We booked rental cars with Langkawi Private Tour and were not disappointed. Sam, one of the guides also helped us with the booking of an island-hopping tour, which we enjoyed. Overall, a trustworthy company.

Car was sent in time. The guy explained the rules and highlighted any prior knocks in the car. Dropped at the airport and the guy was there on time to collect the car. Car was in good condition

Our private driver around Langkawi Island was exceptional. Knowledgeable and accommodating, he respected our wishes throughout the journey. When a sudden rain shower marked the onset of the monsoon season, he kindly diverted us to shelter at the mall for a brief respite. A truly reliable and considerate guide for our island exploration. Highly recommended!

Had amazing 2 days with Sam. Did Mangrove and Island hopping. Price is very competitive and affordable as well. He even took us to this amazing Indian restaurant Ammachi which is the best in Langawi. Thanks Sam. Will come back again

We had awesome time with our tour leader, Sam . He was so accommodating, patient and attentive to our needs during our 6 days outing with him .
Throughout the 6 days trip, he brought us to different restaurants and eatery. The food choices that he recommended were good in taste and easy on the budget .

Worse Car Rental company ever.
Arrived in JB at 6pm ( flight delayed twice). No personnel at counter in Senai Airport despite knowing our flight details.
Contact number unreachable.
Irresponsible staff.

They are very experienced tour guide in langkawi. All the activities like island hoping, mangrove tour and so on were well arranged. Reply for my inquiry asap. Make your holidays great with them. Especially Mr.Sam. Very helpful person. Thank you

TERRIBLE, currently renting, how to bring client with car with paint came off here and there, cannot even start properly, the key keep error detect and undetect, non lo so, whats the prob, ask for a another car, the staff dont even borther, left with no choice but to keep renting it, but THATS IT, last time using EUROPCAR

"Began the journey on an ecstatic note, car pick-up was smooth and staff were pleasant. BUT, car return left a huge dent in my wallet. I was charged a good RM1606, inclusive of RM106 service charge!?!! Like really? Service charge?? Thanks to a dent in the windscreen that either I failed to pick up before driving off or as a result of environmental conditions e.g. stones on the road that got thrown into the air) that was beyond my control. My advice if you must book with this company, scrutinise the entire car, not just the body of the car which is usually the focus. Windscreen, mirror, etc. Guys, I hope the price I paid for this experience will serve its purpose in helping you avoid these kind of situations. I have rented with other companies and its the first that I have been charged for damages not caused by me. Thanks Keddy Europcar for ending my holiday this way.

I rented an Axia with baby car seat. Mr Syam’s prompt response is superb on WhatsApp. On the arrival day, Mr Syam was there on time to send us the car. Car seat was good and nice, car was clean. He was polite and very helpful. Thanks for his excellent service! 🙏

What a fantastic 4 days and 3 nights stay at Langkawi through Langkawi Private Tour. Thanks to Sam who is resourceful, knowledgeable, polite, friendly and very accomodative. He has arranged for our tour right from picking at the airport, all sight seeing places and dropping back at Airport. Sam's arrangements were excellent and immaculate. I had informed him about family being vegetarian. He has not only guided and took us to the places but also arranged for the right food at the sight seeing places where the deal is with meal. Every one in my family wanted to vote Sam and Langkawi Private Tour 5 out of 5.

Overall it was a very nice experience and had a comfortable and enjoyable vacation for which major part of the credit goes to Sam. I would not only recommend Sam and Langkawi Private tour for all but also would choose him certainly for my next trip. Best Wishes....

Would give negative stars if possible. They will find the most minor damage and charge you hundreds of dollars. This is not a rental company, this is a scam

**Alert 1 - Poor service
There are no representatives met you up when you arrival, you have to make many calls until someone told you she/he is around. Especially when you're overseas and mobile was unable to make calls! The feeling is terrible!
**Alert 2 - Arbitrary charges
They hold your credit card and make unreasonable fine without any receipt/invoice given, even without any independent third party evaluation! Just threw you the roll paper from POS machine with the amount they charged after you departed and able to see the things when you arrived hometown airport AND it just ruined your trip!
**Alert 3 - Even Poor Customer Service
When you tried consulting about the payment, how did it charge? Reassure there will be NOBODY reply to your WhatsApp (all calls and messages sent via WhatsApp from the beginning). And you have to find the email address all around the internet and being direct from here to there, then await for more than a week, only to realise Hey we charged you less than it should be! But the problem is hand-writing receipt only told me the car repair company maintained the whole car!!(the car has many scratches when it has been given to us).
So, avoid using this company unless you want ruin your trips.

Tried JB Sentral outlet. Dun recommend. hold ur credit card ransom so that they can charge "fines".

if want to rent, air freshener is a must before renting. sewage smell and they'll just say "durian".

On the other hand, car condition was decent. Got the car with 45k mileage and it felt like new with good interior. Some minor scratches and dents on the exterior, otherwise, good ride to KL and back JB.

Once I forgot a pair of Ray-Bans (and honestly kinda forgot where I had left them), next time we booked from K.S. I was surprised that the company had kept them for me, so feel they are very honest.

I had a long term rental, almost 2.5 years. Never had any problems with cars and within rental time had 3 cars even an upgrade at no extra costs.
