Gezellige winkel en personeel. Wel jammer dat assortiment en opstelling minder is dan de grotere variant.

It is a horribly messy and disordered shop compared to other Actions. The shelves are generally empty, and the staff doesn't bother to fill them up and replenish the stock. So, it's impossible to shop for anything I'd like because it's nearly never there. There are also products constantly lying on the floor and open product boxes, and no one cares to clean up.
It's one of my favourite shops. It's well-supplied, and the stock is replenished on time. Polite staff.
Employee scanned my article, it didn’t work and told me you can’t buy it. Not a single ‘sorry’ or ‘let me see what I can do’.. ridiculous service 👎

En dat in deze tijd, dat ook mensen met een beperking en of handicap het recht hebben op toegankelijkheid, maar Xenos-Presikhaaf heeft geen lift, dus je kan niet boven shoppen.... Ook mensen met een rollator of zelfs een kinderwagen worden niet als volwaardige burger gezien hier.
Dit maakt mij erg boos, maar het veranderd niets aan het feit dat deze winkel niet voldoet aan het VN-verdrag handicap.
Laat ik voorop stellen dat het personeel uitermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam is, maar ik wil zelfstandig kunnen winkelen, ookal zal niet iedereen begrijpen dat ik dit zeg.

Friendly staff
I reached 7 mins before closing time to buy something that it'd have taken 2 mins to get, but they said they were already closed and don't let me in. Don't set 18:00 as closing time on Sundays if you're not willing to let people in before that.
EDIT 1: Next day on Monday, I've dropped by around 17:25 and it's closed, so go figure. It's the third time I've passed by in vain this week. Stick to the working hours or change them, but don't make people waste their time.
EDIT 2: In the end, I ended up buying what I needed at Xenos.

Nice shop if you are moving into a new house. You have got a wide range of items. Stocks get over really fast. It's us is value for money.

A really nice shopping mall but getting there by car can get a bit annoying because there's always traffic. When you're finally inside its a nice place to be with a lot of shops for enjoying the entire day.
Bakspullen gekocht voor 10- jarige. Ruim assortiment, veel leuke spullen. Vriendelijk personeel zowel in de winkel als aan de kassa. Enorm fijn geholpen door de dames 👋!

Leuke winkel waar ik altijd graag kom, maar de Xenos in Cuijk sla ik voortaan over. Bij binnenkomst werd ons op een niet -klantvriendelijke manier gezegd dat we een mandje mee moesten nemen. In eerste instantie verstonden we niet wat de verkoopster zei en vroegen het haar te herhalen, waarop ze ons de rug toekeerde en niks meer tegen ons zei. Het mandje kregen we van haar collega aangereikt. Geen idee waarom we een mandje mee moesten nemen (kwamen hier overigens voor een houten ladder en grote spigel dus het mandje was overbodig), daarbij stond er niks over vermeld bij de ingang en was het de toon waarmee ze de boodschap bracht.

mooie uitstraling nieuwe stijl. Helaas wel beperkt assortiment. Klantvriendelijkheid kan beter. Onlangs voor veel geld servies gekocht, maar kon desondanks niet op enige coulance rekenen bij het willen retourneren van een mok van 5 euro. Jammer. Beter online bestellen dus!
Behulpzaam personeel: Teveel om zelf te dragen; het personeel maakt ergens een doos artikelen leeg, heeft mij de lege doos en blijft zelf met de losse spullen zitten. Maar dat vinden ze geen probleem.

Good place to buy general things for your house, snacks, cheap painting tools and even toys. It’s a big store inside Hoog Catharijne with lots of variety of products. Worth stoping by if you need something, especially because of the price.
Place has a huge variety of household items. From kitchenware to bed linen and what not. Cheaper than bigger brands like Ikea.
During the covid pandemic, Action isn't quite fast in handling the click and collect process. People trying to pick up their order at the wrong time-slot, orders that aren't finished in time or incomplete orders all contribute to delays. Wait times of over 15 minutes (for something that can just take 2 minutes) aren't unusual.
In shop shopping remains always good and prices are low, as usual for Action. Friendly and helpful staff.

The store was as expected, but it was fairly buddy and eventhough there were 4 people at the counter only 2 registers were in use. This resulted in long lines. This is something that seems to happen often in this action.

It's always a joy to get good quality stuff for small prices. Not everything is of high quality but tools and paint is good and durable. I also like all household cleaners.

Eerste Xenos die ik zie zonder rekken van 2.5meter. nu kan je er over heen kijken en is alles sneller te vinden. Geeft ook meer ruimte en geen doolhof gevoel.

Cheap products with surprisingly good quality. Come here to buy school supplies and art supplies. I rate it 4 stars because the lights are very bright and give me a headache. And the store is usually very crowded
Nice to have action in that precious mall. However, it is small and a lot of things that I want is either not available or out of stuck. From my own perspective, a better management of this shop will make it more attractive because the location is just perfect.

Action is a good place to buy multiple products at reasoable rate. It could be household products like soaps, handwash, cosmetics, fitness, Supplements, car products like oils, collant, wipers, etc, Bicycle parts and accessories, etectrical & electronics equipments, paints, staionaries, toys, dry fruits, candles, dish cleaning liquids and many more like greeze removal, foorwares. You name it and that would be there. It has very wide varity and ranges. This is one of the best store chain in Netherlands.

Always my place to go when looking for decorations, storage options or artsy stuff. They have some nice practical furniture pieces too.

The best service you could wish for in Action! We went to get some paint in there and they didn't have stock on the shelf but they just received the deliver even tho ladies were busy and the delivery was very big they went on the back and got it for us, just perfect!

If you "are what you buy", you should probably not go here. Lots of cheap stuff you probably do NOT need but I go there from time to time to make sure they really stick to that device. (Lol)
So I am always proud if I manage to leave with only the cheap cleaning acid and maybe a bulb. I think all the plastic and bad quality stuff dhould not be bought. Made by people the poor labour conditions too.

what is there not to like about Action, great stuff for really good prices. We go there all the time. You can find some quality stuff for decent prices.

Cheap products but not the best quality. It's a good place to get inexpensive stuff if you've got a limited budget but be prepared to not be amazed by the lifespan of your purchase. Sometimes I can't find the price tags for some items and most of the people who work there don't speak English. As a result, every time I need to ask them a quick question I know i might have to wait a bit till they get me someone to help me out.

As action stores go, it is a fairly big one with a lot of (usually) good value for money products.
A wide variety of household stuff at very low price ranging from toiletries, to beddings, cosmetics, toys books, electronic accessories , clothes and gardening accessories ect. Sometime you can find mainstream quality brands on toiletries too but mostly budget brands
If you need something on the run that's cheap, this is the place to go!

High discounts. good store
Nice assortment of things one does not really need. They did not accept 50€ notes neither foreign credit card, half of the items did not bear a proper code so the cashier had to get them exchanged. Not a pleasant experience...

I really like this shop it's very much the definition of an impulse buy shop. All items are very reasonable prices but it's the kind of place where you don't expect the products to have a very long life.

Altijd een erg leuke winkel om door heen te lopen. Zo nu en dan leuke acties. Kwaliteit van de meeste spullen zijn goed. Overigens ook vriendelijk personeel
