Delicious food and very nice place. Now you can check the menu via a tablet and choose what to order.
My second visit after years and still authentic and yummy. Would recommend and come back!

Waanzinnig goede hot pot ( Chinese fondue) gegeten. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en de atmosfeer is authentiek. Verder waren er ook veel Chinese gasten aan het eten dus dat is zeker een compliment voor het restaurant.
We came here based on our Chinese friend's recommendation saying that this place has authentic flavors. And I agree!! It tastes different from the 'Kee Gang' around this restaurant. But the price is a bit higher, yet worth it for the portion.

Note: The portion of one steamed white rice is huge! So, one is enough for 2-3 people

Wij komen zeker terug!

The Dutch stairs to the third floor are a hassle, but this was the best sweet and sour chicken of my life. Definitely worth every euro. Service was attentive. I would go back to try other dishes. Everything looked delicious.

The overall experience in terms of food was good. The variety in menu was good and there were adequate vegetarian options. The only bummer was that we had to rush through our meal as the restaurant had to close which wasn’t told while making the reservation.

This is not another typical Chinese restaurant. Food tastes deliciously authentic. I definitely recommend this « trip advisor awarded » restaurant even if it is a little pricier. Beware that meal portions are quite big.

Portions are good and food taste fantastic. Friendly people. Dining looks a bit outdated.
The food was delicious. We enjoyed the fried fish with toppings (烤魚). Fried chicken with chilly. The food was well presented as its a bit pricy. The service was a bit slow, all the staff are busy. The restaurant located in central and very busy, better to reserve before your visit.

I enjoyed authentic Szechuan food. The food tasted very good, service was excellent, and the portion sizes were very good. I don't know how someone could rate it less than 4 stars, probably those people have never tried authentic Chinese food. I will come back for more food 😎

Food was decently tasty, but the rice was not well cooked. The chicken and pork were overcooked, and I wish the beef stew was less sour and more on umami.

Menu was nice, but one tablet was out of power so we had to share a single menu to order.

Atmosphere was nice. Clean, quiet, and the view was nice.

First experience was great and fulfilling! Beautiful atmosphere with stylish interior. Enjoyed the food, definitely taste the beef and spiced flavored meat. Also loved the spicy based soup. Service was very kind and helpful :)

The Hague's hidden gem, tucked away at Muzenplein in the city center. Delicious Chinese hot pot restaurant, with a great atmosphere, kind service and fresh food. A lot of choices in broth and produce. They even have a "make your own sauce" buffet. A cozy experience of eating out with a group of friends :) Recommended: the Spicy butter broth.
Highly recommended to come here if you like spicy food.
Nice atmosphere for a group of friends or family.
Sissend rundvlees ( sizzling beef had a really nice spicy booth that goes perfectly with noodles)
There are plenty of food options available.
The prices vs food quality/quantity is good.

Authentic Sichuan food! This is one the best Chinese restaurant I had so far outside of China! Come here often with friends and must be here every year for my husband’s birthday with birthday discount. This year they even prepared a small birthday dessert!

What in the photo is frog legs, really recommended!!!

Fortune Restaurant Amsterdam is a Chinese restaurant located in Amsterdam. It offers a variety of Chinese dishes, including classic Cantonese, Sichuan, and other regional cuisines.

The Mao’s fish was a big portion, but it was not spicy at all.
The green beans were TOO dry, it was not tasty.
We did like the pork belly a lot!

The seating is uncomfortable and the staff is not very attentive. We had lots of trouble trying to gain the waiters and waitresses’ attention.

Prices are reasonable!

A nice Chinese restaurant in the center of Amsterdam. Very quick and nice service. Great dishes. A little bit pricey, but completely worth it. Duck and beef were amazing. Nice Chinese wine, strong with a little bit of sweet aftertaste.

It was like being back in China tasting this excellent hot pot. Such a delicious traditional mixed hot and less hot fondue served with fish, meat and vegetables depending if your taste, and with rice, noodles. And don’t forget to make your own sauce. Excellent service and location.
Nice food. We ordered Sichuan level spicy but did not get that. Screaming babies in the restaurant.
Tasty Chinese restaurant in Rotterdam. We have 7 people and ordered 5 dishes and they were already enough for us. The portion of each dish is quite big and affordable, which only cost us 17 euros per person. We love the sour fish the most, so tasty!!!
After 15 years living in China and 4 years being back home again, this is the most authentic sizhuan restaurant we have been so far.
We would love to stay longer in Rotterdam to come there every day

Great food and fast and kind service.

