Es de los peores , pedí 3 cosas diferentes y NO había... no es la primera vez , han sido ya 5 diferentes ocasiones q pasa lo mismo , odio q sea este el q me queda mas cerca , porque evidentemente el gerente no hace su trabajo, y nunca pide a tiempo resurtir sus insumos..... ah y sirenas tampoco tienen nunca para las bebidas para llevar ......

The front windows are boarded up (a security measure) but this makes it like a subterranean cavern. And the music is JUST FAR TOO LOUD. Have to give this a 2 until fixed.
Pedi un matcha y antes de que pudiera decirles que leche utilizar, lo empezaron a hacer, cuando les pregunte si podia ser leche de soya (soy alergica a la lactosa), me comentaron que ya le habian puesto leche de soya (cuando la empezaron a hacer antes de que les comentara y los vi poniendole leche entera).
Cuando les comente de la alergia, me dijeron que solo habian rebajado la bebida con leche entera (admitiendo que si le pusieron leche entera y no de soya como me habian dicho), cuando les comente que si podian hacerla nuevamente (estaba dispuesta a pagar otra vez), me dijeron que lo hacian sin costo y al final los vi solo cambiando la tapa de la bebida y diciendome que la habian hecho otra vez

Pésimo servicio, la chava que me atendió muy grosera, me dio lo que ella quiso ya que me negó lo que yo pedia, cuando estuvo mi orden ni se tomaron la molestia de avisarme me dejaron esperando 20 minutos, todo muy mal

My overall experience was highly upsetting. The service was just bad.
When I arrived there were about 3 people before me. I ordered a breakfast muffin and coffee frappe. The person who took my order was a girl. There were a total of 5 people working, 2 girls and 3 guys. The guys were quick to make my frappe and deliver it. After 20 minutes, all the people in front of me had been given their food and even some people that arrived after. When I asked the cashier for my sandwich she said she was making it but when I looked over the counter, the other girl was on her phone. Finally after another 5 minutes they deliver the sandwhich and the girl asked me "what are you waiting for". I had to repeat my order again and when she spoke to the girl that took my order they just laughed. After 25+ minutes, I was given my sandwich with no apology. I will be returning to Starbucks but not this location

Realicé la compra de una taza, lo cual me otorgó un beneficio de bebida de cortesía. La persona que me atendió se negó a proporcionarme la bebida que solicité, argumentando que por "políticas internas" no me podía entregar esa bebida. Esto me resultó demasiado extraño ya que en otras sucursales jamás he tenido esa limitante. Pero para mi sorpresa, al cuestionar a la persona sobre esa política que establecía la limitante, en lugar de explicarme y aclarar la situación, se volvió grosera y cerrada.

This place fills up fast during the week, but it is a nice, bustling atmosphere where it is fun to watch the world go by. The worst thing about this place is the security guard who makes you feel like an intruder.
Cashier was untrained and robbed my Starbucks Card instead of using my reward stars.

Ya que en la cafetería de Cinemex se tardan horas, decidí ir por mi cafecito al Starbucks, del cual no puedo decir nada, ya todos sabemos como es el producto o los productos que ahí se ofrecen, sin embargo el trato al cliente que recibimos mi esposa y yo fue sobresaliente, la amabilidad de la persona que nos atendió es muy distinta, desde la forma de solicitar como se haga la fila de espera, las explicaciones sobre las dudas de la app y el servicio prestado, muy, muy bien sin duda.
Hoy no me gusto el servicio, se pidieron las bebidas con leche de coco y solo le pusieron la mitad coco y la otra deslactosada. La persona que limpiaba las sillas se la paso arrastrándolas y se le pidió si limpiara un banco y dijo que mejor nos pasaba una servilleta para que lo limpiaramos. Se me hace raro porque siempre hacen todo bien. Ojalá solo haya sido un mal día.

El servicio es generalmente rápido y eficiente, solo que en las tardes se llena de chavitos y hay una super fila, cuando veo eso directamente no entro. Si quieres trabajar o tener una reunión en línea te recomiendo ir más temprano para que no haya tanta gente.
Los baños están un poco sucios pero siempre tienen papel y jabón.
La atención es buena, un día se me cayó un café y limpiaron bastante rápido. Si se te cae el café no te lo reponen.

The good: Most of the staff speaks English which is helpful to business travelers such as myself, an accommodation that doesn’t need to be made as I am a guest in their country but very helpful nonetheless.
The bad: This store seems to choose its own hours. The first day I arrived I checked the hours outside so I’d know if it was available the next morning. The sign outside says Open 6:00am. I arrived at 6:15 and they were not open. My driver tells me they open at 6:30am so I tried that the next day and they were open. I arrive everyday at 6:30am for my routine but a week later I arrive at 6:30am and the doors are locked, and the barista hand signals to me 7:00am. Very frustrated, I finally look online and it says 7:00am, which is the next point, what coffee shop opens at 7:00? I have a pretty standard schedule and have never encountered closed coffee shops at 6:30am in other countries.
The service, while generally friendly is extremely slow. I’ve been in there alone and with one other guest and still takes 10-15 minutes for a cup of coffee. This has occurred in the middle of the day as well and is not a factor of opening. Also trying to be understanding, I assumed there were many online orders but after observation, that was not the case.

Poor service with no customer service. We ask for ice latte coffee, something simple and they can’t get the order right, they fill my wife cup with creamer and tones of ice (no flavor of coffee, is this not a coffee house.??We specifically ask a little ice. They refused to make us another one , we got the manager involved. After the second time around the service got worse! Still had no flavor and was practically thrown to our face.
Good place to work and chill, except a bit cold
This has to be one of my favourite Starbucks to visit. I know it's a generic brand but outside there are tables which means you can smoke. You can use those tables even if one of you got a Starbucks. Obviously not the best Star bucks if it's rainy and horrible since there is hardly any shelter entering or existing.

Al cabo de ya casi un año de realizar eventos en este lugar lo considero un espacio agradable, bien ubicado, bien diseñado y decorado en el interior y con una amplia gama de servicios.
Cuenta con varios salones de diversos tamaños los cuales he utilizado desde montajes herradura, escuela, auditorio, así como con montaje de mesas para almuerzos. Siempre el montaje solicitado ha sido respetado y montado en tiempo y forma.
Cuenta con servicio de coffee break el cual va desde galletas, sabritas, café, refrescos y aguas. Sin embargo tambien cuentan con un menú q incluye desde bocadillos, postres pequeños, panadería e incluso plato servido para los invitados.
Las instalaciones son muy cómodas, así como el mobiliario de las salas. Las salas cuentan con proyector, apuntador, audio con bocinas, aire acondicionado, e internet de muy buena velocidad en todo el lugar.
Los baños siempre están limpios y cuentan con los insumos necesarios.
Tienen un elevador y rampas para personas en silla de ruedas.
El personal es muy amable y te apoyan en todo lo q pueden y esté en sus manos. Es un lugar muy recomendable para hacer eventos empresariales.
El único detalle es que el estacionamiento es muy pequeño y sino no encuentras lugar tienes q estacionarte en la calle. Sin embargo en los alrededores hay bastante espacio pars estacionarse.

There are a lot of Starbucks close to the area but this one shines thanks to the helpful staff, cleanliness and overall great installations.

Horrible service with horrible employees. Bad treatment for being a Starbucks. Regular visitor to the brand but the ones who work here are very bad. Better off trying another branch. There is one upstairs with a better view.
