Found this incredible shop by Googling “souvenir shop near me” and I am so glad that I did. The owners of the shop were very patient and accommodating, the first day it took me a while to figure out the clog size conversion to sneakers, and they were very helpful. They were never pushy and always delightful when I asked about some of their products. I bought some t shirts, kid’s clogs, clog shaped slippers, these cute ceramic tile figurines, coasters etc. each of the items were carefully wrapped up for me. I made a mad dash to go back again the next day and bought a suit case from them, I needed it, the men’s clogs take up half of a carry-on suitcase. Bought more mugs, magnets, key rings, ceramic animals, bracelets, earrings and necklaces, all made in Netherlands. All the products were authentic and very reasonably priced, and I’ve been to other souvenir shops as well, so I do price comparison. Would highly recommend them to all. The picture shows how much stuff I purchased from them, that whole suitcase worth!

Mustafa is an amazing and lovely person. The only shop in Netherlands with amazing customer service for foreigners. I highly recommend to my fellow foreigners to visit.

Plenty of souvenirs with so many various options

We loved our visit and learnt alot about windmills. The ladies who work at the windmill were super helpful and friendly. They gave my son a colouring sheet after the tour and directions for us to take the tram into Amsterdam central. There is a large playground with cafe nearby, perfect to spend time with kids while waiting for the next tour if you turn up without pre-booking. Highly recommended to visit!

Well they have multiple collection of Disney famous character. The staff was very friendly and help me a lot to pick the best characters 😍🤍

The shop is nice even if the prices are particularly high.
The main problem is at the cash registers which are disorganized. Many of us have had bad experiences with a particularly tall middle-aged man who was grumpy and hasty and called people at the cash register when he hadn't finished previous customers yet and left you standing there waiting with items in hand in a limited space.

the police was called for nothing to search us since we refused to show our bags to the employee

you have so many good options at a better price in a 100 meter radius, forget this store, even the police said this is one of the worst stores around with the rudest employees

Thoroughly enjoyable tour of a working windmill, if you want something a bit different and educational can recommend it.

This was well worth the €8 fee, it's a shame my wife couldn't do it as the elevator was broken today. Very friendly staff and informative tour and highly recommended. Found this better than visiting Amsterdam but then never liked cities living in the country. Ladies there were excellent speaking German and English as well as their own language and maybe more.

This is the place where you will find the best souvenirs in Amsterdam. Don’t forget to take photos wearing the big yellow traditional shoes outside the shop on the street! You can also lie down in the huge yellow traditional Amsterdam shoe and have a photo of yourself! The prices of this shop is reasonable and there are many choices

Kinda large souvenir shop for tourists. They have lots of stuff there.

23rd of June 2022 I went to this place to buy postcards, 1 postcard was 0.60 cents and 10 postcards for 5 Euros. I bought 20 cards, the correct total to pay would be 10.00 euros. When I arrived at my house I saw that they charged me 20.00 euros. In the bill is written that it is possible to claim something before 8 days. Before the end of the 8 days I went to the store to explain that I had only bought 20 cards and that I should only pay 10.00 euros and not 20.00 euros. A very rude man from afar insinuated that I was lying, so he called his manager, a blonde woman arrived and was very impolite, racist, the whole time she insinuated that I was lying, I showed her the bill, she said why you didn't come here the day after you bought it, I explained, I don't live in Amsterdam and I work, she asked me who was there when I bought, I said a guy, she was very rude, I told her she could look at the roster and confirm who was working on the 23rd at 2:32 pm when I made the payment. She said she didn't have time to check it, I wanted to show her on my bank's app that I made the payment, she didn't want to see it, the bill has 20 items but it's not specified what I bought, she said I was lying, I explained to her that I wasn't lying, I work, I just wanted my 10.00 euros because it's not my fault if they don't specify the items in the note, I'm not obliged to leave them 10.00 euros as a gift because I worked to earn this money. Where is the customers right? I said I'm not going to leave my house to lie. What I found ridiculous was the way I was treated, they were never interested in seeing my side, always accusing me. these people are not qualified to work with the public because they don't know what respect is, education, they were rude and racist. At the end she said in a loud voice being rude that she was going to give me the 10 euros but I was supposed to not go back there, BUT how am I going to go back to a place like that? Never. I do not recommend this store, because they are terrible at serving customers. It's a reproach the way people treat customers. More respect, more education, more treatment to the public please.

