The worst branch ever, worst technical support, worst customer service

Warmest customer service..GREAT.
Then, I went to TMPoint Sg Petani. Very good and effective service. Crew named Mr Daud came and install my unifi with warm chats and effective jobs...SUPERB and very kind staff

Friendly Staff .. Smooth Service.. Have A Lot of Parking.. Easy Access

Just to pay bills - i tend to go at off hours , hence no crowd. They operate at extra hours which is great.

I went to pay utilities bills,TMpoint located at jalan tunku asaad,kulim.
Fast response from customer service 👌,not too crowded,parking available,overall satisfied

Worse after sales service, cannot terminate hypptv over here. Need to go to Perda. Also don't know the Perda TMpoint phone number. Don't know anything when it come to termination. No point of staying at the front line if you don't know anything. Better stayed home & sleep rather being a front line that don't know anything. DON'T KNOW.

parking quite limited. the service was good. depend on the time, it could take some time to finish your issue. i was there during sunday before, took almost 1 hour. i went during weekdays, 15 minute tops.
