Been servicing my car since last year with Hun Teik Service Centre, and this car foreman is so humble and his service is totally too good💯 He will makesure to get confirmation with the customer first regarding any extra changes to be needed for the car before proceeding. Most recommended .

Came to this shop after I moved to this area because it's the nearest to my home. Over the past 2 years I tried to give chance to this shop, but somehow there's something for me to complain:

1s I brought my car for a regular oil change, was told my car's lower arm bushing needed change as there're 'knocking' sound. Charged me RM1.2k. Later on found out that the bushings are a 100% mark up. Issue didn't settle, knocking sound persisted. Went to other mechanic & was told it's actually steering rack issue.

2nd visit, brought my car to change rear shock absorbers. Head mechanic said needed to order parts as they don't have it currently. Well, told them I actually brought the parts with me and they just have to install it. The attitude of the head mechanic changed immediately, rebuked & ignored me. Said they don't do conti cars, nonsense. It's obvious he refused to do it because can't earn from the parts.

Thirdly came to change front tires. Tires here also costed more compared with other centres. After change noticed my car's steering rack boot twisted, they didn't attempt to adjust it back.

Guys, come to this shop only for minor issues eg. engine oil change. Otherwise please look elsewhere. They don't value returning customers.

Aircond gas refill so damn expensive!!! Other shops only charge RM40, this shop is charging RM90!!! For every type of cars. Big and small, all same!!! Highly NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

I have been taking my car to Heang Cheong for servicing and repairing for the last few years. Awesome service and friendly people. My car still performing great even though it has been 10 years. Thanks to Heang Cheong for the great work of maintaining and fixing my car. Good honest mechanics are hard to find.

CRV left rack having abnormal sound after warranty period , Honda service center advice rack replacement which is cost around RM6k. After Full steering rack serviced by Heng Cheong , can feel the smooth turn on the steering wheel and quiet on the bumpy road. It cost me not even half of the brand new price, this is a huge saving to me . Thanks for my all time favourite workshop!!

Happens to hear from a friend of mine after I told them this shop, this shop scammed him by not changing the engine oil. Instead of drain fully the oil they did half and half new. IDK la… but truly disappointed.

Extremely Disappointed with Incompetent Service at Heang Cheong Auto Service

I recently had a thoroughly unpleasant experience at Heang Cheong Auto Service, and I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction with the level of service I received. My car was taken to the workshop for repair, but the entire ordeal turned out to be a nightmare.

First and foremost, the primary issue was not adequately addressed. Despite explaining the specific problem and entrusting the professionals at Heang Cheong Auto Service to fix it, my car continued to exhibit the same issues even after the supposed repairs. It's disheartening to pay for a service only to find out that the problem remains unresolved.

Instead of acknowledging their shortcomings, they opted to deflect blame elsewhere. It is disheartening to see a business resort to such unprofessional tactics rather than owning up to their mistakes.

This blame-shifting approach is not only unprofessional but also unacceptable. As a customer, I expected Heang Cheong Auto Service to conduct a thorough inspection, identify any issues with the vehicle, and address them competently. The fact that they are unwilling to take accountability for their actions is indicative of their lack of commitment to providing quality service.

I am deeply dissatisfied with the lack of transparency and accountability demonstrated by Heang Cheong Auto Service. I entrusted them with my vehicle, and they failed to live up to basic expectations. I strongly caution others against seeking services at this workshop, as it appears their primary concern is deflecting blame rather than providing quality repairs.

In conclusion, my experience with Heang Cheong Auto Service has been nothing short of a disappointment. I would advise anyone considering their services to think twice and explore alternative options that prioritize honesty, competence, and customer satisfaction.

Have a terrible experience with this workshop. Sent my car to fix front axle, the boss realize my alxe oil mixed with water, instead of changing the axle oil, he just add 1 litre of oil and said it fixed.

Stupid or dumb? Expert in gearbox? b*llsh*t.. if your shop is expert you will notify your customer and get the thing fix properly. Not just add some oil and charge the customer.

Unprofessional, wouldn't recommend to anyone to this shop.

I not sure what is being communicate between the used car and your shop. Both tell different thing. Based on my understanding, oil + water definitely is not good combination for the component inside the axle, especially the bearings. After driven thousand of kilometers back to Selangor for CNY and bring the car to service only realize this issue from my workshop. I understand that profit is important, as an expert/specialist or even intern at your shop, we should not let this happen and convince to our customer (in your case, used car) that this is not right. Talk some sense to your customer, sometimes they are not an so call expert like you guys. Seems like you guys fail to do it. If your customer say use 20w50 engine oil for their Audi R8 when service the car you guys going to do it? If yes then good luck to the engine. Hope you guys get some sense here.

