Not that good experience
Very rude staff and low quality weed
Unfortunately closed at seemingly random, came at 16:00 and the gate was locked. 2 stars since the view from said gate was nice and I saw a grey heron

Don’t go! I strongly recommend NOT to go. It was a frustrating experience. We didn’t event order anything. One of the waiters was very rude with us. Told us that we needed to have something to stay without even giving us time to decide how to order and said it in a very unpolite way.
Also without a reason, he took the menu from our hands in a very violently so we decided not to have the coffee there. It seems we took the menu card from a place that we couldn’t by mistake but there was not a justified attitude from the beginning without explaining it properly to us.

The owner of this establishment needs to pay attention to the reviews, they all say the same thing. The Asian guy behind the counter is a complete jackass, he needs to go. Sucks that such a nice place can be ruined by the rude and inconsiderate people that work there.
This is our new favourite coffeeshop in Amsterdam City. Very chilled, some awesome stuff for sale 😉😉 and very friendly and helpful staff. You have to try this place if you visit.

A small innocinent looking place with unforgetable atmosphere of a tousand smoked rolls. Very nice service, you can clearly see a very devouted staff with a lot of passion to the craft

Well worth visiting this garden has a wide variety of plants. I was amazed also by the huge collection of succulents in the greenhouses. I understand that they have the largest collection in Europe. There were lots of lovely places to sit in the gardens. Also a little cafe with plants for sale and other useful gardening items. I will certainly visit again. Highly recommended!
If I can rate zero, I would. Rude guy running this store. He couldn’t answer a single question. Don’t go there. Much better places around.
Should update their website or Google maps about the opening days/hours accordingly. Coming all the way here and learning that the garden is closed is unacceptable.
The people were very warm and welcoming. They offered coffee and/or tea before and after service. It's a small congregation also. Unlike, a couple of other churches I've visited in Amsterdam, their singing was very participatery. There was a visiting Pastor with a team of youths from England on the day I visited. He preached. His sermon was encouraging. I loved the entire experience and would gladly worship there again if I had the opportunity.

Rude and aggressive staff. This of the only Coffeeshop we’ve visited that we’ve experienced aggressive behavior and it’s incredible how you manage to be so aggressive considering all the joints they smoke.
Can't recommend these guys highly enough. Really friendly and helpful staff with an absolutely amazing level of care shown to the product. No buds split and some of the freshest, tastiest water hash (banana and papaya) I've ever had the pleasure of smoking. Definitely in my top three coffeeshops of Amsterdam. Make this your first stop if you appreciate high grade product from a great team.
Super comfortable and friendly coffeeshop. Basjoe reminds me of coffeeshop culture from the good old days where you're made to feel welcome, you can see what you're buying and you can relax and have a good time.

Came here by a recommendation on an Amsterdam travel review about special gems. And it did not defraud. Good vibes, very nice people, for those who are not familiarised with the theme, they explain and advised you on the best product depending on what you want. They don’t take advantage of you because you’re a tourist. The product is of really good quality. It is a small place, where you feel welcomed. Moreover, you can spot people taking pictures of the place from the outside.
Super chill place to go to. Small hole in the wall. The prices were right and the weed was top shelf. They had everything you needed to roll another number for the road. Just be careful with all the rolling papers decorating the wall. You don't want to be that one dude who takes out a section of wall paper with your sweaty head.

Great little coffeeshop. A good selection, but kept going back for my favourite Forbidden Fruit. Defo one to try if you like stinky tasty smoke. The guys serving were very friendly and helpful. Small shop with a few tables and chairs but a one of a kind shop with good music and filled with stickers and rizlas you can add if you want. Will definitely be coming back :)

I was not allowed to enter for not living in the Netherlands, saying with a mocking tone that it was a regulation of long ago, then when my partner bought (he did not know about weed) and asked only sold him without explaining anything of what he was buying, reaaally bad service... dont go there

Take a tram to the Medical Centre and then a short walk. This is a well organised botanical garden with many lovely plants inside and outside. Many have been propagated and are available for the visitors to purchase. For those with green fingers there are species just waiting to be discovered. For those that like to sit and relax in the garden, there are many seats to help you unwind and watch the world go by. It must be a real lifeline for the visitors and patients of the hospital next door.
It has been almost three month since I visited there. The garsen seems pretty unique in its type. Really recommended for a break. Don't forget to sit on those chair and have discussion on any topic.
Dishonest about membership costs
Small but very rich botanical garden, situated just on the outskirts of Amsterdam. Free admission but you are free to donate. Their collection of Hortensia an agapanthus are quiet interesting, as well as their cactus collection and the tropical glass houses with amongst others a fine collection of orchids.
Best place to be in if you want to spend some time in the greenery and with birds, bees and butterflies. It felt like escaping the city bustle when I just walked a few steps into the garden. Will definitely recommend going there.
Hidden gem of Amsterdam. The garden has a big collection of amazing unique plants. People working here are so friendly. You can easily have a chat about the plants and get some gardening tips. It’s such a great addition to the visit.

Very nice cozy place, with amazing trees and flowers. I just love it . Despite the fact I have been here in January I am fond of it and want to come here next time when I will be in Amsterdam.
