Best Occupational medical physicians in Malaysia

Dr sy***a was so rude. And she didn't even listen carefully and lack of empathy with patients. 😊

Having a bad experience with Dr. L***a. Not recommended for ultrasound service. Not even 2minutes for ultrasound service. Macam kene scam pun ada.

One of the indian staff is just so rude. Imagine I was sick and of course it takes time to move from seating to laying down, she rudely said “akak baring kak, akak paham tak baring tu mcm mana” i was shocked and mad. Watch ur tone please im sick.
I refused to take the injections because i was not being brief prior to that and then again very rude of her said “abistu taknak injections akak buat apa dtg clinic” i was like EXCUSE ME? and the Dr came to see me which is fine no issue with the Dr.
The whole frustration is about the staff being irrational to treat patient like that. And the Dr didnt even bother or care to ask and listen to me why i was unhappy.
I was once went to this clinic asking about covid test, and the other Indian staff was very polite and welcoming, love her.
But this one rude girl really get into my nerve.
please change the attitude girl. Care clinic should do something, get her proper training please. Zero empathy. My last visit here. Period.

nice and good environment. the clinic is clean. the staff and doctor also friendly. kindly prefer this clinic so much.

Not so many people, so waiting time is short. The doctor (woman) didnt check my toddler thoroughly after we did influenza test. she just give prescription tamiflu coz the med not available. She should give medicine fever,cough or whatsoever coz my daughter shows symptoms.Very disappointed and will never come to this branch anymore

We went to the clinic at 7.30am. I called first and they immediately answered and the staff is also polite. The Dr. also very good

Nice place, not so many people but waiting time is so longgggg... almost 2 hours to see doctor. Maybe next time i'll try another panel clinic nearby. sorry..

1st time here. 3rd Jun/5.45pm. Daughter was having high fever.
(-)Reception at registration should improve her skill as first point of contact. Watch your tone.

(-)Doctor on duty didnt thoroughly check my daughter. Seems inexperienced. Not looking confident. No good interpersonal skill also.