I’m sorry to give this rating. Too expensive for only regular service. Told them just to change engine oil and check for water. Highlight my engine sound v big asked them to check and solve; also telling them my aircon not cold dy, ended up they charged me RM760, help me do a lot of extra services without informing me.

Told me the car is done and there’s no issue dy. in the end the problem still there and I need to find another workshop to solve the issue. The workshop just charged me RM150 and succeed diagnose what’s the main issue caused the engine sound so loud and refill my aircon gas for me. I told him I did serviced my aircon just a week ago, he questioned why still lack so much gas after he took over my car.

I asked to top up air cond gas (which was still cold) but the foreman retrieved the existing gas and pumped in the new gas with a fee of RM130. After one month, the air cond only blew out hot air, my car was like a moving sauna room. Right before CNY, tried to get back to fix it but they closed earlier than usual. Finally I got it fixed by another shop which specialized in aircond services
with RM80 only. Will think twice before going back for future service.

After reading good reviews, friendly, humble n knowledgeable on cars. Took my car over and asked the boss to check my car's problem. He don't even want to check, told me: ur car can still start & move ma, drive until my car brokedown on the road then only tow here. So sombong 🤷

I am sorry to give this a very bad rating, because of the rude and arrogant boss. I asked for quotation first before changing anything, a fuel pump cost RM200++ market price, nissan tanchong brand, but the worker told me it's 1K plus. It's fine, I am willing to pay because I understand that they need to get some earning for so many workers there. I just request to quote me first before purchasing anything, the moment i show him the market price the boss get mad, and scolded me telling all nonsense, wash car la, flood la, parking space la (what is it related to that??!?).

In the end, it doesn't solve the problem, my car still break down after paying RM800 for the fuel pump and RM200 for the diagnosis and RM100++ for the labour charge. I am not happy not because of this, its because of the attitude of the boss. I got scolded and like i am begging him to repair my car.

Uncle was super nice and friendly. I only noticed there was a sound like as if something stuck in the wheels. So looked for nearby workshop. And he just saw it and removed the thing without giving any attitude whatsoever. We were paiseh and wanted to ask if he want to charge for anything and he’s like noooo and just wished us a safe journey back to KL. Definitely give him some business if you are in need of a workshop 😂

Found this shop through Google. Contacted the owner and asked him for a price to respray my rear body kit to Black Piano. The price is very reasonable. It’s all done within one day only even it’s almost Hari Raya celebration. Very fast and great service. Recommended 👍🏻

Third times a charm, i gave this business benefit of doubt and try to visit again, few yrs ago, got turned away asking for realignment as too busy, 2nd time, just recently i was turned away asking for timing belt service (because too busy, even tho i said it could be done a week or two later if they are busy!) And finally this time to enquire about tires as they advertise the brand of all terrain tires i want to fit on my vehicle, despite my insistance on which tire i wanted (through my own careful and thorough research may i add) they insisted to me it cannot fit my vehicle, and they will only fit the same tire which already on the vehicle!

Everytime their attitude and actions is so rude despite I'm trying to spend money at their business, go figure!

Maybe they don't like my face or maybe they are to rich already, who knows But obviously don't need my business.

The service and workmanship is superb, I am satisfied with the finishing. They do what they say, worth it for going. I will not go any other auto shop after test Nanyang Auto workmanship.

Their response was great. I asked them to repaint the dented parts and the parts where the color had peeled off when the car was hit against a pole. It was a very beautiful finish to repair the car in 3 days. It was very helpful for me as a foreigner to explain carefully. I'm really thankful to you!

This is my mechanic who has faithfully repaired and service my car.Ah Sun is very helpful and has always done my car even on instalment basis when I cannot pay the whole sum at one go.When I put my car there,I will go and have a meal at Old Town White Coffee while waiting for Ah Sun to complete my car.He is very patient and works hard to finish my car on that very day.Many church goers also send their cars for Ah Sun to service and repair.

The owner is one of the kindest people I've met in Malaysia. Our car couldn't start because of battery problems and I asked him if he could help us jump-start it. He came in 5 mins and solved the issue, and even refused to receive more money than he asked us for solving it.
