A chain of cafes, but a very nice one. With a large variety of coffee, cocoa, various pastries, which they will definitely warm up for you. There is a queue at the cafe, but it moves quickly. Nice interior, there are tables outside.

Trendy coffee place located on the best gathering places in Mexico City. I visited the one in Paseo de la Reforma 221, nice decor, up scale furniture. The two times that I went there was a long queue, mainly due to a very slow service, people have to wait a lot just for a cup of coffee, a regular late, not really outstanding flavours. I was not impressed by the pastries either. So go there if you are passing by and have time to spare.

I just saw a video about this people killing trees outside their location, is inaceptable that in order to show their signs the have to get rid of precious trees and vegetation outside their location, they have to find better ways to advertise their business, absolutely not ok to sacrifice life especially in a big city!!

The coffee is good
A charming cafe that I had on the top of my list to visit, but it left me feeling disappointed and quite irritated. We visited this cafe in the early evening, and there were no other customers. After a very awkward ordering experience, we took a seat. Right from the beginning, the staff didn’t make us feel welcome and made us feel more like a nuisance than customers.
I ordered a simple hot tea, which was decent but nothing out of the ordinary. The cafe was uncomfortably hot, as there didn’t seem to be much ventilation. When it came time to pay, I wasn’t given a total for my order and didn’t receive a receipt either (partially my fault for not asking for the total). After receiving a notification from my bank, I saw a $75 charge, which seemed a bit absurd and felt like I was overcharged. This left me irritated and with a bad taste in my mouth, which was a disappointment for what seemed to be a highly rated cafe in the Juarez neighborhood.

Excellent breakfast place with a wonderful mix of Mexican and American breakfast choices. Great service and wonderful communicators for non-Spanish-speaking families like mine. The Mexican omelet was wonderful and full of Southern Mexican flavors.

Mal servicio, dicen que cierran 9:30 y no es así. Fui a las 8 en punto y me negaron el servicio que porque ya habían apagado el horno y que se tardaban en recoger las cosas, que por eso suspenden servicio a las 9. Por favor modifiquen entonces su publicación de horarios de servicio
Llame para pedir a domicilio (a 5 minutos del lugar) y la tipa que me respondió por teléfono muy mala actitud, como si le molestara tomar la orden y al llegar al lugar también le contestó muy grosera a mi mama. Si no le gusta su trabajo que se busque otro

Very trendy touristy breakfast place in the Centro hotel area that serves American style breakfast. The food and the coffee were really good. We had the pancakes and torta rustica.
This place offers coffe, chocolate and mocha with variety of flavors: vanilla, black pepper, cocoa nibs, etc. Pastries are also delicious. I had a rosca de reyes but remember this us only available for the season. They have delicious conchas and rolls all year long. Lots of shops I the city but this particular shop it's has sitting outside so you can take a look of what is going on in Reforma so it's always fun (and a little noisy)

Enjoying my breakfast, the food looks extremely good, and loved their banana bread! Friendly service and very Christmassy at this time, adds to the festive look of the city. Easily available parking, and the menu is translated to english for convenience. I think locals love this place as well, I saw a good crowd.

Great products. The service is fantastic, and the location is superb, right on Reforma. I'd love to come here for a quick meeting or just sit down while a have a refreshing drink.
Pésimo! El café no es bueno, de los panes y pasteles que enlista el menú NINGUNO disponible, a un lado hay una panadería y no permiten que lo consumas en su cafetería, aún cuando NO tienen los postres disponibles. El personal desatento y sentadas en una mesa , pareciera que no hay quien atienda. El interior luce desordenado
My family and I went to this cute cafe this morning for breakfast. Service was great and food was good. I enjoyed my meal, I had the Salmon Benedict.
As a local living in this city this is where I get my coffee. Way better than Starbucks. Great service. Great prices.
Coffees and brownie were good but the seating is upstairs, just 3 tables...all very narrow and noisy from the downstairs machines/cooking going on. Will not go back...

We were missing some traditional American breakfast and found this place on trip advisor. We were super satisfied with this place. First off, it was air-conditioned. We came here on a Wednesday during a very hot time in Cancún. Nadia, our server was very attentive and seated our family of 6 right away. She was very nice. We had some mocha fraps and taro drinks that were very delicious. Hubby said his cold coffee was quite bitter. He drinks black coffee all of the time, so he was surprised that the coffee that wasn't so dark was much bitter. The little ones had a chocolate chip trio and regular trio hotcake breakfast. We also had the banana french toast (pan frances de platano), which was probably one of the best I've had. It was like banana nut bread, moist, and toasty. Hubby ordered the creme brule french toast (pan frances de creme brule) and was very happy. We also added waffle montre cristo, which was also delicious. Super happy we came here.

