Very helpful staff. I was visiting our children from Auckland. They had a young single adult camp in Alexandra. They needed some stuff to create makeshift shower cubicles. I went to the Four Square & grabbed some wheely bins rubbish bags & needed some strings & pegs. They had no strings on the shelves, so the guy in the store said to wait & he popped out to the back & came back with some strings. That was the perfect solution & those shower dividers lasted for the duration of their camp. Great work team.
Good sausage roll for $2. Bargain.

Excellent place in town to have everything under one roof... Excellent customer service and polite approach of staff. Excellent quality at a good price.
Friendly staff, nice little shop
Best shop on the block, best customer service , best values and pricing
Little respect from staff..
quite condescending actually....
Small portions and prices through the roof...

Thought this was a great dairy but has gone downhill lately. Got hot chips today, they were busy after I ordered and it tool extra time to get my order out of the fryer, dry burny chips though - not mouthwatering just disappointing. Took them back and tried to discuss how I knew they were busy, trying to be understanding but these were inedible etc - no replacement or refund was offered. I just walked out and won’t return.
0.1 *! Bought chips. We're old and hard. Took them back to let them know and the blamed it on the weather outside on a hot day????? Will never go back now.
Good place for essentials. Parking is available and centrally located in town
A very convenient grocer, just walking distance from all the touristy places so while returning to your accommodations you can get snacks, drinks and ingredients for your next cooked meal.

The biggest convenience store in the cbd area, although it's still considered small.
It has all the basic things plus hot food. There are many customers here so it can get crowded because the asiles are narrow.

The store owner who is also manning the store is rude and offensively impolite to its customers. Imagine being accosted and confronted for not having loose change. Don't waste your time and money on this store.
There are several convenience stores nearby.
The go to supermarket for groceries when visiting Queenstown. Good variety of fresh and processed foods, reasonable prices for a tourist location. Helpful staff. Stocked up on snacks and fruit. Better to come early in the day as some of the fresh produce sell out.
I don't think they see many non white people out those ways. I was waiting in line to make a purchase, the unpleasant woman behind the counter completely ignored me when I got to the front of the queue and started trying to serve people behind me. When they pointed out I was at the front of the queue, she did not say a single word to me as I bought the items I'd come in for. Complete silence even after I payed. Very strange encounter and very rude.

Used to have the best chips in town but seem to have changed in last couple of weeks and def not as good as they used to be.
Always friendly and tidy store.
Stoped in for a rum n raisen ice cream, was a good size serving. They stock a big selection of quality food.

Wonderful people own quality convenience, 10 out of 10 for you my man
Great selection for a small store.
In the states this would be similar to a Piggly Wiggly; it's a store slightly larger than a gas station but has a wide selection of goods/drinks and has some prepared food as well.
The prices are okay, not super cheap but not super expensive. The product quality was pretty good, and the prepared food was slightly plastic-y but still tasted fresh.
The location is also highly convenient if you're staying to the east of town as it's sometimes just a 10 minute walk.
PROBABLY the BEST PRICE in overpriced Queenstown.
I've been to night n day and other dairy but this one gives the most reasonable price. Most stuffs were less than double the normal price (most dairies double their price). I wished I found this place earlier so I didn't have to spend $60 on a bag of grocery...

They also have self checkout which makes payments faster.

Construction and scaffolding outside which makes finding the entrance hard. However it is still open and you can often follow other shoppers into the store if unsure of where to go. There are a limited amount of choices for certain products but still sufficient for getting essential goods. There are often markdown prices on bakery items which are a decently good deal. Quite convenient to nearby shop and hotels.
Great little superette 💕 I like to pop in there when I'm biking through Westown.
Best chicken and chip's in town
Also has the best customor service 😊
Fantastic people and owners!
We've been customers for a long time but Shannon and the team still surprise us at going above and beyond.
Can't recommend more highly.
Shop states masks must be worn, but several times I visited the store while in the area I noticed many customers without masks and not be refused service or asked to wear one. I guess they have the sign only for legal purposes….

Great staff, wonderful family business. Support your local store.
If I could give them six stars I would. I had the best milkshake there made by AJ. Made with real care and to my pesky requirements. Great staff and highly recommend
Wide range of products and BEST FRIED CHICKEN !!!
Good mix of retail, commercial and hospitality venues all with the convenience of easy parking. I highly rate the local real estate office Ray White as well as the CJ’s seafood. Blacksmiths is also a top notch spot for a drink and a pizza, while the coffee club serve up decent brews and ‘third place’ hospitality.

