En cuanto a la atención de parte de los doctores no hay ninguna queja pero en cuanto a las recepcionistas de forma general son déspotas y groseras, de igual forma si pueden evitar comprar en la cafetería háganlo, extremadamente caro, nada rica la comida, la leche estaba agria, además de que en mi breve visita pude ver varias cucarachas en el lugar, los meseros siempre en el celular.
Excelente servicio, la atención y orientación que recibimos fue muy buena. Los precios hacen posible las cirugías. Vale la pena esperar y tener paciencia
Es buen hospital, pero hasta para cita express te dejan esperando muchísimo tiempo!!…. Deberían tener más personal y conciencia para respetar el tiempo de las personas, sobre todo porqué hay niños y adultos mayores.
Muy buenos los médicos especialistas. Si no te dan una explicación porque creen que no entiendes pregunta. Pregunta todo porque para eso están para atender y aclarar dudas.

En mi experiencia busquen otra opción... Tenía cita a las 8:30 y me atendieron después de las 10:30.. más de dos horas para atender una cita 'programada'. Muy mal trato a los usuarios. De mal humor y sin ganas de ayudar. Que lamentable institución.
Ok, they have fair prices and their medical group is good. All the other personnel are rude if you have to go to the cornea area, do not go any day that Pentacam study is performed. Their logistics is poor and doctors get overwhelmed with patients and you will have to wait over 4 hours. Preferably ask for a day off if you have to go
Los tiempos de espera son excesivos, los trámites muy enredados, a mi opinión podrían simplificar bastante en tema de administración, las doctores son buenos pero ir a este hospital resulta demasiado incómodo y perder todo un día.
Es un buen lugar, lamentablemente el tiempo de espera es muy alto. Hay padres que traen a niños y los dejan que anden jugando y gritando aún sabiendo que es un hospital y que se requiere “silencio”. Lo cual habla de la educación que sus padres les dan a los niños.
En general creo que deben administrar los tiempos y las citas.

There are only a few shops. Looks like Covid closed down a lot in there. Back in 2019 it was way better, now it’s very miserable.
It was a small size convenient plaza. It was within walking distance of the resort we were in.
So dead. Like walking through a ghost town. We were there on Friday evening and you could literally count the people inside the mall . Hope business will pick up soon.
Stopped in to visit the Harley Davidson store , the mall is really really nice and it’s a decent size mall , unfortunately I would say 70% of the stores haven’t opened yet , it must be a new construction or they remodeled the entire mall , I would say In about another 6 months this will be a really cool mall , the food court as of January 23 only had 3 to 4 options and I think only two of them were actually food , behind the mall which is off the main strip there is a parking lot that’s underground , you pay by the hour before you leave so it’s convenient , can’t wait to see how it’s going to look in the future
Food court doesn't have many options. guess places closed due to the pandemic. I love the roof glass design .
Excellent shopping mall. Very clean and very well maintained. Whilst they're under construction in some of the areas right now, they have kept the construction well-hidden and the main areas of the mall are fully operational and very very clean. I also like that they have clearly visible armed security guards in some of the higher end shops. People are very nice here and very friendly. Ain't tequila Grill Restaurant was excellent and the food was fantastic. I give the shopping mall 5 stars.
I get five stars to the shopping plaza. There are many excellent stores and we did quite a bit of shopping. The prices were very reasonable, and all the store owners and staff were friendly and welcoming. We found lots of traditional items as well as modern-day fun items. We purchased all our souvenirs for our 5 day vacation to the Hotel district of Cancun at this Shopping Plaza.
(12/2019)I upped my rating this year despite fewer stores. It's been renovated and you get much better deals here than at other malls. It's a more traditional mall than than other malls (I remember going here in 1993 - it was about the only option other than the markets) and it has a grocery store with a good variety of items and prices. The service is better and the people nicer. CHECK PRICES HERE FIRST before going to the other malls.
(12/2017)My favorite part of this mall is the grocery store up stairs. Other than that it's about what you would expect from a mall in Cancun. La Isla is north a short distance and across the street. It has more variety (and obnoxious activities vendors).