It’s a nice store, but it maybe a bit full of people around lunch hour. I bought 3 magnets, a pair of socks with the giggle bush on it, two smaller hello-kitty boxes and a glass tip. I didn’t pay a tremendous amount but it was just enough spending. I would recommend!

Disrespectful manager and overpriced with no return policy. i accidentally bought the wrong colored Miffy doll and asked for a refund soon after it was paid. The store REFUSED to cancel/refund my order. When I had asked whether there was such refund policy, the manager rolled his eyes and said “well, at our store we do”. I’m sure the EU consumer rights will have at least 2 weeks of return but this store refuses to.

By the way the same stuffed Miffy can be found about 20euro elsewhere, where they charge 26 here.

Helaas moest ik hier een keer naar binnen omdat een zeurend kind (niet 1 van mijzelf) dat van me vroeg. Er ligt een berg aan ´Artis de Partis´ troep. Artis maakt goede en verdraaid slechte keuzes: de ruimte voor de dieren neemt toe maar met zo´n winkel met weggooitroep ben je dat snel vergeten. Ook een soft-ijsjes automaat verdween vanwege de inkomsten en zelfs een eenvoudige Cornetto is niet meer te koop, alleen nog dure Magnums´. Er moet daar een andere wind gaan waaien, dat is wel van belang in deze tijd.

First of all, I just want to say thank you to the owner for being so attentive and helpful. He also didn’t make me feel uncomfortable with constantly watching me and following us around. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I first discovered this shop on google, a month before I came while still in the U.S.

I was eager to visit and discover the beauty within. I cannot tell you in words how great the experience was. Extremely reasonable priced items, and most if not all are authentic. This place had me glowing with delight. I was able to purchase two pairs of wooden shoes, six wooden tulips, a brass ashtray, six daft blue porcelain magnets, all under 100 Euros. This place was amazing, and honestly I would have paid double.

Went here during the pandemic with my mom. It was the only souvenir shop that was opened around that area. The quality of the product is very nice and of course the owner was very helpful and kind.
I went here yesterday, I didn't really need a souvenir but the shop was too pretty not to go in. So many interesting souvenirs. Ended up purchasing a Miffy night lamp that I have been wanting for a while.

Wonderful tour! Very interesting and informative. The trip out from central Amsterdam was well worth it. The area around the windmill is picturesque as well. Very glad we took the time to visit.

Very busy, but as expected in the city centre. Staff was nice and helpful. Big selection of souvernirs. Feels like a real tourist trap, but a good one.

Expensive, average service and quality. But if you want a shop that has all the touristic 'stuff' this is the place to go.

Good one stop shop to find your Amsterdam and Holland souvenirs. They have every (I guess) type of souvenirs, from key chains to T-shirt, hats, magnets, mug, dolls, etc. The prices is good in my opinion, the store was nice and spacy. They accept cash and cards.

Worst place in Amsterdam, scam and people are unfriendly and disrespectful. My personal opinion is to go somewhere else.

I walked to the cashier after 5 minutes in line but was told didn't see me in queue. I explained and asked people behind me to help me proved that. But the staff helplessly replied "Well, we will help you check out ok?" The attitude was as if the staff was forced to collect money in order not to avoid arguing with me.

I especially don't like the behavior of jumping in line, so I definitely didn't do that. I explained because I did't want to be wrong defined morally and not for the sake of arguing. If I hadn't bought souvenirs for my friends, I would have asked everyone to sit down and check the monitoring record slowly. I came from Germany, Amsterdam is a beautiful and cultural city. But the sunshine that day was not so gentle.

Friendly and helpful staff who are willing to answer questions and provide recommendation to customers. Centrally located and easier for tourists exploring the city to stop by.

