i don wanna give it a bad review cause they always got the best stock of samoan rugby apparel but i've ordered a jumper telling me it'll arrive in 5-7 days it's taking ages mind you then gotta wrap it up as a present, tried calling no response everytime this delivery app hasn't updated me once js letting me know the orders been placed i'm not happy with the customer service but the clothing is jus on point

really great product (quality is great) but really disappointed at the communication from these guys. had made an order of 2x hoodies and heard nothing for over three weeks... i had to chase dynasty up twice. jarrod from customer service did not even apologise of the lack of correspondence. as a consumer who is investing in product, this is really gutting :(

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Ordered a rugby jersey on 10 May and it still hasn’t arrived 3 months later. Rugby season finishes this weekend! Appalling. Do not use this business for your sports club.

Worst service ever, placed an order online on the 25th of February then received an email from Jarrod on the 1st of March telling me that couldn’t fulfil my order and asked if I wanted another product. I didn’t so asked for a refund which I’m entirely entitled to. He said he would process it, a week went by then I emailed again amd was told “sorry I’ll get on to it” still no refund so emailed again and like a parrot was told the same thing amd it would take up to 5 working days. Still no refund…..worst service ever. Will be making a formal complaint and I expect a refund ASAP, no excuses and as a good will gesture from a “DYNASTY” send me something out on top of a refund. Shocking service. Don’t shop here. Give me my money back and send something out to help start salvaging your company otherwise you’ll go out of business in no time due to poor customer service. Up to you.
