It’s taken me awhile to recover from my bachelorette in Cabo, so this review is a bit overdue. TL;DR, Jeff and his team were incredible to work with throughout the entire process and EVERYONE SHOULD ABSOLUTELY BOOK WITH THEM!!

I was looking for a specific time frame with specific drink and food options, and Jeff made it happen for us. Jeff was honest, fast to respond, and accommodating from the beginning.

Starting with the food, I had asked if he had food upgrade options (like ceviche or sashimi) and while they didn’t technically offer it, he still made it happen! The drinks and food offered were SO GOOD. My friends and I were obsesssssed with the ceviche and sashimi! The guacamole and cheese quesadillas were also very delicious. And of course, the drinks and shots they made were just what we wanted on a fun boat day! Overall from a food and drink perspective, exceeded our expectations.

The captain and boat staff were very kind and fun. They made our drinks promptly, made our food fresh, and made sure we were having a good time!

Overall such a great experience for my bachelorette party and I’m confident they provide the same experience for all their guests.

Our group of 16 was down in Cabo and we did a 2 hour sunset cruise with Cabo Deluxe Sailing. The captain and crew were the best. Had a great time and they were super fun, but they were very safe and friendly as well. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience! I definitely recommend this for a private sailing experience in Cabo. The staff are friendly and funny and really make you feel comfortable and safe on the water. Drinks were flowing and lunch is simple but yummy - perfect for a day out on the Pacific. Will absolutely come back for more sailing fun!

My first surprise was that this was more a sunset party cruise rather than the dinner cruise we expected. That is my mistake in making the reservation.

As a two hour party cruise it was good with a host pumping up the energy and lots of people getting in the mood and dancing. And the natural beauty of the harbor as well as the people watching can’t be denied.

The food was a bit disappointing again based on my expectation of a dinner cruise rather than a focus on the party.

The worst part though was up selling and ultimately price gouging. We started with a “deal” of 2 for the price of 1, $70 for 2 people. However as soon as we checked in we were up sold $50 to get priority boarding and 6 tickets each for upgraded drinks. Then once we were underway and had a couple drinks in us and were getting into the party “Pancho Guacamole” the premium Tequila salesman hit us up to do a round with him. Again my mistake, but now he is getting my card for another $70, but we are having fun so I tip him $10. The next round he says in on him, so I’m happy our $40 shots are now $20 shots, from a $150 bottle of Tequila. Then he seeks us out when we went to the lower deck and pushes for us to do another round, but this time we pay for his drink, so $105 and a $5 tip. He tells us next round is on him. Still having fun, but not as much and he explains that he is also the security on board to deal with trouble makers. He finds us again on the top deck and we do a round of the nice, but not as good Tequila ($12 shots) which we think is in him, but suddenly he says that I need to pay again. I’m not happy since he said next was on him, but so be it we want to be reasonable and have fun.

However when he rings it up, the charge is for $220 US not MX. I am now upset and say, no way. He says what will you pay? I figure $100 since that would cover the two rounds that he claimed were on him, so I am being reasonable even if feeling a bit abused.

He holds my credit card while he gets his “manager” to cancel the charge. They eventually come back and the manager cancels the $220 and charges me $100.

So we are now $340 over the $70 all inclusive “deal” we had. $410 all in.

In retrospect, the $50 upgrade was probably worth it. Be warned and avoid Pancho Guacamole once you’re under way. He is closer to Pancho Villa than sweet Guacamole. I didn’t mean to choose the Pirate cruise, but it was closer to that than the dinner cruise I intended.

Buyer beware!

We have had the pleasure of experiencing Cabo Deluxe Sailing for the last 10 years or more, and I can't say enough about how amazing it they are! From the moment we stepped aboard the luxurious catamarans, MexiCan and La Gringa, we know we were in for a treat. The boats are pristine, spacious, enclosed bathroom, and offered a comfortable and stylish way to explore the stunning coastline of Cabo San Lucas.

The atmosphere is incredible, thanks in large part to the fantastic music system that set the perfect tone for our adventure. As we sailed, we were treated to a delightful selection of tunes that kept everyone in high spirits. The drinks were plentiful and delicious, with a variety of cocktails & beers that perfectly complemented the beautiful views and the warm sun.

One of the highlights of our trip was the mouthwatering chips and salsa. The fresh, zesty flavors were the perfect snack as we sailed past some of the most breathtaking scenery I've ever seen. The view of the iconic Arch of Cabo San Lucas was simply unforgettable, and our crew made sure we had ample opportunities to take photos and soak in the beauty.