Authentic Chinese restaurant, authentic plating and fancy presentations, highly recommended. The sichuan dishes are difficult in terms of balancing all the flavors (spicy, nummy, umami, and so on). They did really good. Indeed the dishes are not huge so four adults with 4 courses and rice on the side will do the job. In the end, it is not too expensive with the quality you get and in den haag center. Highly recommended!

Overall, I would give 3 stars ⭐️ to this restaurant.

It’s authentic Szechuan food. Definitely worth to have 1 star ⭐️

The second star ⭐️: The location is good, very easy to find via google map.

The last star ⭐️: The interior decoration looks good, suitable for dinner with friends.
Best Chinese food in the Netherlands considering the price and quality. Authentic tastes and friendly staff, highly recommend the following two dishes:
1. Chicken with taro in chili sauce
2. Sizzling beef

The place is beautiful , but food is way too spicy. Even if you select the lowest hotness level it’s still too much. Price is high for the amount of meat they put in the dish. They forgot one dish - even everything was digitally ordered.

A pretty decent take on Sichuan cuisine. Food is fine and the atmosphere is great.
Price is a bit on the higher end, especially because dishes were made with very few meat / fish.
The service was quite bad this evening. We lacked plating and they forgot multiple dishes we ordered.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is really nice, very clean and very modern. Food is fine, a bit adjusted to the local flavor but would be an okay option for chinese people if they are missing the taste of home.

In total four dishes were ordered. Each has its own flaws. Some are big some are bearable.

Two cold dishes,
one is the 夫妻肺片,flavor is a bit on the sweater side but the cow intestines are well prepared and well flavored. The plating is very classy.

The other one is the five spice beef, well cooked and chilled, the sauce provided is a bit extra to my taste but in general I could just eat the meat without sauce and it's already satisfying.

Two warm dishes,
One is the steam pork, i think the meigan cai is not well prepared and you can taste the grassy flavor from it. The meat is well down but a bit ruined by the meigancai on meat pieces that are touching the dry veggie.

The other one is Oster sauce jielan, do not recommend. The vegetables are not with the best texture, which I think might due to the quality of the fresh veggies, which are not ideal. But the cutting of the vegetables are just making it even harder to consume. The sauce is way too overpowering, and it is way too salty on a dish which should taste fresh and umami. For 14 euros I'm expecting something eatable...

Overall, it's an okay restaurant, easy to fool the locals with the half way cooking but if you are chinese and wanted something reminded you of home. I would say good luck.

It was really delicious and the employees were really friendly.

I would recommend this place for everyone that likes spicy food. Even if you don't like spicy food, there is also a menu for that.

And if you think "aah goddamit I want to eat spicy but not too spicy" you can ask the employees to make it less spicy.

I got some spicy dishes, it was super delicious and really spicy.
*Update 29/4/23. The restaurant was jam-packed but wow, the service remained perfect. The servers bend over backwards and provided this excellent service with a smile. The dumplings were out of this world and the mapo tofu, super spicy, super delicious* A 5-star PLUS if that's possible! Authentic Sichuan cuisine served in a beautiful restaurant and location with super friendly service to match. It's rare to experience genuine smile from staff in Chinese restaurants!! The food is totally out of this world! If you are unfamiliar with Sichuan food the menu is illustrated with photos and described in English, Dutch and Mandarin. Highly recommended and I shall return soon. For now, Ma Pao tofu as a takeaway to enjoy at home

Very nice combi menu, good take-away experience.
I have a bit trouble rating this place. For the food, I would give it a 4 star, but the service would be 2 stars... It is kind of a pity because of the service I am a bit reluctant to go, but the food is just so delicious! Been here several times, and the experience remain the same. The waiters and waitresses are quite slow and tend to forget things. We ended up waiting a long time for cutlery or the bill. As not all of them are able to speak fluent Dutch or English, many miscommunications occur. For example, you might end up with a different dish than you ordered, and you will get the blame! I guess if you speak Chinese, there will be no problem... And if you are able to overlook these things, you will for sure enjoy the delicious food!

Great food, fantastic service and nice atmosphere
Greasy food and quite overpriced. Not enjoyed the dish I took away. Not recommended.
Good food, they also do takeaways. Rather large restaurant for the area.
