We really liked this store. The prices were fair and they accept credit card. The items were very nice and the staff was very kind. I would really recommend this over other souvenir shops.
Same kind of souvenirs as all the other places but prices a little on the higher side. Would be nice to differentiate yourself from the other stores by carrying different items but all seems the same.
Los empleados super prepotentes y groseros, me obligaron a comprar un plumón sólo por probarlo y escribir algo en un ticket que justo es para que pruebes las plumas y escribas, Y HABÍAN MÁS COSAS ESCRITAS, pero sólo a mí me obligaron, lo cual va en contra de mis derechos

ayer fui (10/10) y se me cayo un llavero d vidrio y explotó y al segundo un empleado con un tono super grosero me dijo q lo tenia que pagar y empezo a llamar a sus radios casi senti q me llevaban presa cuando yo nunca me negué a pagar el llavero y se empezaron a quejar d como lo iban a limpiar si era aceite( el cual no es mi problema porque eso lo tienen q ver ellos) depsues les di un billete d 500 para q se lo cobrarán y me querian recibir el dinero en mano hasta que uno de ellos dijo ¿se lo cobramos en caja??? y siento q eso es algo obvio y cuando me cobraron la cajera me puso una carota.
De verdad q me pareció muy grosero ya q nunca lo hice intencional y en ningun momento les dije q no se lo pagaría como para que me trataran asi.

Son unos incompetentes y tratan mal a los clientes, cobran lo que está roto a pesar de que no lo hayas roto tú.

Tiene gran variedad de productos y ordenados. Lo mejor es que van cambiando los productos cada cierto tiempo y además los cambian de lugar el personal está al pendiente y en cajas te atienden rápido
Puedes encontrar peluches divertidos, aunque pequeños, ninguno mide más de 40 cm. Además tienen infinidad de artículos para el baño y bisutería para escoger de muchos modelos

Fuí hace poco y terrible el servicio, estaba con unas amigas y estabamos viendo las cosas sin tocar y sin hacer mucho ruido, pero de la nada llegó una empleada del lugar y nos comenzó a decir que no hiciéramos ruido y que no tocaramos, hasta mandó a una de sus compañeras a que nos vigilará, y nos hacían caras todo el tiempo.
Las cosas venían sucias y rotas, compré un peluche y estaba sucio, también compré un plumón y estaba roto de una punta y estaba pintado de la otra punta.

Un lugar excelente para comprar curiosidades, regalos, detalles para toda ocasión a buen precio y de buena calidad
Hacen que pagues las cosas rotas que ellos rompen porque ni revisar quien fue quieren. No les recomiendo que entren o toquen las cosas porque hoy fui yo y mañana podrían ser ustedes.

Muy surtido y buen tamaño, falta más atención al cliente sobre todo en el área de cajas.

Una tremenda fila para entrar! En cuanto a diversión para grandes y chicos, sin duda la mejor opción. Los diseños son increíbles y aunque los precios son relativamente elevados, vale la pena a la inversión, así que cuida los juguetes que adquieras!
Tengan mucho cuidado con esta sucursal en particular, tiene una suspensión de PROFECO porque no respeta descuentos anunciados ni precios exhibidos, la pueden ver pegada justo detrás de las cajas. Yo compre un top para hacer deporte y la talla no me quedó, acorde al ticket en cosméticos y ropa interior deben estar nuevos y en su empaque original para su devolución, no obstante el encargado de la tienda me dijo que en eso no había cambios… al final accedió pero fue problemático
I love this store 🤍 as a local I always go when I want to treat myself, they have amazing designs and they support artisans. This is my to go store, never left empty handed.
While I was visiting Cabo, I had a hard time trying to find local artisans souvenirs everything on the streets is cheap made from China. So I came across this beautiful store with appealing windows displays and this wonderful young lady named Yhara helped me find my perfect treasure, she walked me through the store telling the story behind all the products and how everything is locally made from artisans all over Mexico. She even mention to me who made the piece and how long it took.
I live part time in Cabo and whenever I need to search for a special gift this store is my go-to visit where I always find something new and authentic knowing I’m supporting local communities!

Really fun and unique gift shop. Lots of different types of items from lucha libre action figures to artwork to beautiful ornaments and artwork, plus magnets, a few children's toys. Really they have so much in here and it's all well made and cool.

Super Cabo San Lucas store. Caters to local artists and artisans. Very nice selection and some very unique items. I live in Cabo and this is a great store. Store is clean and neat. Staff is excellent and super friendly. Keep up the great work in Cabo. Happy Trails
This isn't your typical Cabo store filled with stuff that you see everywhere else. If you want unique and one-of-a-kind items - this is where you will find it. This store is on my list of "must do" when I visit Cabo.
Excellent space, excellent artists, exhibiting in the heart of the San Jose Del Cano art district. Be sure to go.on Thursdays when the arts and gallery owner are usually present. IDA works with maybe eight or ten artists and all of them original and local. The space is beautifully designed and perfect for events, talk or even a cup of coffee. You will not be disappointed.
Wonderful gallery focusing on local artists and sculptures. Always surprised to see what is new. A half block out of the art district, but follow the signs or ask anyone. Well worth the extra effort to see some of the best artists in town
