Worst hot chocolate I’ve ever tried. This was not the starbucks chocolate I always try, it tasted waterty (like just watee, sugar and just a pinch of chocolate). Horrible.
It is on par with other Starbucks. Don't go looking to wake up too much though, loads of flavor, little caffeine as is true with all Starbucks.

Stayed in Roma Norte and found this cafe to work in. Two levels, lots of table space, with different seating configurations. Additional Skype room, tv room, and meeting room available to rent. Lots of outlets.
Folks come here to work so expect to hear others on calls. But the vibe is super chill. Observed someone spend their whole workday here. Friends of others stopped by and talked socially. Even saw some people taking a break and sleeping on the couches.
Serves other beverages in addition to coffee. Has soy milk to sub. Skip the americano and opt for the soy latte. Serves food although not a lot of vegan options. The avo toast was decent. You are asked not to bring outside food.
Service was good and friendly. Order at the counter and they bring it to you. You have the option to pay then or later. The standard seems to pay at the end. All the better. Found myself staying longer than expected because CoffeeFy had everything I needed at the moment.

I would put a 0 star if I could I ordered a caramel frappe and they gave me a vanilla bean frappe and I don’t like vanilla
Racist and discriminatory spot. They refuse to deliver any service to any 3rd party delivery apps such as rappi, didi, and Uber.
They straight up cancel orders if you live in an area that is known for being the " ghetto " or an uncommon area in mexico city.

Excellent service from barist and cashier girls. Excellent smell of coffe and very comfortable chairs. The wifi strength is 100%. The only defect of this place is the arrogant middle economic social class, arrogants, rude and mischiefs.

Great AC, quick service, and comfy seating on second level. Great to have a Starbucks option when coffee shops are hard to find.
My drink & pastry were good. Even though there was a long line they offered great customer service to each customer.
I had high hopes for Coffeefy Workafe, given its promising ambiance and concept. However, my experience was less than satisfactory. When I arrived, I stood at the counter for a good two minutes, waiting for someone to acknowledge my presence. Unfortunately, I was completely ignored. There was no greeting, no indication of assistance, not even a simple acknowledgement of my existence.

Great place to go and get a nice cup of fresh coffee. Goodies are excellent. Service is always fine. I highly recommend this coffee shop.
A really cool place to get some work done, I liked the fact that this place is quiet enough for me to focus but also lively so it doesn’t get boring being here. There’s a lot of natural lightning so my head doesn’t hurts and the internet is good, it just took me a few minutes to connect tho. Next time I would like to try out the amenities such as special rooms, which are also quite inexpensive.
Needed a cold drink. I asked for a pineapple 🍍 drink and got the raspberry drink. I told the barista, and she said they didn't have the drink I ordered, so she made me that one. I was a bit perplexed, but in the end, I took my drink and loved it.
Being from Seattle area I don't typically review or enjoy starbucks. But FUR used great english and made me an amazing white chocolate mocha frappuccino with 2 extra shots that brought me back to a peaceful place.

Tasty menu items. The combos are great and affordable. However, they could take a lot of time to prepare certain dishes like the arepas
I truly believe that the Starbucks in Cancun could train people from all over the world about customer service. I went there many times in 11 days while in downtown Cancun and every single time everybody was so friendly kind. They remembered my order after the first day. I was using a walker and they ran to the door to open it and close it for me they were just beyond kind to me and I will never forget it. And I love the fact that I've made some new friends.
One of the best Starbucks I have visited. The taste, flavour and prices are great. Nice sitting area. Free wifi. Always visited this place whenever we are in Cancun. Service is fast and courteous. Cleanliness is good and well maintained.

Staff super friendly and polite
Service was wonderful, coffee and toast really gave us a boost for the day. And if you need a place to work or simply recharge your devices, this is the place. Also vegans or vegetarians are not forgotten here. Thumbs up!

I know I shouldn't drink in a Starbucks when traveling, I should try new things, new places... But after several 7-Eleven and Oxxo hot americanos, it feels good to have a cold brew. I hope the ice is not made of tap water, I guess we'll see tomorrow 😀

I only visited this place once but it was very clean and the drink I ordered was super good. At this day I didn't bring my laptop to work there but I saw many people working on there computer. So they have a good atmosphere there and the working people make a good team.

I had the most ridiculous service here. I ordered a small normal café latte without crema or syrup, but got one with caramel syrup & crema. I went back and said I would like a normal café latte & got the same caramel latte again 😂😂 In the end I was asked rude and annoyed "what do you want?". Is it so difficult to communicate in the team? I ended up getting a slap on café latte with boiling hot milk & had to wait 10 minutes to drink it. Glad I had to wait a little longer for the flight. Otherwise I wouldn't have time to play this game. Very embarrassing.
It's just ok... this one is focused on drive thru and has an open air concept. There are just a few tables and they're outdoors, parking lot for only 2 cars and there's always a line of cars so be patient.

This morning after a week that i go with my dog for a cappuccino, on employer told me that the dogs are not allowed to stay. I try to explain him that all week was allowed and I don’t understand why today was a problem. End of the story? I went home with 2 chocolate croissant, one was good and the other was hard like the head of this guy!

Gave them 500 pesos for a small latte and they gave me 200 back. I didn’t check right away and walked away. When I came back 2 minutes later to tell them they told me they didn’t have enough change and that I had to wait???!!!!???

This place caters really well to the cafe worker. They have a ton of drink and food selections and lots of places to sit with fast internet and charging ports everywhere. The staff is very kind and super attentive to you. If you are sitting upstairs, they will even bring you your food and drinks.

I’m in love with this place! So modern and cozy. Actually it has 2 floor, which is more light and big. Nice prices, very welcome staff. This place even has 3 working private zones such as Skype room, conference and tv room. You need to pay 50 pesos per hour. Comfortable tables with outlets, nice speed of WiFi, good variety of drinks - nothing else to wish about.

Baristas at this particular Starbucks are very very veeeeeryyyy slow. If possible go through another.

They didn't have either of the two items I asked for available, Cold Brew and Lemon Loaf. Fast service in a 24 hours environment, as long as you are willing to accept substitute products. Very well located within the section of the terminal. No issues with the service of their personnel, only with their provider.

Relatively new branch with two outside areas, one of which seems to accept dogs. It has valet parking. Across the street from a Mega Soriana and a block from Parque de los Venados.

Very nice Starbucks unit. Large place, very attentive staff, outdoor sitting available. There is a huge park just across the street, very convenient to take a good walk while enjoying your coffee.
