The coffee was okay.
The sweet was nice but not cold enough, if it was colder it would have tasted better. The portion was big yes but the price is still high.

Food is edible but not good. I knew when I saw the number of different types of food on the menu that I had made a mistake. Keep walking.

I DO NOT recommend this place for tourists. Food is below average, and i am being generous here. Weird decor inside, you don’t even know what is the theme they are going with. Place smells like a pet dormitory. You’ll pay a lot of money for some Asian dishes disguised as Omani dishes. Such a shame as it is in an ideal spot. Beware.
Best place for Indian snacks with best price. Main attraction is parking space and family visitors. Always floating crowd in this shop.

It is famous for tea, coffee and snacks especially for kerala snacks.
I visited Mazoon Square branch, the place is spacious and suitable for studying and working, the colors are proportional and the location of the cafe is convenient so that the sun's rays enter directly on it, but there is a simple note that the cafe is not clean as many dirt is on the floor and chairs, and I hope to take this note, the coffee is beautiful and weighed and evaluated 7/10

I remember visiting the original branch by Muscat Hills, and sincerely, I did actually like it as a whole package! Location was a bit awkward, but the setting was done so well, the drinks were not bad, but nothing special if I'm being honest, and the desserts, namely the bomb donuts, was literally the reason for my repeat visits.
Now that I've seen this branch, which is even MORE awkwardly located (your view is literally a gas station), and the bomb donuts aren't available in-store anymore, I think it's safe to say that Clouds might not be a valid choice for me personally anymore considering there's a lot of competition elsewhere that cater to what I look for in a Café.
By no means is it a "bad spot!", but it's certainly not a great one.
I didn't want to be a spiteful reviewer who left empty handed because I did not find the Pistachio Bomb Donuts, so, I did end up buying a pistachio cookie, which actually was quite tasty.

A total disappointment , we ordered hot chocolate and we were shocked of it ! It’s not the same as the photo! + there’s only 1 person serving whole people and making coffee and the chairs weren’t comfortable! And the price is not worth it!

Highlight is cheap n best food in Oman..you will not get any luxury in seating...but the yummy taste will override your difficulties...
Avil Milk is a must try
Small cafe by the roadside serving some good quality food. The broasted Chicken and the varieties of grilled chicken are a must try apart from their shawarmas and juices.

It is a very old cafe which is quite popular in Ruwi area, for office goers and for families. They prepare hot and fresh snacks which are great in taste and very low in price which is one of the main reasons of this cafes popularity.
The place is cozy and traditional. The food was extremely good, and the mango Juice was the best ever! The waiters were very kind and gentle. Totally recommended.
Even at morning 11.30am getting fresh breakfast & avil milk.. ofcourse the price very affordable.. Chola poori 3pcs with 3 side dish just for 400bz. Avil milk 500 bz..
Delicious food. Everything from the falafel wrap to the biryani is flavorful, well cooked and dynamic. Great atmosphere. The staff are attentive and even created a special dish for us.

My regular breakfast joint morning must try palakad set crispy dosa awesome taste with original dal medu vada tailor made nadan chai I like this joint for daily eating
One of the best food in ruwi muscat
Such a pretty place and delicious food. The chicken shawarma was on point. The falafel platter was fresh and crispy and very filling servings.

1. The cold cup of coffee too expensive for the portion, you get like 250 ml or less iced latte for 2.4 rials !!! Compared to Starbucks.
2. Seating not comfortable at all, unless you use the solo chairs , tables are very small and fixed !
3. Not recommended for group more than 2 or three.
4. The shop was very hot !!!
5. The cakes were not cold enough, thus the taste was not good.
6. Cake portion is big but also very expensive 😅(it taste good, but was warm and then started melting in few min and the taste became not so good!!)
Overall nothing special there, hope they fix the above points as they do charge a premium with nothing special.

A small coffee shop known for its South Indian - Keralite food. The person who runs this shop is popularly known amongst the public as 'achayan' and is known for his kappa, pathiri, dosa & chicken/beef curries. The food is served very hot and the highlight is, it is a very pocket friendly shop!
