Salam and hi. I just want to share my experience with PosLaju Jerteh today. I am really thankful and appreciated for what Miss Dira, on of the their staff did. My parcel were stucked in PosLaju KB. She helped me to reach the staff there and told the staff to wait for my friends to pickup the item eventhough it already past the office hour. You have no idea how your actions really helped me. Thanks Miss Dira, thanks PosLaju Jerteh!

Very effective even though it was a long queue.
So I went to this place for the thousand time, and the staff told me I cannot send my parcel because they dont have the manual form. And I need to use the online form, which apparently is not compatible with my phone. Not my fault if I cant use it. You should always have an alternative. Very poor service and response.
A lot more better service compare to the branch in Bagan Ajam. At least service here is faster!!!

Came here to renew license on Wednesday afternoon. Lunch at malay food stall right in front the office while waiting the number. Three counters operated that time, everything quite fast and I'm almost miss the number!