But the excitement didn't stop there! We were fortunate enough to witness some incredible wildlife, including majestic whales and graceful bat rays. The crew's knowledge and enthusiasm for the marine life added an educational element to the trip, making it even more special.

Overall, Cabo Deluxe Sailing provided an exceptional experience that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Cabo San Lucas. The combination of the stunning catamarans, the lively music, the delicious food and drinks, and the unforgettable views and wildlife sightings made this an adventure I'll cherish forever. Five stars, without a doubt!

This tour plan was horrible. They treated it like entering a club. We already booked a group of over 20 then when arriving they wanted us to pay extra to get on the boat first. It was so overpacked there would have been very limited seating. They charged a dock fee which was understandable but why we went on the Caborey and the dock fee was less than half and 100% nicer and classier.

From the moment we set sail, the Cabo Pirate Ship Sunset Cruise was nothing short of magical. The crew, dressed in their pirate best, were not only entertaining but incredibly hospitable, ensuring every guest felt like part of the pirate family.
The ship itself is a marvel, a true testament to the golden age of piracy, and it provided the perfect backdrop for the stunning Cabo sunset. As we cruised past the famous Arch, the sky exploded into colors that seemed almost too beautiful to be real.
The dinner was a feast fit for a captain, with options that catered to every taste, and the open bar kept the spirits as high as the masts. The highlight, though, was the pirate show – an action-packed performance that had us cheering and laughing throughout.

Fun times on the Buccaneer Queen. Captain shark and his break dancing crew did not disappoint. Great views of the sunset and Arch. Shows of fires and sword fights were neat. Food was a variety that is tasty and goes well with all the drinks. Margaritas were delicious and never stopped coming.

We had an amazing time on this boat.

We went out for four hours!!! The captain was amazing. We also had a chef and a bartender, who prepared drinks, guacamole, chips, and salsa. The boat also has a The boat also has a wonderful Soundsystem that you can AUX on !!

Another wonderful surprise was that a photographer was provided; and she took some amazing pictures.

Our captain was able to bring us close to Humpback, mother and her calf. (Not too close though but close enough to see).

I highly recommend this company and I really enjoyed my time on this boat. It was my family, a party of eight!!

We did a whale watching tour when we first arrived in Loreto with Jordon. Extremely knowledgeable guide and a wonderful experience seeing the whales. At the end of our stay we decided to take a tour to Coronado island . David was our tour guide. Again a very knowledgeable guide. What a fun trip to see different birds, dolphins and sea lions. We spent about 2 hours on the island with a beautiful beach. Some of us snorkeled, walk on island and rested. Lunch was served on both trips.

Cabo By Sea provided the highlight of our vacation! Transportation picked us up, dropped us off and Mario met us and led us to the sailboat. He was so kind and fun. The photographer Javier took amazing pictures so we didn't have to worry about capturing everything ourselves and we could enjoy the moment. Great music, great drinks, snacks, and we even saw a whale. Don't hesitate! These guys are the best!

Be ready for a party you will never forget. Drinks were served cold and the food exceeded our expectations. We had an amazing time dancing to the sunset.

Go on the pictograph tour! Lead by Luis, we hiked up the dry wash to the cliff where we saw pictographs. Along the hike in Luis pointed out the cougar and deer tracks. Lunch back at the van was delicious and fresh.

We had the best time on the Mexicat catamaran. It was the highlight of our trip to Cabo. The crew was fantastic and made the tour so much fun. We are regulars to Cabo and we will definitely be booking with Cabo Deluxe sailing again.

We did the blue whale tour and had the most amazing time. We had 5 of us total in our group and were able to get a boat to ourselves. Our captain and guide (Armando and Lupe) were so great at spotting whales and getting us the best sightings!!

This was the most memorable and magical day on my first weeklong trip to Loreto thanks to the assistance and hospitality from Carlos Velasco, our capitán Alonso and guide Lupe. I highly recommend their personalized services.

You could not ask for a better tour company. I did a private boat and captain for 3-days, several whale watching excursions, snorkeling, a guided trip to the mission and transportation to and from the airport. Everyone was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and fun to be with.

We went out today and it was amazing. From start to finish, the crew were ALL about making sure we had an amazing experience!!! Saw several Blue whales, some numerous times and one time the whale came towards the boat within 20 feet of us. WOW!!!

We went out 9am - 11. Good breakfast and simple drinks. Best experience was the whale watching, not just a watching but a whale show lasted 1 hour Of 2 whales breaching and tail swatting! A real show! We were lucky not usually so active.