The Molen Van Sloten windmill tour was incredibly interesting. It was amazing to see the great Dutch engineering from the inside. They had multiple windmill models and one where our tour guide demonstrated how the breaks work to stop the sails. Then we were able to go out on the deck and watch a Miller use the breaks so we could walk around and see the sails up close. As you walk up the stairs to each level of the windmill don't miss the representations of Rembrandt's artworks and a short film of windmill history. We had a great time. Plus, on our weekday visit there were no crowds.

Upon entering the store, it is immediately apparent that it is one of the finest of its kind in the city. The employees are helpful, kind, they explain the purpose of the product, they are dressed according to the level of quality and finesse of the store and the products in it. During the purchase, my mobile phone was left behind and we managed to get in touch. The owner personally brought me a device to the hotel, for which I thank him immensely and once again you can see how they value their customers. Thank you so much. Sara (Croatia)

2/3 of the consumption, quickly decided on the product, and told the tax refund. However, the information given by the store did not have an official receipt, which made it impossible for the customs at the airport to approve the tax refund. The customs said that the receipt given by the service staff was not an official receipt nor a sales detail. I don't want to give one star.

Learnt a lot about how windmills work to drain the water keeping the Netherlands safe from the sea (it's actually very clever considering the ideas were 400 years ago). I highly recommend this for an eye-opener experience!

Very nice souvenir shop with a huge variety of items. Snow globes, shirts, candies, socks, umbrellas, magnets, figures and many other things. Very friendly multilingual staff. The prices are affordable, I had been in souvenir shops in other cities that charged at least twice more for the same things.

A wide range of souvenirs to choose from, there are items to suit lower and higher budgets. Got a cute pair of clay doll set.

Unfriendly and overpriced. There are many (far better) souvenir shops along the street, so don't bother coming here.

We randomly entered this shop and found souvenirs to take back. The shop has a good range of souvenirs at a reasonable price. The shop is close to the Amsterdam Central railway station so very handy to shop at the last minute. We found things for everyone and would recommend to visit this shop.

Bought a five dollars item with a 50 euros note and the cashier only handed me 15 euros back pretending he thought that I gave him 20 bucks. (Probably because it was kings day and i looked pretty wasted) As I complained he returned the other 30 bucks and apologized profoundly. However this doesn't screams trustworthy to me.

Avoid. Got scammed. They sold us stamps that were only usable during Christmas in April, so they were useless. We didn't find out until it was too late...

Splendid souvenir shop!

Bought an oil painting there, that now hangs in my living room. The shop owner is really helpful and very friendly! Will definitely visit again once I’m back in Amsterdam. I can only recommend this this shop, for anyone who wants a very unique souvenir or gift.

Good little place to stop for some Utrecht souvenirs, clothing and other things. The owner of the business was present during my visit and we had a pleasant conversation between customers. The items were reasonably priced.

The didn't allow me to give back a t-shirt after five minutes that I have bought it. It was written "not refundable"... on the receipt. I hope all the tourist's traps will close one day.

i recommend this place if you want to find souvenirs from Amsterdam! some other places in the center might feel abit shady and all, but the sales advisor here is really helpful and friendly. additionally, the price is better compared to other souvenir shops in damrak area.

You can store your luggage (suitcases) for 5 EUR! It's not allowed to enter Rijksmuseum with suitcases and this seems like the closest and cheapest option ;). Thumbs up!

I adore this city, the best in Europe by far, great experience that can be enjoyed in many different aspects according to your point of view, but belive me you WILL find your joy and WILL enjoy every and each second there.

This is really the ultimate Dutch souvenir store. There is a great range in this compact shop and the prices are not too steep.

What really motivated me to review this store was the very personal attention from the staff. They really wanted to help me out, far beyond the value of my small transaction. Highly recommended!

A fun place. Full of life. Full if activities, food, drink, ice creams, games. It is a walking distance to the red light district where you can look at the night life (no photographing). The shopping in the area is stupendous, unbelievable.
