A hidden gem in Bukit Jalil! Doctor Vicknesh is a good doctor who is soft spoken, passionate and attentive. The medical fee is reasonable too!

Came here for an ART test. The nurse shoved my nose and my head hurts. The doctor seems very unprofessional, hes very uncertain about his answers.

My kid was experiencing stomach ache at night, the clinic was about to close when we arrived but Dr Vicknes and clinic staff still attended to us ( Others would have shut their doors 30mins before clinic closing time and deny any walk-in with attitude) .

Dr Vicknes treated us with utmost patience , he did not rush through the diagnosis ( though it was already way past the clinic hours) , no upsell or cross selling, everything was explained in details with options given. Most of all, he always listens very patiently.

So thankful to have Klinik Pearl City around my neighbourhood.

I would like say a Big Thank you to Dr Vickneswaran and his team for letting me purchase some medicine for my wife after operating hours. Although his clinic has closed and Dr still allowed me to enter and purchase medication for my wife due to urgency. Very appreciate for your kindness and understanding. You guys are awesome! Lady Doctor Elly, maybe locum doc, very cold and sour face when treated patient.

First strike, My mom went there with skin infection, she not even bother to look at it. Like it was very gross. Did not give antifungal cream. Just antibiotic. It was fungal infection- diagnosed by different doctor in other clinic. Please do your work properly. Even pharmasict know its fungal infection. You are doctor, should know better. Wasted money n time.

2nd strike - took my son there for sore throat. No other pt except us. We waited outside for 20mins. Heard doctor elly laughing out loud with someone inside the doc room. When 2nd pt came into the clinic, then only the guy inside the room go out of the clinic. Surely not a patient bcoz that guy did not seated to wait for meds. Then, we went inside and 1min consultation only with cold face and mumbling. Had to ask to repeat few times. Wasted my time and money.

Will not come to this clinic anymore in putraheigts. Other clinic have better doctor who are very attentive n welcoming. Will go to medivron and alam medic.

I went for a check up for my fever, and there is this malay female doctor, which is very rude + scolded me because i opened my mask infront of her & because i didnt do a pcr test before coming to check with her, doctors are suppose to try to give the best treatment because i am at a vunerable state, instead she gave me a headache and sakit hati. NEVER COMING BACK AND DONT COME HERE!

Loving the treatment i got here. Have been my go-to clinic for my gastric issue. The only clinic i went that did abdominal checkup for my gastric, rather than just listening to the patient.

I went to this clinic to get checked as I was having a high fever and sore throat. Instead of treating me, he was lecturing me on how to do a covid test assuming I did not know how to do it. Even that is acceptable but when I asked for a mc, he looked at me weirdly as if I was not eligible for a mc when my fever was at 38.6 and I was already losing my voice? I was also wondering how come he did not suggest for me to get a MC before I even asked? Dr Ivan needs to have more compassion for his patients.

For the past 2 months Dr Vicknesh has come to my house twice a week to clean n do the dressing for my bedridden mum's bedsore wound. Everytime he took nearly an hour to do it due to the seriousness of the wounds. He charged below the market rate for house call because according to him my house is not too far from his clinic. A very good doctor.

Dr Vicknes has become my family doctor since the set-up of the Clinic in Bukit Jalil. All in the family are pleased to go to him for GP medical attention. Patient, knowledgeable with pleasant staff and a clean, conducive set-up. Highly recommended. Keep up the good work, Dr Vicknes and team!

I don’t usually go to gp because of generally how unsincere they treat me. But with this dr it was such s pleasant visit and even my husband was also amazed on how patience the dr were with us. Spending such long time to explain every questions we had was really wow…

GP clinic opened recently. The reviews are correct. The doctor in charge is friendly and very well mannered. He patientlyexplained what needs to be done clearly. The staff are also very friendly. I am most impressed.

The place is clean and well maintained.

This is also the clinic appointed by the government for the COVID-19 vaccination.

The best clinic I have been to (around BSP and Putra Heights) and the credit goes to Dr.Chang. He is a fantastic doctor. Young, knowledgable and handsome, too! He is very understanding, takes his time to speak to his patients, checks thoroughly, friendly and is very much approachable. I have been going to him for the past 2 years whether it's for my son, husband or even mum. He explains well and the best is we always get cured and feel better after seeing him. Some of the locum doctors we meet are okay, but we personally prefer Dr.Chang because he is GOOD.

Just saw Dr Adli on 13 Feb 2024, very good Doctor. Very patient, thorough in his examination and explaination and most important gentle. Pls keep him on longer.
