The coco cold brew is unlike anything I’ve ever had before! Wish they had this in the states im obsessed!! Highly recommend the avocado toast breakfast dish as well. The way they season their bacon for this dish is great!
Little loca coffee shop I’m the middle of Jalatlaco, very Instagramable place, food was not the best but very friendly staff, and also have a little art gallery.
Great cappuccino, good latte art. Yummy chilaquiles.
Update: this is my third time visiting in 3 days, the coffee is so good! Even the cortado has nice art which is impressive. The milk texture has been on point each day. This is now my go-to coffee spot in Cabo San Lucas.

This place was my favorite coffee in Cabo. You could actually taste the espresso/coffee in the drinks, so the sweetener wasn't overpowering (every coffee drinker's pet peeve)! Staff is friendly, but the best benefit is they have indoor seating with fans, a rare blessing in the heat of Cabo. I would recommend this over other coffee shops in the area.

There is free parking behind their location, bathrooms are located outside separate from their storefront, indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor seating does offer shade.

This last visit I had the chilaquiles. It was good but not memorable. There is one choice of sauce and no spice.

Great service. The coffee is great, the bread is ok.
A decent coffee and friendly staff, but the name tends to draw more interest than the coffee. There is a limited food menu and plenty of coffee options, but nothing truly unique about the flavor. Just a taste preference probably, but we preferred some of the other coffee places in the area for a better tasting cup of coffee. Still worth checking out if you are looking to take home some coffee for friends with the "Cabo" name.
Love this place! Have been going to Cabo for 30 years and Cabo Coffee has become a mainstay place for coffee. Would love to be able to order coffee beans to have sent back to the States to enjoy year round

Great coffee shop. Easy going and not far to walk to. Looked for other coffee shops and none were available at 8am or existed and more.
Was in Cabo and wanted some good coffee. We had been disappointed by the coffee at restaurants, until we came here. Off the beaten path a little away from the marina and downtown.

Delish baked goods and drinks! Cute and quiet spot to sit inside. Great service! Both the latte and chocolate frappe are delish. The Nutella croissant is excellent! Opens early.

Really great little oasis in the middle of Cabo. We have loved all of the Doce Cuarentas we have been to! Great coffee, food and atmosphere.
All the pastires we got were all extra dry, definitely not fresh. Very disappointing, especially given the high price. We got cinnamon roll, almond roll, chocolate croissant, 3 spinach and cheese croissants - all dry. Maybe you get better luck! The place is cute though, and staff was friendly.
Very strong coffee. The pastries were delicious and the staff is very sweet and welcoming.
Such a cool spot! My husband and I were in Cabo couple weeks ago and we got sad that we only found this place on our last day there. I wish I would found this gem sooner. I got the iced latte and it was delicious. We also got the guava pie which was pretty good. The outdoor seating is cozy and modern.

Their coffee & iced drinks were decent, with good price (no tourist markups), and it was quiet to relax a bit after a good walk under the hot weather. The staff was friendly, and it seems to be that it's got its own pride in the beans they use. Nothing fancy/special about the place.

Asked for a popular recommendation to barista and they suggested the Mayan mocha ice coffee. I ordered it but didn’t quite like it. It’s possible that a lot of people like it and I’m sure they must have some other drink that I would have loved. Will definitely visit this place again whenever I’m in the area next.
Note: I wish they had some baked products without eggs.

Very modern, clean and chill vibes here. Cool spot to catch up with friends or be on your laptop. They had plugs for laptops. Some outdoor seating as well. The only downside was that the matcha flavor in my matcha latte was very weak and I could taste the coconut milk more. My partner said his coffee could have been stronger too. The guava cheesecake was very good though. Im giving 4 stars because the place was a cool spot to hang out in, the guava cheesecake was very good, and the waiter was friendly. I'd try this place again but request that the drinks be made stronger if possible.

Great apple pie. The filling is of a different kind of texture. Just apple bits without the jam. Cozy small seating space. Wifi available.
Just bought the Almond croissant/baking and it was dry with hardly any almonds or almond paste. Went back and told the barista, and with no hesitation she told me to choose another baking. This time went for the chocolate baking and it was just delish. Highly recommend 👌
I spent a brilliant few hours here today. Friendly staff. Probably the best coffee in Oaxaca and certainly well priced. Almond croissants. Espresso. Cappuccino. Decent music too.

Was on lookout for vegan ice cream or at least frappe to finish our late lunch and found the only place in Cabo San Lucas with soy and almond milk options. First I made wrong decision with Mayan cacao😬as it was extremely sweet and not spicy. Then I returned for some sugarless option as mentioned cacao was not my “cherry-on-top” for a perfect lunch in las tres islas. So I took latte and it was also tasteless and watery😔 probably for European taste it is so🤷🏻♀️
But! they have a lot of cow milk options, flavors, toppings if you wish. The baked non-vegan things looked also very attractive and homemade. So if you are vegetarian(not vegan), that could be a right place for you! Prices reasonable, no tips included, as it is self service. Service was fast and accurate.
So 5 stars, as it is not said that’s it’s vegan, and I couldn’t judge any of their dairy things🤷🏻♀️

Excelente servicio
Small place, perfect for chocolate or coffee. They have bread as well. Great for people watching. I have been coming all Christmas week. Takes cash and credit card (Visa only, not American Express)
