Prachtige plek om s avonds een rondje te wandelen.
Ons zoontje is na 1,5 jaar zwemles bij een andere zwemschool overgestapt naar Zin in zwemmen. Een hele goede keuze! Hij kan nu heel goed zwemmen en voelt zich vertrouwd in het water. Wij raden deze zwemschool dan ook zeker aan!!!
Luca heeft veel plezier gehad bij Zin in Zwemmen. Na zijn A en B diploma wilde hij zelf voor C gaan. Dit pakket had ik niet afgenomen maar alles kon snel in gang worden gezet en Luca kon snel beginnen. Hij heeft veel plezier gehad bij alle lessen. Bedankt voor de lessen en leerervaring.
Beide dochters hebben hier hun zwemdiploma behaald. Dochter één in 10 maand en dochter twee in 9 maanden. En daarmee leken ze redelijk 'gemiddeld' te zijn. Bewust voor de 1,5 uur lessen gekozen en is ons erg goed bevallen.
Veel oog voor karakter van onze kinderen. Waardoor leraressen in de lessen ook goed wisten hoe ze onze dochters moesten benaderen. Naast dat dit efficiënt voor de voortgang is gebleken, is het voor de kids geruststellend om gezien en gehoord te worden. En voor ons als ouders erg fijn!
We zijn er wekelijks voor naar Hengelo toegereden (vanuit Almelo) en dit was het meer dan waard! Bedankt team Zin in Zwemmen!

Hele fijne zwemschool. Denkt mee met het kind. Mijn zoon ging altijd vol spanning naar zwemles maar hier werd passend mee omgegaan ook het afzwemmen mocht bijvoorbeeld gewoon tijdens de les ipv een heel feestje er omheen. Ze kijken wat bij je kind past. De zwemtechnieken worden ook goed aangeleerd, ook niet al te onbelangrijk :)
Ontzettend blij dat ik voor deze zwemschool heb gekozen, locatie hengelo. Lessen van 1,5 uur zijn pittig, maar ze gaan met sprongen vooruit. Binnen een jaar A en B gehaald, terwijl ze voorheen al begon te gillen bij een spetter water met haren wassen. Ze begon met 5,5 jaar met lessen. Dankzij extra inspanningen van juf Dana is het gelukt ! Een lieve en zeer betrokken juf. Heel erg bedankt dat jullie mn kind hebben leren zwemmen.

Een prachtige plek om te zwemmen en te relaxen. Waar een waterijsje 20 cent kost. De vijver is omringd door allemaal verschillende bomen en er zijn ook waterlelies.
Altijd voldoende personeel die op let. Fijn dat mijn broer gewoon baantjes kan zwemmen ondanks zijn epilepsie. Blij met dit zwembad in onze buurt.
Leuk buitenbad met gave glijbaan en 2 springplanken in het diepe bad. In het 'kleine bad' mag je zelfs met luchtbedden en balletjes spelen! Mooi verzorgd ligveld erachter met speeltuintje voor de kleinsten. Hapje& drankje te koop. Zelf meenemen mag ook.
Fantastic outdoor swimming pool. Multiple pools of different depths, so there's something for everyone from little babies to lap swimmers. The water was clean and a perfect temperature to cool down on a hot day. There is lots of lovely grassed area, with big shady trees to sit under. Plenty of lockers, showers and bathrooms. A nice little canteen with reasonably priced snacks. The staff at the counter were lovely and friendly. Will definitely be back.

Onze dochter heeft een zeer leuke tijd gehad met zwemlessen.
Altijd met veel plezier erheen gegaan.
Ze zijn erg lief maar ook duidelijk wat zo af en toe echt wel nodig is hihi.
Ze heeft alle 3 de diploma's gehaald.

Zwemschool Zin in Zwemmen was geweldig voor onze dochter. De vriendelijke en geduldige instructeurs zorgden voor een veilige en leuke leeromgeving. Door de kleine groepsgrootte kreeg ze veel persoonlijke aandacht. Hierdoor maakte ze snel vorderingen en ontwikkelde ze veel zelfvertrouwen in het water. Ze geniet nu volop van zwemmen!

It's a nice pool to have happy and fun hours with your kids and friends.
The pool is from layout and facility very well setup. Wild rapids slide is fun, the two other slides are also a cool and fast design. big swimming area and a lazy river allow you to stay in the water for a while. Also for the kids, the shallow gradient to the deep end lets the small ones also have fun.
However, that is all.... the facility had its best times. Clearly you notice that they are in financial need. Water temperature lowered, no waves or water jets, no restaurant anymore. The counter sells the same chips bags as the machine directly next to it. Not sure why you then need this extra personnel. 50 Cents for the lockers are OK, but they are not returned once opened.
But the most trouble they have with maintenance. Dirt is present, tiles are turning green, brown and black, even duct-tape is used to quick repair tiles, which does not stick anymore. in the water itself there were can-lids and paper floating around.
Kids will have fun as they do not pay attention to these things. But a relaxing atmosphere is different. Sad to see this downward spiral. Hope an investor would save this pool as it has so much potential.

Geen eigen kleedhokjes voor jou alleen, glijbanen doen pijn, het is heel glad, alles roest weg, kwaliteit is slecht, water is niet verwarmd, geen zwembad erbij, lekke banden, geen afzetstangen bij de bodyslides, te veel banden waardoor lange rij op de trappen, pis op de grond van de wc's.
Sinds kort opeens gedoe over de kleedkamers. Mijn kind hoeft en gaat zich niet omkleden met allemaal vreemden in 1 kamer. Je moet ze beschermen tegen bepaalde types niet blootgeven je weet nooit wie er op dat moment mee kijkt

Heerlijk zwembad! Ruime menu aan eten en drinken. Erg jammer dat ik bij mijn ijsje van 1,50 maar een klein laagje kreeg.
We have been on their waiting list for over 1 year for swimming lessons. In September as did the proef les and my son did fine. We were supposed to be called back in January but they never made contact. We called them and were told to wait longer.
There are plenty of other reliable places to go to for swim lessons.

