Love shopping here! Staff are lovely!
I went shopping at Kmart today and was just looking for a few gloves. Since I didn't find them, I asked a slightly thicker employee with pink glasses for it. She only reacted after I spoke to her for the third time and then tried to explain to me the way where I can find the gloves. Unfortunately, I don't have that and I'm back to the same employee. A mistake!!! She replied to me that if I can't find any gloves, I can't buy any, although I asked if she could show me the way. Conclusion of the whole thing, Kmart has a great, cheap selection but the employees can still learn a lot more about customer satisfaction and helpfulness.

Very bad and worst experience with Queenstown k mart bcoz by mistakly I bought camping item, and I have receipt also but they can’t accept my product no return yet , I lost my money I hate this service zero marks for your policy ,, it’s new one only 1 day before I bought but can’t exchange it🤬
This Mart is huge and it sences like asthetic place when you roam around the home decor section. Nearly everything you will get it at one stop.From clothes to kitchen appliances,utensils you will get at a cheaper and reasonable cost.
I went into QT Kmart whilst on holiday looking for a particular product. I found the most helpful person that I have come across in Kmart she went over and above trying to help me find what I was wanting. Charlotte from her name badge thank you keep up the good customer experience X
I visited kmart today and I was impressed by the size of the shop and the variety of products they offer. They have everything from home decor, toys, electronics, kitchenware, and more. The prices are also very reasonable and competitive.
However, I was disappointed by the clothing section, which was messy and disorganized. There were clothes on the floor, hangers tangled up, and sizes mixed up. It was hard to find what I was looking for and the staff seemed too busy to help. I think they need to improve their management and customer service in this area.
Overall, I would recommend kmart for anyone looking for a one-stop shop for their needs, but be prepared to spend some time and effort in the clothing section. I hope they can fix this issue soon and make the shopping experience more enjoyable.

Lady with pink hair 0 customer service ! Waited at check out for 10-15 mins, no welcome no acknowledgment nothing! Had to leave else would have to wait forver. Busy with bigger sales I guess...

Shop was well stocked, staff were great, everything was nicely arranged & organized. One of the few places in Queenstown that doesn't charge their customers exorbitant tourist prices. Keep it up 👍

You need to update your hours online been waiting to open up at 9 as it says online, window say 9.30 grr
Good offers and great stuff here, but the staff at the counter Jayana (that's the name on my receipt) was so rude when asked about the loyalty program! It seems that despite the effort made by your company to develop something awesome to let your customers keep coming back for more the staff goes one step ahead and ruins it.

I sent to this store to pickup an item no other store had in my size. They answered phone straight away the day before and put aside what I wanted. The store is the most organised Postie Plus with full range of sizes. Staff helpful and took time to see I was on customer base with my phone number recorded incorrectly.

I went to Postie Hunters Plaza and enjoyed the store and purchased what I was looking for. A suggestion, for us oldies,a chair in the changing rooms would help 70-80 year olds fear of falling, trying to pull off trousers to try other trousers on unsettling. We shop for partners and grandchildren/great grandchildren, so good customers. Thank you pleasant staff.

I had a positive experience with this store and the staff at northwest. Offered the best price in the market for the breast pump i’m after and also hassle free warranty claims when the battery started playing up. The manager, Marilyn, is a very nice lady. Talked me through what i needed to do and got in touch with medela for me and sorted it out in no time. Awesome experience overall.
Northwest branch had the perfect co-sleeper we were looking for. The lady who served us had a nice chat with us and provided some reassurance for my pregnant daughter. Helped us choose stuff without being pushy and let us use the shop trolley to get the box to the car. 10 out of 10, wish I'd got her name but she knows who she is. Thank you so much
The staff member I dealt with was lovely. Full price items can be pretty pricey, but they also had some good markdowns. Quality is good.

Staff are all lovely apart from one old lady with glasses who is rude every time I’ve been there and have heard the same experiences from multiple people now. She doesn’t bother to look at you or reply when you say hello how are you. She is rude and not helpful at all. Bitter old woman.
Every time we shop there, the ladies are more interested in chatting to themselves than helping customers. When I asked for help, they’re never overly helpful either, couldn’t recommend alternative products to ones they didn’t have in stock and felt like they just wanted to go back to their gossip session.

Always wonderful service from the team in here. Not to stereotype myself but a male can easily get lost and asking for directions in here is a breeze. Walk out every time with the right item.

The baby factory Northwest, very rude customer rep . Not allow to touch anything otherwise you have to buy it. the older madam shouted to my 3 and 6 yrs old kids saying not allow to touch the book. And my little 15 toddler bite the rear of paper package and She shouted to me saying You Have To Buy It ! . I totally understand there maybe some rules but the attitude she has is totally Rude and unacceptable. will never ever go their shop again.
Purchased one if their potacots. Worth every cent. So sturdy. Such an easy cot to assemble and pop back down. Our baby is four months so works well as a play area too!. The service was amazing and friendly. Delivery was prompt. Thanks so much.

Nice little shop for bubba items
I went in to buy a baby bendy ball. I asked the ladies if they had any in stock and they said no, so I settled on a different toy. As I was leaving the shop I found a whole bunch of baby bendy toys so I grabbed one and went back to the counter to ask if I could be refunded for the toy I had just brought and then buy the bendy ball I had originally come in for. The lady then said they cannot offer a refund (even though it says on their reciept their refund policy which I well and truly was in grounds for). Very unhelpful, will not be shopping there again.
Absolutely love the staff who work there. They're not only helpful, but they're definitely professional and friendly ladies. They honestly like to borrow my baby whenever we go in there. Free cuddles while mom does the shopping.

Went to the Papatoetoe store today. What a difference from the years I have visited. Always cramped and ugly hanging of clothes.
It was just a mess. Looks so much better now. Lots more space to walk around and view the clothing. Just walking up to the store windows looked better. For a small store, you've done well Postie.

I am always impressed with the service I receive at the Baby Factory in New Plymouth. The lady at the counter I've dealt with previously and she's always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I'll keep going back. Thanks
One word for the counter staff ..... RUDE RUDE RUDE, i was belittled! This was Tuesday 9th June and ended up leaving the store, think some Customer Service training ASAP!
Fast and efficient service ( I bought online from Auckland as the Teething Tamer was cheaper here than other places- items were posted straightaway ). Great products at a great price- may have got a few other little bits and bobs when I was on the website!!.

Amazing! I have shopped online and in store and enjoy every time I shop with Baby Love. I love their array of different products and brands available. The woman are very knowledgeable which is great because most of my visits are gifts for friends.

After nearly two years of waiting to come down and see the store in person, it was well worth the wait! The ladies were absolutely lovely and accommodating, beautiful range and tonnes of goodies.
This store is so convenient and the location is just superb. Staff are are polite and friendly. It's very well equipped and the display and layout is great. Huge variety. Also it's a great value for money especially during the sale season. Definitely a must for people with little ones.