We did two trips with this company and were extremely happy with the experiences despite only seeing a couple of whales and having a very bumpy boat ride. We saw dolphins both times. You take your chances with the wind and whales. We had excellent narration and stories from Carlos, walked on spectacular sand dunes on the Pacific side, and enjoyed the shore, sights and hikes on Danzante island.

Quite a magical whale watching experience by Lupay the whale guide and Armando the captain. Certainly witnessed our share of Blues and Humpbacks. You bet I would recommend Tours en Loreto by Carlos.

I have very mixed emotions about writing this review. My wife and I did the tour to the Misión San Javier. We had an amazing time! Our guide Rafa was extremely knowledgeable. He told us the history of his land, his family, the Mission, Don Memo and his family and so many more things. (Don Memo and his family run the orchard and one of the restaurants. Don't miss out on the great food and the chance to meet him!) It was, hands down, the best tour we have been on ever! Rafa also guides all the other tours they do. Now for the part that has me conflicted. We have become friends with the couple staying next to us. They wanted to do the tour to Isla Coronados. We highly recommended this tour company and our guide Rafa. The tour was to include: a guide fluent in English, 2 maybe 3 snorkeling stops, a few hours on a lovely sand beach with shelters and washrooms. What they got instead was: a captain that was not fluent at all, 1 snorkelling stop, a stay on a beach with no washrooms. I went back to the company because I felt terrible for giving out friends the recommendation! I was told that because there was only 4 people on the trip they supplied a captain but no guide. If your customers pay full price they should get the full tour! If you make the decision to send the tour out with less people, that is your responsibility not the customers. I would suggest that you increase the minimum number of guests for a tour to go out if that is what it takes to provide the amazing level of service that we received on our trip. Our friends deserved better! At this point, I can only recommend tours with Rafa. We will never forget our wonderful day with him! Gracias amigo!

That was a fantastic adventure for my family and I. Having a young child we didn’t know how it would go on a full day trip at sea with a group tour. We needed something that was unique and be able to cut it short if I proved too long for us. Some folks at the Malecón recommended Carlos and gave us his contact info. He got us set up on a trip to honeymoon beach, with a little whale watching on the way as well. The crew was wonderful and lunch was provided. Pick up and drop off at the casita in Loreto was seamless and coordinated all in English via WhatsApp. The pace and duration of the sailing was perfect for us with an 18mo old kid and the grandparents to tag along. Carlos took great care of us, and made a seem-less customized tour for us that we really enjoyed. I would highly recommend booking with these folks! Thanks again!

This was our 2nd timing doing a snorkle sail boat trip with Cabo by the Sea. Customer service was great we were treated very well. Our guide was informative and fun. Drinks and food both very good. We saw a turtle, whales and Sea lions. I was happy and would use them again.

We went on a hiking tour to Mesquite Canyon. Our guides Luis and Julio were wonderful. The hike was challenging and totally worth it. There were cliffs to climb and clear water to wade through. Luis shared lots of information about the local plants and animals, as well as the history of the indigenous people of the region. The canyon is spectacular, and we would highly recommend the tour!

We did two boat tours this time. The Sunset Yacht & Dinner Cruise- Tu Enamorado was phenomenal. The entire crew was amazing, and the food was amazing too.
Then we went on the party boat a few days later and Pancho Guacamole was our favorite part. He brings the good tequila!

Really enjoyed our trip to Coronado Island with Richardo and Hector. Both were very competent and knowledgeable. We felt very safe on the boat and in the water and on the land. The lunch was excellent. Snorkeling and swimming with the sea lions were definite highlights!

Last week our group of three booked a snorkeling trip through Loreto Sea and Land to Isla Coronado. We arrived at the harbor at 9am the next day and were greeted by Irene from Sea and Land. Another group of four had also booked and Irene spent a few minutes arranging to get a larger boat for us with Captain Choppi. The trip was a bit slow in getting started but once we left the harbor dolphins followed our boat for a bit. We had a great time snorkeling and saw many fish and seals in addition to lots of bird life. We also spent another hour or two on a beautiful beach with a filling lunch before heading back to the harbor. All in all it was an enjoyable and memorable trip and one of the highlights of our time in Loreto. I would highly recommend Loreto Sea and Land and Captain Choppi. Enjoy!

We had the best Charter with Pepe, Mani, and Gisele. We sailed for an hour to a snorkel spot and enjoyed some amazing drinks. Mani made the best guac and lunch was great. The crew could not have been better! 5 star!

