Cozy house for rents, large bedrooms with bathrooms (shower), balcony to garden view. Pool and jacuzzi in the garden, gym and tennis on the 5th floor. Nice and calm place. Good staff, helpful and kind. Great location in downtown close to Plasa las Americas. There are some minuses - no wash machine and oven.
Pet friendly!

Solo que no cuenta con elevador y sus escaleras son pequeñas. Un poco pesado para subir con maletas

We booked the apt for a few days on airbnb.
The apt is very convenient to a few places.
There is a 7-11 right downstairs.
There is also a little eatery where you can grab fast food, bbq chicken, tacos etc.
There are also small businesses such as a laundry mat, barbershop, and pharmacy all next to each other.
Be aware there might be water shortage in the complex. But, all you have to do is call your manager or whoever is managing the property to have water tanks refilled.
There is a community pool for residential use and free parking for tenants.
Some small issues we had were water leaks in the bathroom sink but nothing a maintenance person can't fix.
Overall it was good for the price we paid.

We stayed in an Airbnb here for a week. The place is brand new and beautiful. Elmer and Jose at the front desk are super friendly and helpful.

Habitaciones muy amplias

Poor management regarding noise from neighbour. Have complained several times about loud music and diy at night time from neighbours, difficult to sleep with the sound of drilling and loud music at 2am! Do NOT stay unless you like noise!

Beware of greedy owner who issues contracts that leave the renters responsible for all maintenance and her lawyers fees. Dpto 108.

Un buen lugar para vivir tranquilos y equipado

Good things first: check-in process was smooth, apartment was sparkling clean, great reception service (English speaking), very comfortable bed and sofa, TV with Netflix that worked super nicely, elevator and parking. We were also allowed on the day of check-out to leave our bags in a safe separate room near reception, which was very nice. Bad things: looks nothing like in the pictures, very little natural light in our apartment with a view to a parking lot, bad Wi-Fi, absolute worst shower ever (almost no pressure and fixed to the ceiling), very few kitchen amenities. We only stayed there for 2 nights and I’m glad that that was the case. For the price, it’s not a bad place to stay, but many things could be improved and especially the pictures shouldn’t make it look like it’s a gem when it’s not.

This hotel is a great value! Everything was spotless and beautiful when we arrived. Great amenities: wifi, tv, full kitchen, pool (jacuzzi wasn't hot though). We had some trouble with getting the hot water to stay on for the shower, but it didn't bother us enough to ask for help during our two nights stay. Over all, great experience! Be aware that there is not always an English speaking staff member at the front desk. However, he was very friendly and helpful despite our communication barrier :) Thanks for the pleasant stay!

Overall decent stay: very modern, clean building in a nice well lit neighborhood. easy to hail taxis here - security/front desk personnelle will help you too.

they broke two makeup pallettes & spilled a friends hair product - did not say anything. unsure of why they were touching those items to begin with, they were not locked up so be sure to lock everything when you leave because staff may touch your things and damage them.

$25 USD cleaning fee was useless - they did not wash dishes or empty trash, they just made the bed the first night. never saw any maids, so i’m not sure who that money went to.

for hailing taxis/GPS put ‘four points sheraton’ (across the street) because tres soles is very new & many taxis do not know where it is but they know four points. close to walmart!

there is a pan, a pot, about 6 plates, 3 mugs, a coffee maker, blender, stovetop (NO OVEN), microwave & forks/spoons/knives for you to use.

wifi works well! TV was not hooked up.

nice big beds, soft pillows & a heavy comforter. AC units in each room. lots of nice lighting too. all in all, very modern.

Since you walk in the door to check in you allrall r feel like home.
Apartments are super clean excellent service.
I will definitely recommend it.
