasta (1sze atrakcje turystyczne 5-10minut), kasa przy wyjeździe (okienko, nie parkomat, można płacić kartą).

Car park opens gates even when there's not a single place available. At least the exit is free...
Execellent parking, great location and welcoming guard. And that's all besides cheap prices.

Convenient location (close to my favourite Dailes theatre and Miera street), friendly staff and really favourable prices. Big plus: am I lucky or not but there is always a free spot waiting for me even when the whole center is packed to the gills. A++
Unpolite and slow service. I had to wait 25 mins to get a lift from terminal to the parking lot. I called them 3 times. And I felt like I was doing something wrong all the time. Choose some other company if you can!

Drausmīga autostāvvieta.Mašīnu daudz,daži labi “ideāli” parkojas uz divām vietām.Pēc pasākuma skrien ātrāk uz savām mašīnām nemaz neliekoties zinis,ka no sākuma ir jāsamaksā un tikai pēc tam var braukt ārā.Cienījamie Kongresa nama apmeklētāji ,iemācaties cienīt sevi un citus. Nav jāuzvedas kā pirmo reizi ieraudzījuši maksas stāvvietu. Liels lūgums arī stāvvietas darbiniekiem pievērst uzmanību kā parkojas mašīnas.

Great service. I recommend it to everyone. Minivan will take you to an airport immediately. Once I came back from my trip, I rang the given phone number, waited 1 minute and minivan brought me back to my car's parking place. p.s. Beautiful receptionist :)