Dolphin shows both inside and in the delta area fantastic. Also Walrus and Sea Lion shows really good. If really hot bring plenty of water with you as hardly any top up areas around site.
Es un parque "pequeño" pero muy bueno. Además de poder ver los delfines entre otras especies, también puedes disfrutar del área de la piscina o del área de la playa. Los mejores días para visitar y disfrutar del lugar completo es en verano 😉😎🌞. Mi niña lo disfruto muchísimo y nosotros también 😁.

25m pool has around 3 lanes if you want to do laps. The other half of the pool is just to have fun and enjoy with friends. There is a deep area to dive and jump from the two diving board. Water is at a good temperature. There is a place for snacks. There is free equipment like boards that they can give. Make sure you have a towel to place on the grass. There is bathrooms, showers and changing rooms.
Nice swimming area for swimming lessons. Children, adult and old people can take lessons here or for leisure. Has a convenience for parents while waiting for the Children to finish swimming lessons.
Had to mention the convenience because from my experience, most public places like retail shops here do not have convenience for their customers which I find not customer friendly.

The pool had no warm water due to a problem with the city, so there was no warm water in the hot tubs and not even warm shower water available. Besides that the wave pool is broken since August with no intentions to repair this in the near future. When I complained about the situation I was told I could have a free beachball or a coffee (now I understand why I saw so many beachballs). Honestly the coffee didn't make me feel much better either. The Aquadrome needs to mention their problems on their website so people who come from further away can decide if they want to go to a not functioning cold pool with cold showers. Am very disappointed and absolutely not recommend going!
The oldest and most beautiful natural water swimming pool in Hengelo. Pool is feed by a natural water spring. Limited opening times but a must see for outdoor swimmers.

En een terras met een klein hutje waar een hapje en drankje kan kopen.

Dacht met een echt zwembad te maken te hebben, maar het is een grote vijver. Geen glijbaan en geen duikplank meer. En het is buiten, nu is dat in de zomer wel prima maar ik was in de winter gegaan (alle andere zwembaden in de buurt dicht door Carona) want deze zou open zijn. Was wel open zo als op Google stond, maar buiten zwemmen met -10 is natuurlijk veel te koud. Bovendien was al het water bevroren dus je kon niet eens zwemmen al zou je willen. Kom in de zomer wel nog eens terug, maar dan ga ik liever naar het Twentebad als dat weer open gaat als carona voorbij is.

The water in the park is soooo cold ! When I tell you cold ! Not even the high sun can warm it up !! After several attempts and phone calls to give a lil warm up ...nothing !!
Ik kan deze zwem school aanbevelen, ze geven les in kleine groepjes en dat is zeer prettig voor de kinderen zo dat ze alle aandacht krijgen. Ze zijn altijd vriendelijk en nemen de tijd voor je. Ook in de carona tijd wordt alles goed geregeld volgens de regels. Onze jongste zoon gaat straks hier ook op zwemles.

Hier wordt zwemles gegeven in kleine groepjes zo dat de aandacht na alle kinderen gaat die op dat moment aan het zwemmen zijn. Mijn oudste dochter heeft a b en c daar gehaald en onze middelste dochter gaat nu voor C. Ook in deze carona tijden is alles super geregeld daar. Ik zeg ga zo door zwemschool schonewille.👍👍👍👍

Super zwemschool, veel aandacht voor de kids, zelfs voor kinderen met beperkingen is er aandacht en ruimte. Zwemwater op en top, dat is elders wel anders. Nu in de corona tijd alles in de puntjes geregeld.

An excellent outdoor 25m pool but only accessible for students and employees (they can bring 1 guest though). It is mostly quiet, so excellent for people who want to train their swimming.
A prefect pool for doing a few swimming laps in the summer. The temperature is great and afterwards you can relax with a drink and a snack from the kiosk.

Very nice pool. Don't expect anything too shiny, but it's not expensive and very fun for how compact it is. Every hour the wave pool turns on and that is pretty wild and there are 3 slides inside. There is also an outside. This is also quite nice, especially in summer, but not particularly very extreme (with extra slides and whatnot). Definitely going back, especially since it's only a 5-10 min cycle from the city centre.

De zwemlessen op zaterdag zijn veel te druk. De lessen zijn prima. Er zijn wel wat veel kinderen, zodat mijn zoon snel afgeleid is en niet goed kan luisteren naar de vriendelijke badmeester. De reden dat we na 3 lessen stoppen is dat de douches veel te druk zijn. Ouders staan in de te kleine douchruimte de haren van hun kinderen voor de 3e keer in te zepen, cremespoeling en alles, terwijl er een rij kinderen staan te wachten. Behalve regelmatig mailtjes sturen naar alle ouders doet het management er niks aan. Als je probeert door te geven dat je hier niet tevreden over bent wordt de chagrijnige receptiemedewerkster zelfs boos.

The pool's nice, the temperature is perfect. Pity the shallow end is about 1.8m deep
Good recreation place for kids but my kid was swimming here for more than 1,5 years and still no diploma. Seems like they are trying to loot money every month which is not so cheap, 43 euros per month
Spacious place. National karate dan exams were held. The tribunes were OK and there was a nice kantine for coffee and other refreshments.

International standards pool. Join pirhana club for special diving lessons. One of the best things you can do while you are a student at twente.