Muy amables cuando pedí me limpiaran de nuevo la mesa, no tan bien xq cuando llegó el capuchino ni cuchara o azúcar le dieron y bien cuando me dijeron si me molestaba el ventilador y lo apagaron ya que me daba de frente. Crepa bien y café muy bueno. La dueña muy amable :)
This is the place to visit if you want craft food! The staff speaks multiple languages, and the dishes are explained in detail. Using the owners' mothers' mole recipe. This is a gem. I'm looking forward to trying the burgers. 5 stars!!!!!
Leímos muy buenos comentarios así que fuimos pero al menos nuestra experiencia no ha sido la mejor. El servicio es bueno pero no nos gustó el sabor ni de mi latte ni del frappé de café. Pedimos que nos volvieran a hacer el frappé pero nos prepararon ahora otra cosa con chocolate, la verdad no lo recomiendo.
One of my favorite cafes in the city. It's a more intimate cafe. Perfect place to lay low, read a book, or get work done. It's really quaint and quiet. Food and coffee are great too.
This coffee shop is adorable, all the staff have matching uniforms and the entire place gives a lovely earthy aesthetic. I had a mocha frappe which I thoroughly enjoyed.

Best place to buy coffee beans (or grounded). They make a house mix using different roasts for you to take home. Very reasonable price. Much better than buying coffee at the super market.
Prices went up from what the pictures showed so just a watch out. Outside of that service was good. Coffee was delicious. They give you a complementary toast. I got the rooster trio and the eggs and potatoes were good but the pancakes were super thin and super dry. Would not recommend the pancakes.

No es mi primera visita pero fue la que menos me gustó. Llegué a las 3 porque en sus redes sociales y en el local tienen puesto que a esa hora abren y abrieron hasta las 4. No contaban con algunos de los productos que ofrecen en Facebook y en el menú. El servicio fue lento. En cuanto a la comida estuvo bien, me gustó.

It's clean, good price, the taste is pretty good too. Coffee could've been stronger but was still good. The omelette was very tasty! Would come back.

This is literally the best coffee shop in Cancun. Hands down. The prices are very affordable which is one of the main reasons I keep coming back. The food is delicious and good quality and the three girls that work there are absolutely precious. I love them. The brownies are super good, and they’re only 22 pesos. The waffles are homemade, and they’re the best waffles I’ve had in years. I also really love their bagel sandwiches. They are delicious and affordable. 100/10
Es un lugar pequeñito pero con un menú muy variado. Tiene muchos años ya en la zona y lo recomiendo. Hay café, té, postres, chilaquiles, bagels, croissants, sandwiches y todo muy rico y bien preparado. Los precios son muuuuy accesibles, yo diría que es la cafetería con mejor relación calidad-precio de la zona.

Yes! The chocolate chip cookies are very good! The baguettes looked fresh with options for good quality ingredients but we didn’t try them yet. They have raw honey for sale along with other deli choices.
I'm a solo traveler and this was a perfect, chill place to go alone. Great cocktails and cookies and cool vibe.

Nice cafe on the side of the ride that you can stop by if your walking or heading somewhere. The coffee is nothing incredible however the pastry’s are great. I hug it recommend the apple strudel.

Hace unos días pedí una malteada y estaba aguada... El lugar es agradable sin embargo las chicas que atienden y que cambiaron hace poco dejan mucho que desear en darle una buena imagen al lugar. Espero que se atienda este comentario.
Really nice coffee, amazing smoothies too - which came with a metal straw! Some chocolate cookies and tiny cakes. Nice air conditioning! And so cheap too:)

La verdad amé! Este lugar me enamoró desde la primera vez que fuí, los cafés, smoothies, paninos, etc, los recomiendo...lo malo es que hemos tenido varias situaciones no muy agradables...pero hablando de la comida lo único que no recomiendo y la verdad no me fascinó fue la crepa Yucatán :( para el precio en el que la venden pensé que tendría más queso de bola, sólo está embarrada de chocolate y en la orilla le ponen sólo un poquito de queso ...el sabor de la crepa no estoy bueno, de ahí en fuera todo está muy lindo, el lugar, la atención etc.

Cheap and good coffee. Convenient location. Great for mini stop if you take a walk along the newly remodeled pedestrian sidewalk over Ave. Insurgentes. Recommended: Take a walk if you are in your lunch, stop for a coffee here then stride along Insurgentes from here to statue of the park (Parque del Imigrante Líbanes) just around the corner. Cross to the opposite side of Av. Insurgentes Sur to the fountains between Max Prime and Scotiabank.
