I went shopping at Kmart today and was just looking for a few gloves. Since I didn't find them, I asked a slightly thicker employee with pink glasses for it. She only reacted after I spoke to her for the third time and then tried to explain to me the way where I can find the gloves. Unfortunately, I don't have that and I'm back to the same employee. A mistake!!! She replied to me that if I can't find any gloves, I can't buy any, although I asked if she could show me the way. Conclusion of the whole thing, Kmart has a great, cheap selection but the employees can still learn a lot more about customer satisfaction and helpfulness.

Very bad and worst experience with Queenstown k mart bcoz by mistakly I bought camping item, and I have receipt also but they can’t accept my product no return yet , I lost my money I hate this service zero marks for your policy ,, it’s new one only 1 day before I bought but can’t exchange it🤬
This Mart is huge and it sences like asthetic place when you roam around the home decor section. Nearly everything you will get it at one stop.From clothes to kitchen appliances,utensils you will get at a cheaper and reasonable cost.
I went into QT Kmart whilst on holiday looking for a particular product. I found the most helpful person that I have come across in Kmart she went over and above trying to help me find what I was wanting. Charlotte from her name badge thank you keep up the good customer experience X
I visited kmart today and I was impressed by the size of the shop and the variety of products they offer. They have everything from home decor, toys, electronics, kitchenware, and more. The prices are also very reasonable and competitive.
However, I was disappointed by the clothing section, which was messy and disorganized. There were clothes on the floor, hangers tangled up, and sizes mixed up. It was hard to find what I was looking for and the staff seemed too busy to help. I think they need to improve their management and customer service in this area.
Overall, I would recommend kmart for anyone looking for a one-stop shop for their needs, but be prepared to spend some time and effort in the clothing section. I hope they can fix this issue soon and make the shopping experience more enjoyable.

For anyone who likes perfumes i can highly recommend to go see Nina at Farmers Northwest. Definitely the most amazing customer service i have recieved in NZ. Felt like my needs as a customer were met at every occasion through the entire sale/sales. I recently started collecting perfumes and have been back twice to see Nina in only a matter of weeks. Her knowledge, guidance and patience really helped me to pick up quite a few gift sets. She has also gone out of her way to order us items avaiable at other farmers even though the northwest branch doesnt usually stock this item. And finally a small parting gift usually getting me addicted to a new scent. Thanks so much for your amazing customer service every time we enter.. Will definitly be back for moreeee! AAA++
I and my teenager son visited to fragrance corner at the Farmers. As my son has been interested in perfumes recently, we have visited lots of different places before visiting here. No one has been really helpful and no recommendation or no useful information for us before.
However, MAX who was a staff at the fragrance, he was so helpful and gave us very useful information and recommendations.
He was the only one we found who was really willing to HELP!

Can't get enough of dinosaurs so got em at this farmers. Lol. 😊 thank goodness they have asb rewards too. Quite clean and clinical at this farmers. A bit more expensive though than the usual shop we go to.

If you're ever looking for the newest squishmallows Farmers is the place. I only buy them when there's a sale on because they're more pricey than anywhere else but they always gave a bigger and better selection.

Mina, a very lovely sales person from Persian background, assisted me to find a replacement for the perfume I was using for two decades. Mina knows all about perfume and she can tell you straightaway what you are after. Her friendly manner and great clear communication. Is also commendable. I highly recommend her in Farmers if you are after perfumes.
Always have the most best apparel. Good place to buy anything you need.

Went to the beauty area to purchase some higher end cosmetics. The lady that served me was nice, but the other ones were following me around too much and I didn't get everything I came in for because it made me uncomfortable so I just paid for what I did manage to choose and left to finish my shopping at another store. I'm tired and pregnant so I probably "didn't look the part" at the time but shouldn't matter?

I have been to Farmers Northwest since last year so many times and purchased so many items. The beauty and fragrance selection is just awesome the lady ắt fragrance counter (Mina) has been so helpful with so much knowledge and patience, she helped me choose perfume for the whole family 😂
Love shopping at Northwest Farmers. Such helpful staff! Bought some baby clothes and beauty products recently and couldn’t be happier with the service!! The lady at the perfume counter, (Minaa) was so patient with me and helped me find the exact perfume scent I was after, and was awesome enough to recommend a scent I wanted to get as a gift for my husband (that he loved!!!!) she had great product knowledge and was so nice to deal with. Staff here are fantastic, they are friendly and have excellent knowledge of the store product and are more than happy to assist and advise you. When asking for advice, they find out how you will use the products you are asking about and recommend the best option for you (not necessarily the more expensive option).

Zero customer service, two staff working, and neither bothered to even say hello. I found a jacket online I wanted to buy, found it on the shelf but decided to take my money somewhere else.

I like to shop at farmers, the store is set out well and easy to find what I'm looking for. The quality of the products are good and the staff are always friendly
Went to the store after receiving sale promo email. Its advertised still even though the product is fully sold out everywhere. Annoying to know only certain colors are on sale for certain products so if you wanted different color to the one on sale, you have to pay the full price otherwise. What's the logic behind that? Just walked out... If something on sale every colour range should be the same price.
Good offers and great stuff here, but the staff at the counter Jayana (that's the name on my receipt) was so rude when asked about the loyalty program! It seems that despite the effort made by your company to develop something awesome to let your customers keep coming back for more the staff goes one step ahead and ruins it.
Like going here; tidy with a good selection and prices, though on this occasion I was looking to replace my TV (bought here) but it seems they no longer have an audio/visual range 😕
I wish that the mens side had more variety but was happy with my purchases nonetheless, very helpful staff too 😊
Had bad experience picking up a click and collect. Staff wasn’t friendly nor welcoming. I would rather get it delivered next time. Other than that shop got your usual Kathmandu stuff. Not a big shop

Staff are all lovely apart from one old lady with glasses who is rude every time I’ve been there and have heard the same experiences from multiple people now. She doesn’t bother to look at you or reply when you say hello how are you. She is rude and not helpful at all. Bitter old woman.

Nice place , interesting service just curious if shoes sold especially Timberlands are FAKE (Legit Timberlands are Made in Vietnam,China,Dominican Republic,Phillipians,Bangladesh)not trying to make waves with all the nice reviews but if you can let me know regarding this il change my review to 5 I would be pretty bummed wearing Fake gears sold at top dollar at your store ...

Great service, very efficient and helpful....good variety of sport shoes, to casual footwear, sandals and even school shoes and dress shoes that cater for big sizes. Went to get school shoes for my boy and ended up getting more items. Deff recommend this store.

Such a small store and had to wait ages to be served because the only staff member there was helping someone. It is centre city though and a lot of stores are like that 🤷🏼♀️. Would love a bigger store with cotton on baby one day, fingers crossed!!

This location has very helpful and friendly staff. The variety in outdoor gear is great for the average shopper. Although expensive, they offer high quality gear you can definitely trust, and often have great deals. This place is fully wheelchair accessible, and offers a range of clothing, packs, outdoor equipment, boots, sleeping bags, tents, and the like.

Absolutely amazing staff, that are extremely helpful. They know their gear and find the right fit for your needs. Additionally they have great sales throughout the year which means some things that might feel on the expensive side can be more than affordable. They also provide information on keeping the gear clean as well as some local information on some great tracks!
Roberh harris cafe...was lied to about what time their kitchen closed. Supposed to be 2pm.. we ordered 1:55pm and was told it was closed. Went elsewhere and will continue to do so in future.
