Water are so clean , comfort and service 5 star
Lousy courier, need 5 delivery attempt only can deliver. They will assign part time dispatcher that cannot fully commit all the given parcel, then will end up returning the undelivered ones back to the center, then keep on repeating until yours get delivered if fortunate enough. Don't overcommit if you can't handle the capacity. LOUSY
Stupid courier..not receive my parcel until now...call didnt answer

Went there once and the staff were helpful enough to allow me to drop off. But their phone is never picked up though. I once drove there and surprisingly, they seemed to be closed already. But seems like they are opening again.
Need alot of repairs
Worst ever service. Call to delay package due to back home town to election. Customer service said OK. End up add my 2K package in emtpy house for 2 days

It's okay for swimming. Pool water is still clean however facilities like toilet & bathroom need lot of improvement.

Its a great location with super friendly staffs especialy Ms *W* and the kelantanese receptionist are always willing to offer help.The best thing is room is in good condition and clean.
Its such a wonderful for a budget hotel that able to render a good service compare to other big hotels nearby.
*Bathroom is clean with complete toiletries.
*AC and wifi is good.
*Metro Titiwangsa is walking distance.
*Limited car park.
**Had problem with TV connection but the receptionist is always offer prompt help.
*Housekeeping staffs also good and willing to assist my request as I asked for change of room.
*Nearby restaurant is limited,more to indian restaurant.

Budget hotel with in the city limits for boarding and lodging.

It is the best place to reside for the Andaman staff. all the facilities required are provided to the staff. It even has small market where all necessary products required are available to purchase. It even has a cafeteria where you can have food

Die Zimmer und voralem das Badezimmer ist Total heruntergekommenen. Das Zimmer stank anscheinend ausm. Abfluss.
Und die Gegend ist anscheinend auch nicht die beste ein paar Meter entfernt Sitz nen Junkie und macht sich erst einmal sein spritzt Besteck fertig in aller Öffentlichkeit zwischen zwei Hotels
