Worst behaviour ever seen. The lady with big fake lashes needs to learn how to talk to people. Saw a good example of racism over there.

Printed a cap for me within 40 mins, and the customer service was great. I couldn't get my downloaded image emailed because of the file size, so she googled it for me instead. The cap is good quality and the print looks great. Thanks!

Neat tidy shop, plenty of school uniforms in stock and if something is out of stock, they go out of the way to order it. Staff is always willing to help.

Hopefully I can Buy my uniform soon . Studylink needs to give more of a budget to get coarse related costs .

One of the worst customer service, it was 4.30 pm and the lady said we closed... As the store closes at 5 pm and they allowed people after us & they behaved very racial behavior...and rude. Never going to use their services ever 😡😡😡, very bad experience. They don't know how much effort we take to travel to their store and finally we end up in disappointment. Totally unfair service.

Professional service and easy to do with when placing my orders.

Most poor customer service. Came in when it opened and was the first customer too, told me it’ll take and hour. Came back and said 45 minutes because they haven’t started. 6 HOURS LATER came back and they just printed out to stick on the jumper. Watched all 4 employees work on every other persons order while my one jumper was still not touch. Lack of punctuality, lack of urgency, just very poor performance and service. My print did not come out exactly how it looked (darker than the original AND the contrast was more too) was not a pleasant experience. So rude and so frustrating.

Embroidery itself was reasonably priced and completed to a high standard so the garments look great.

However, admin has been poor - with multiple emails being sent to the wrong person which led to the delivery going to the wrong address. I was also overcharged from the original invoice and struggling to get this paid back to me.

Overall it is a shame about the admin as the garments look great.

Very prompt well organized

Very poor customer service. This place used to be our go to for all T-shirt needs but there’s a lady in particular who always seems to be fed up or annoyed about something. She bangs her supplies on the desk as if were not there, and makes annoyed and disgusting facial expressions, also not afraid to verbally let you know and raise her voice to tell you a certain size or colour won’t suit. Also very overpriced. You’re better off searching for embroiders or screen printers on marketplace on FB, this place charged me $45 for a shirt only with a logo at front, but another better place I got it done at charged only $20 per T-shirt. They’ve begun ripping people off and it’s so obvious, they don’t care anymore.

Absolutely fabulous service! Came in around 2pm to discuss a personal design for 4 tees and was advised it'll be ready within 2 hours. Rocked up at 4pm to collect and they were all done and ready in amazing quality and turned out just as I had hoped. Thank you ladies for the amazing service.

Came in at 1pm to discuss an embroidery design for 3 items, I was advised that it’ll be done tomorrow. Ended up getting a call at 4pm the same day that everything was ready to picked up. Good pricing compared to other embroidery shops and super fast service! Very happy with the work done! Will be back! 😄

I find this place expensive but we have no choice other then buying it.
Staff is very good to strike some conversations.
They offer 20% discount on online order but it’s not applicable on school uniforms 🤔🤔 a bit of ironical but that’s what it is 🙄🙄
