Best Delivery Restaurants in New Zealand

I came here 2 years ago and wasn't very impressed. Now I absolutely Love this place! The little girl that opened the door for me definitely made My night, thank you 😊

We got the large iskender for $20 on the 11/9 was nice not to bad.
A little slow for us to be acknowledge initially, but got served took it home for dinner maybe a little more chicken and less rice for the $20 we pay but was not a total rip off would give them another go.

Absolutely love this place!! They always make sure that you get your moneys worth 💸 thank you for always making us delicious food!! This is myself and my partners absolute favourite place to get a quick and yummy dinner after a long day at work ✨

Terrible service. Had to sit in the cold as they wouldn't allow the door to be closed. Delivery orders seem to take priority over people who walk in to the shop

Best kebabs in Christchurch easily. The chips are ridiculously good, always fresh and perfectly seasoned

We had time out from Christmas shopping and groceries to have a tasty lunch at Taj Spice. Goat curry for me with an excellent garlic Naan and Rob went for his usual Mango Chicken, rice, a Naan and sprite lunch special. Hot, beautifully presented with tasty, fluffy rice. Delicious, quick service - was perfect.

Ordered the Rogan Josh combo. The dish had good flavour and the lamb was tender. The naan bread was fluffy rather than thin, flat and lifeless like you get from some places. Was a tasty satisfying meal and ticked all the boxes for me

And they do a good coffee funnily enough ..

Absolutely love this place best deal in CHCH I've found and have tried nearly them all. This place is always fresh and tasty, loaded with flavour. Their tzatziki sauce is the best I've tried yet. Easy to access with a small indoor seating area perfect for those solo lunch dates

one off the worse service i have experienced at eastgate shamiana restaurant.. Last 3 years i and my families was with shamiana but from today we're going to leave off shamiana service. How come 3 Peace lam rogan could price 15$????it’s funny

Its one of the best of the best meal we had so far in NZ !
FOOD we had chicken biryani, beef masala and buttered chicken are sooo delicious, a must try and are exceptional !!!
( unexpectedly my son enjoyed every dip and bite in his buttered chicken)

Well priced food and friendly staff, the atmosphere is on point for the most part though was fairly empty while I was there. only nit-picks are that our food was delivered staggered, I had my mains for 5 mins before the other's got theirs.
Would recommend to anyone wants very good food for around $25 per meal

I have been coming here for the 16-17 years this family have owned the business. They know my order from memory and have never let me down. I love the double chicken souvlaki with hot chili and extra yoghurt sauce. It's a great option for lunch or to grab an early dinner on the way home from work cos they are only open the South City Mall hours. The flavour combinations of the sauces they use and the marinade on the meat before its grilled, combined with the freshness of the salad ingredients and the fluffy pita bread, makes this one of my favorite souvlaki places in Christchurch.

They have downsized thier meals and still paying full price and it was not even good not sesiond eough nanna bread was dry and did not tast right

I ordered uber eat and i have got wrong order. I ordered peas and paneer but i have got peas and potato curry i had to eat that as i was hungry but this is tasteless. Naan is very hard to chew. Worst food i have ever had.not recommend anyone to order from here.

The best customer service indeed. So welcoming & friendly. Food was yummy & a decent selection of Meat & vegetables. They cater for Gluten Intolerance issues & so we were thrilled that we could have our usual salad, sauces and meat & at an affordable price, (the cheapest option around so far). Service was great & can’t wait to visit this lovely family again. Nice to meet you all, see you next time.

The food was great, but the restaurant doesn't accept cash. It would make sense to accept cash to keep customers' experience smooth, instead of them then having to transfer money into an account to pay.

Staff are always super friendly and the size of the meal is always great value for money. My go-to's are chicken meat on chips with BBQ sauce, garlic mayo & tomato sauce, or chicken meat on rice with tzatziki, BBQ sause & garlic mayo. 100% recommend!

Your coming off a hard and busy day at work. You’re starving, you need some lunch. You waddle your way to the food court and you’re presented with plentiful options. Maccas? Nah had that one too many times. The Japanese place looks good but can’t be bothered using the chopsticks. What’s that? A large meat on chips for $12? Absolute bargain. You order your food and you watch as the wonderful lady cooks your chicken and chips right in front of you. You can smell it, that gorgeous aroma slowly make its way into your post Covid messed up nose. The food is presented to you with a huge smile and a lovely “thank you”. You stumble your way back to the smoko room, holding back the urge to munch down your on the walk. You sit down and open that environmentally friendly cardboard box. It glimmers, like finding buried treasure. You stare at it for a good sec and then dig in. Freshly fried chips and juicy chicken goes down your throat. It’s beautiful. You scoff down the rest of it and you’re in bliss. Your full and ready for another 5 hours of whining customers and minimum wage work.

For the price the salad was underwhelming. It was mixed meat and I found that it was lacking. It was very oily and the meat was like crumby. Not what I was expecting. Next day went over to pita pit and the salad was much better. Can’t comment on the other products however

The falafel and sauces in my small souvlaki were delicious, some of the best I've had. Definitely can't go wrong, especially for the fantastic price.

The lady at the counter was also incredibly helpful and kind, she even gave us a ton of extra ketchup for my mother's chips!! 💛😍

Not as great . It is ok to feed your stomach. You can get here pasta, souvlaki, Kabab and salad. All comes with chicken, lamb and mixed options. The test and quantity is average. Stuffs was so kind and good. We ordered salad but mistakenly they prepared souvlaki but without doing any argument they changed it quickly. Price tags are nominal.

Very nice owners and great souvlaki. This place is the best ai have tried in Christchurch so far. Flat bread and ingredients were very fresh. Highly recommend to others.

Best place to have indian food in Ashburton. If you are passing by Ashburton than it is the place where u can get yummy indian food. Stuff is so kind they provided us food at 9:30pm which is quite rare in small town. Very Spacious, beautiful interior. The food was great and economic too. 😀😋

The service was INCREDIBLE! The server was super kind and welcoming and educational and...can't rave enough about the service. The food was tasty - 4 stars, but the service was 5+ stars! So good. The whole team raved.