Passing through looking for my fav banana, they didnt have any as far as I can see. Owner was to busy talking to his wife to acknowledge me.
I rated this many stars cos the shop is clean and tidy. Produce look fresh too.
Wont be my last visit.
An expanding shopping hub in the growing Takanini area. There is a variety of shops and eateries in the Centre plus now our own little library! Absolutely love the expanding and diversifying of the area. While there are still some shops unoccupied at the moment, it is a great little spot with everything you could need.

Parking is always a challenge on weekends. Even if you look at the parking slots, it seems bit smaller. Though it has some good joints for food and shopping.
Nice little village if you prefer the quietness. Parking can get a bit crowded. Other than that, it's within walking distance of Bruce Pullman and the mains (Great South Road)

Would love to get in contact with the complex owner in regard to my car getting hit in this car park & the person fleeing. The number provided by the warehouse staff and on here just leads me to Vodafone. I was told you have clear CCTV, not keen on parking here in the future if not 😬
Wasn't open the first time i went up and the second time i felt like i was in the way. The person at the checkout wasn't very inviting.
Must of been a bad day for them.

A nice little place to shop I mostly go here for The Warehouse but there are also some yum bites to grab such as Sushi & Don & LJs. Also having the Blacksmiths there to swing by and have a little midday drink is very handy!

The carpark can get a little hectic too from time to time so its good to think fast because some people are a bit inpatient.

Very small store. They have most everything you will need. Located on the only busy road. They even have a small selection of cooked items like fried chicken and meat pies. Female staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. One male stocking meat section was visibly annoyed when asked question about thicker steaks. It is the only grocery store in the area.
Conflict of interest, I know the new owners. Great people, good staff, much better range of stock for us gluten free people. Prices are high but so is quality of goods on offer. A rare gem in the world of rural convenience stores! I don't mind paying a little extra knowing the profit goes to good local owners and staff!
There was not a lot of customer service there no CSR to been seen but I know the store inside out and knew what I wanted and we're to find it so it was a quick easy in and out no fuss no drama and the store was particularly clean and tidy 👍. The checkout girl was friendly and meet and greet was friendly.
Nice place for Shopping in Takanini.
It has medical centre
Clinic
Path lab
Eating places
Cafe
And much more

Nice little shopping centre within walking distance from Takanin Newly build suburbs

Amazing as always ... the staff are the best and the owners are friendly and so helpful they always greet you with a smile and ask if they can help... it's what keeps me going back
Great little rural shop. The staff are lovely and the price point isnt too bad. Awesome place for an ice cream or milkshake in a hot summer's day

Nice people friendly and appreciate that
Just a small form of super market. Best ever chicken chips and Western Union money transfer @ affordable rates!!

Seeing is believing!
Friendly proprietors always helpful and pleasant to talk to.
Shop here all the time. Great place to pick up a snack or any other grocery items plus lotto.
Value of money
We purchased icecreams at the Collingwood On the Spot store and wandered down to the little park at the end of the street. My son managed to drop his icecream on the playground bark chips and it was inedible. We popped back to the store to buy him another and the lovely lady, upon hearing of his tale of dropping his icecream, gave him a free replacement! You made his day, thank you! That's fantastic small town hospitality!

For a well priced fresh fruit snack, Otahuhu Fruit Mart is a must visit. Staff is fantastic too!
Outrageously overpriced. Terrible service. Rude staff. Do not recommend. This is the first review I have ever written but was compelled to after my experience

I was so glad to have found this convenient store close by to my YHA lakefront hostel. I urgently needed to get milk and sugar and was thrilled to find this store having them! Its a huge shop and well stacked with a variety of products from magazines, sunglasses, dairy products to cereals, candies, chocolates, and toiletries.
Loved the friendly staff. Explained to me about the type of coffee they used. Helpful and very polite people behind the counter

3Nov16 How convenient! A convenience store on a corner. Not too sure about the Kiwi interpretation of this store's name: Quality Convenience. Many Kiwi's use the word convenience to mean bathroom or toilet. I bought a NZ$39 pair of polarised sunglasses from this store and saved myself a search and extended walking around Queenstown shops. I tried haggling with the Korean shop attendant but he shrugged and told me to buy the NZ$29 (unpolarised) glasses if I wanted a cheap product. Really, this little haggle sharpened me up for what turned out to be four hour walk and dinner! The Crowne Plaza hotel is right behind this convenience store but I don't know if there is a link between these two businesses.