Wonderful tour, great host and truly memorable trip to Coronado island loreto mexico. Our guide, Argenis, was very helpful and informative. Beautiful water, skies and thousands of fish. Beach chairs, umbrella and lunch with beers... perfect. Highly recommend. Will return again.

I’ll start with the best of the lunch cruise and snorkel. The tacos they prepared on the boat were like those you would get in a solid authentic restaurant-just superb. The cruise was wonderful because we went from the marina along the coast to Chilano bay. It was warm so there wasn’t a lot of dancing on board. They kept the music at a good volume so it wasn’t blaring. We met awesome people to hang with and really enjoyed ourselves. The crew also put safety first. We thought we might not snorkel because of rough water and safety concerns. It turned out that we did get in the water. If you’re a hard core snorkeled…this isn’t the tour to book. I saw fish..we also saw a turtle and seal during the ride. My 4 stars is for being picked up at the hotel and dropped off an hour early-clearly, so we would buy drinks at the adjacent bar. We didn’t really care for that..and we’d left money and credit cards at hotel..so we just had to sit the hour.

Absolutely great experience!!! Crew was amazing. If you decide to go on only one excursion while in Cabo pick the pirates. Super fun, all you can drink, and they feed you dinner. We boarded at 5:45 pm and were on the boat 2.5 hours. Loved it!!!!! Oh, and there was a fire show and sword fighting.

We went on our last night in Cabo, beautiful sunset and the whole atmosphere was so much fun!! The food was good and the crew was friendly, engaging, and really provided such a fun experience. I highly recommend. Great views of the arch and beautiful sunset over the hills.

We took the Sunset dinner cruise. There were multiple options but we went for Pirate show one. It was nice, fun for kids. Sunset was amazing. Drinks and Food were good too. I found it a bit longer than expected but they had a show, dance and everything.

We've been whale watching with Cabo Escape three times this week. Delicious breakfast & coffee. Yummy drinks! Friendly staff. Clean restrooms on the boat (don't put paper in the toilets on the boat!). There are lots of places to sit & stand. Have fun!

Great Loreto city tour! We had Carlos as our guide and he was so informative. Visiting Sofia's restaurant was amazing and we signed up for her cooking class. Highly recommend this tour company.

We had a really nice time on our Coronado Island tour. We had requested, if possible, to be with other English speaking tourists, as this is easier when asking questions of our guide. Carlos was able to accommodate this request.
We felt safe with our guide/boat captain. I was happy to be offered life jackets (not visible on many of the other tour boats), and our wet suits and snorkel equipment was included in our excursion. We had a cooler full of drinks and snacks.Ceviche lunch was delicious.
We would not hesitate to recommend this tour company to our friends.

I joined Carlos on a number of tours while visiting Loreto, including a walk around town, a boat trip to Coronado and a day’s trip to San Javier Mission.

All trips were super fu, but also very interesting. Carlos is very knowledgeable of the area, its people, and traditions. You can ask him anything.

I plan to be back soon and use his services again. Highly recomended!

Excelente atención

Argenys and Lezly were wonderful and accommodating. We set up the trip over the phone with Lezly, who spoke great English. The boat and the captain, Argenys, were very nice and reliable. Argenys took us around Isla Coronado and pointed out local wildlife and rock formations. He then took us to a spot that had a beautiful beach and amazing snorkeling. When we arrived, we were the only boat there. He set up chairs, a table, and an umbrella for us to use, and provided a cooler with assorted drinks and lunches. The trip was perfect, and exactly what we were looking for. When we return to Loreto, we will definitely use Guaycura Adventures again!

We had a great time sailing with our crew... Captain Pepe, our Photographer Javi and our Chef Gallo! Everything was smooth sailing. The photographs were great, the food and drink was good, and the sailing was priceless! We thank you for hosting us and we will surely book again. Can't wait to recommend you to my travel clients! We had a lot of fun. Tony made our time there special for sure. Nice cruise, saw the arch, complimentary drinks and dinner. And a pirate show! Bring a wind breaker. It's a pirate show, it's a very casual event, it's fun for the whole family! The food was really good as well. FYI, not everyone gets to sit up by the captain. I don't know why Tony thought we need to be up there, but it was extra fun for us.

I have chartered a sail on Cabo by Sea twice now and could not have been more pleased with the experience. The crew is great and the boat is very nice.

Highly recommend if you have done Cabo and the big party boat snorkeling trips and want something more low key. Private sailing and snorkeling just for our family was awesome.
