Exceptional experience. My wife and I had one hour Thai massages followed straight away with one hour Thai oil massages. They were fantastic, best massages we have ever had and we have had many, including in Thailand. No comparison to the le bain bleu hamman we had earlier in the week. I went back for another before catching my flight the next day, I was that impressed. Tiny (from Bali) managed to free off my really tight back which others can hardly ever do. I just got a facial my last day visiting Morocco and it was the best thing ever!! I got the purity facial, because I have acne prone skin. She spent a great time on extractions, and my skin feels great. My 2 friends came along and got a massage and they said it was AMAZING! After our appointment we were given tea and relaxed a little bit. I definitely recommend this spa to anyone!

I booked the hammam and Thai massage package . It felt awesome, I was quite shy about hammam however wanted to give it a try and I can definitely say its a Must Do ! more often, better 🎉 my skin feels like a new born baby. After that I went for massage and the masseuse was super friendly, we were talking and laughing, we shared many life stories. She gave me the best massage ever, and tried her best to remove the pain from my shoulders. Definitely recommend it! 🎉

Best experience EVER! I had the Hammam and Thai massage package. I felt so relaxed for the rest of the day it was awesome. I did not know what to expect with hammam, but it is a wonderful exfoliation/bathing process and my skin feels so smooth and soft after. The 90 min Thai massage was very therapeutic after the body scrub (hammam). My masseuse recently came from Thailand and she worked me very well for a small stature person. She gives great pressure and the pressure points she hit were great, a couple that I had never had done before, like head, stomach and femorals. would definitely go routinely if I lived here. 💕

We took a package service of detox hammam plus massage! Was super relaxing starting with moroccan tea. The ladies were really nice. Both during hammam and the massage.

I requested for soft to medium pressure and I had no complaints during the massage.
Just a heads up, we didnt know that we had to ask for shower after massage before hand. We didnt want to go out in the sun with the oil but unfortunately the shower area was occupied. So better to inform early on.

Otherwise just the best experience! Worth the 700 dhs!

An absolutely must visit for your Marrakesh experience! We tried out a few other Hammams & Spas in Marrakesh, but no on came close to the Heritage Spa. The location, the hammam feels authentic and is so beautifully kept. It also has AC. Antonina, our host there is a diligent lady and walked us through the whole experience and helped us choose a treatment that would fit our need the best. They gave us wonderful oils that we could choose from for the spa experience. Everyone of the staff was very nice, but we fell in love with Raja, she was so likable and had a strong hand. We got a wonderful Hammam spa experience with Facial massage, leg and foot massage and a hot herbal bag massage. Everything is recommendable. They didn’t rush us out and let us stay until our taxi came. The soaps we got as a souvenir at the end were the hit! All in all - a wonderful experience through and through! We went back a second time, they recognized us and we’re extra kind.

We arrived 30 min late for our appointment and they still made exception and took us in! Thank you!The hammam was excellent but the room we stayed in to “recover” and enjoy min water and cookies was a bit stuffy. We’d come back again :)

Back in June we had such a experience at Heritage Spa! We were a party of four, 2 couples and we did the hammam and massage combo and it was beyond perfect! The ladies were absolutely amazing and did a great job. In between the hammam and massage you are served tea which was a nice in between break. The spa was very clean and the staff were great!
My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this most difficult time. I hope everyone is safe from the earthquake?

My friend and I experienced the hammam, 4-handed massages and facials. We loved it all!
The staff is so kind and caring. They go out of their way to help you relax and unwind.
We did this on our last full day in Marrakech and it was perfect.
After days of walking in the heat and being very active, this was exactly what we needed.
Super clean too.

Can't highly recommend this highly enough, I got deep relaxation massage and the masseuse was beyond great! First 45 mins was the exfoliating etc where they shower you lying down and 1 hour for the massage. In between they offer you Moroccan tea, water and some biscuits (so good). Can't wait to come back again! The spa is located in narrow alleyway but it's safe.

What a great experience we had at this place. The receptionist explained the process and even suggested a better cheaper option. We had both the massage and the traditional bath scrub. They had the Morrococan women to the bath and the Thai women to do the massage. Lovely tea after the massage, and they made sure we were totally satisfied before we left.

We were picked up from our hotel around 5am in order to catch the sunrise and it was very beautiful 😍

It was so worth waking up that early and enduring the cold. I was very nervous when we lifted at first, but once we have rose above the clouds it became very warm and I was calmer given that we couldn't see the ground anyone more.

This activity crossed out a line on my bucket list.

Everyone should experience hot air ballooning at least once in their lives.

The service was really good. They provided warm tea and warm blankets before the 'flight' and then food after we landed. The food was cold though, but understandably so.

The personnel were friendly and gave adequate instructions for the activity, especially, the landing.
