There are good shops, not many. However this mall doesn't have clean toilets, no handwash, no tissue papers in toilets etc.
There is no information board, if floor is wet (I was about to slip and fall today due to a wet floor).
This mall can't be the best now, there are other good mall in this city. Definitely some improvements needed for Morocco mall.

The aquarium was so magical 🤩
Yet the toilets were not clean and there was no fontain show. We really wanted to watch that 😭

Hello tourists and fellow seafarers. My starting point is from casa porto. If i get home i will upload a video on youtube for your step by step instructions from your ship to immigration to the gate and going to Morocco mall. You can see a lot of nice views along the way. Stay in touch
Beautiful Mall. All the big brands are available. Ample parking. Food area. Nice walking area outside by the sea. Walk to sea 5 minutes away. Would recommend a visit.
Quite average. There are a couple of nice touches that you don’t get with other malls in the country, but it’s let down in other ways that cancel out the benefits.

they changed my product right away and offered to take something else. good service although the prices are a bit high.
The largest mall in North Africa. It has stores of all types and every budget! On the last floor, there is an exclusive section with all the haute couture brands, but on all the rest you can find mainstream brands of mid budget. We fell in love with Swiss Arabian on the ground floor. Really impressed by the huge aquarium with sharks and sea rays!

I personally am disappointed by this mall... a luxary mall with really ill-equipped restrooms. Even the brandname stores are just having the look outside, we went into Dior and the merchandise and furnishing inside were so understandard... it is more like an outlet mall selling full-price items... only some fast food restaurants in food courts were open when we visited during Ramadan. The imax movies were only in French during weekdays. So basically no activities fitted for us...

Un magasin bien propre , bien décoré , sauf que le monsieur à l’intérieur a été tres désagréable en utilisant avec un ton tres sec en me parlant
Accueil déplorable vendeuse très très antipathique et qui nous a pratiquement mises à la porte pour aller déjeuner alors qu'on était en plein essayage!!!! Du coup nous n'avons rien acheté. À éviter !!!
A fuir !!! Accueil déplorable, les 2 vendeuses ne nous ont pas adressé la parole. J'ai essayé 3 tenues, dont une tâché avec un trait de stylo. Après l'avoir fait savoir à la vendeuse, celle-ci m'a dit d'essayer de la retirer moi même après l'achat (2700 dhs). A ce prix là, on se moque du monde !! Nous avons quasi été mises à la porte avec ma mère car la vendeuse voulait déjeuner (alors que les horaires inscrites sont de 9h à 19h). Inadmissible !!! Vous ferez mieux de former vos vendeuses car elles font fuir la clientèle !!!
j'adore ce magasin et les collections magnifiques qu'on y trouve à chaque saison. j'apprécie surtout les jellabas. le seul bémol c'est qu'elles sont courtes or j'ai une préférence pour les jellabas qui arrivent à la cheville taille traditionnelle avec un style raffiné, ce qu'on ne trouve pas ailleurs.
Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience on April 28th 2022. My husband and I stopped by your store to pick up a nice modern jellaba I had seen on your IG page, I really wanted to wear it on Eid Day on my trip to Dubai. Unfortunately, the sales lady was not welcoming at all, and was rushing me to try the jellaba because she had to go home. Her unpleasant attitude made me not want to purchase the jellaba anymore. I would imagine how many sales you have lost just with the untrained moody staff you have there at the store. My very first experience when your store was at rue point DU jour was extremely pleasant. I'm not sure if I ever can come back to your store even if I like your products a lot. Very trendy outfits but poor customer service.

Alors nous sommes allées à Monsoon avec ma copine et nous avons été très déçus. Nous avons essayé des lunettes et le personnel se tenait très proche de nous en regardant très mal. Nous ne vous conseillons pas du tout d’y aller sous peine d’être harcelé. Nous comptions acheter plusieurs paires de lunettes, mais le personnel nous a dégoûté.
