A company with integrity, honesty, compassion and some of the most superb customer service skills I have seen in a long a while . Having opened my first restaurant in Ibra British Bubble tea and Cafe amidst the worst flash floods known to ibra over Eid Kay’s most certainly withstood the test of some of the most trying times

During my visit to Muscat, I stayed for one night at the hotel and it was so pleasant. The hotel premise and the reception looked nice. The hotel staff was very friendly and proactive. The room and bathroom looked so nice and clean and was provided with basic amenities. The hotel location was easily accessible. And my sleep was good and really enjoyed staying at the hotel. Only concern was that there was no cold shower as it was only normal and warm.
All in whole I strongly recommend this hotel for your pleasant stays.

We enjoyed our hotel stay in Royal Hotel, Muscat.
First the staff Mr. Usman who welcomed us at 8pm was very accommodating and even upgraded our room.
In the morning, we had our breakfast in the room since it was still ramadan when we arrived. I was very happy because their service was amazing and even delivered all our tiniest request specially Mr. Naseem.
We recommend also recommend the day shift reception Mr. Muhammad Hussain who is with no doubt accommodated us.
The hotel is just right for tourist, it was located in the centre of the muscat and parking are free and it's easy to navigate.
There are neighboring cafes like ice cream, freshly baked pizza's and few more.
I highly recommend the them, it's clean and room was spacious.

Great hotel. We had our honeymoon candlelight dinner here and it was very romantic and perfectly organized. A special thanks to Dennis which assist us at the dinner and was simply perfect. Can recommend it to all newly weds
Amazing hotel in beautifully kept grounds. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The suite we stayed in was was enormous and stunning and we had no complaints.
All staff were accomodating and nice and actually made our stay even more enjoyable. Alpita and Si Lav were very helpful.
The real starts were the breakfast team who were all incredible, Anton in particular.

A beautiful oasis in Muscat. The Chedi is a relaxing and rejuvenating beach front retreat perfect for a long weekend or extended stay. The impressive pools and serene ground enveloped by palm trees was truly memorable. The teams through the hotel were helpful and welcoming.
The Chedi has the perfect location in Muscat. Words are not enough to describe the true sense of hospitality they offer. Great care of every little detail. Discrete and very peaceful environment. Wonderful staff. The place to stay when in Muscat. No other places like The Chedi.
I would like to say thank you to Milet who's working as hostess in the restaurant, she always smiling and very polite. I love the swimming pool the the sea view as well with beautiful view. I will comeback for sure with my family. Thank you
Blissfully tranquil, beautiful with impeccable service. For two decades The Chedi still maintains its luxury. Amazing pools, one being 103 meters long! Another facing the ocean. The very impressive well equipped gym with astonishingly Pilates machines! Lovely spa…the resort is cocooned from the rest of the world.

Located just near Qurum Beach (perfect location because from one side you have access to the beach, and in the opposite direction you can reach Qurum park and all the facilities around it),the hotel is clean and provides u great hospitality. The hotel personnel were very helpful. The hotel provides you almost every facilities from good rooms to room services.The restaurants of hotel were great, and you have plenty of choices. Most importantly, I selected the hotel for the very competitive price.

I recently stayed at The Chedi Muscat and I was absolutely amazed by the level of service and hospitality I experienced. The staff are so friendly and attentive and they make sure that you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms are clean, spacious and modern, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious! The pool area and beachfront is perfect for a relaxing day or evening, and the gym facilities are top-notch. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at The Chedi Muscat and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Oman.

There was an underwear hanging inside the bathroom & also hair in drains.
When we called in reception to send someone to remove it from the bathroom.. No body responded.
Showers were not working properly.
No lock for the toilet.

A day prior to our arrival I message them through WhatsApp telling our flight will arrive at around 11pm as I am afraid they might consider me No Show. Little did I know that our flight will be delayed and took us almost 2 hours in queue to get cleared in Immigration. I was worried sick and still took the chance to show up at the hotel at 1AM. I was delighted to see this guy Mohammed Hussein, reception on duty, as he welcomed us, felt so much relief. I apologized showing up late but to my surprise, he said they were waiting for us knowing that airport clearance takes time. To my delight , our room was upgraded for free. 🥰 I forgot the name of the reception guy in the morning, he also made sure everything is great with us. The hospitality in this hotel is superb for me. All the staff are nice and have the same customer service attitude. It is the most obvious thing for all the staff. They were so considerate and all that even our check-out time they can extend. 🥹 We were treated like a princess. 🥰 The room is simple yet spacious enough could fit 4 pax and they have generous continental breakfast. I loved the place and looking forward on coming back next month or May. Appreciate all the staff! 💕

We have just returned from another truly wonderful stay at The Chedi, Muscat... Such a lovely Hotel & loved the fact that the grounds are very spacious & that the Hotel has not been over developed, with all the water features giving a relaxing atmosphere.
All the Staff were wonderful & very attentive & so friendly, they could not have done anymore for us, especially in the main Restaurant / Courtyard. The food is exceptional. The pool boys at The Chedi Pool kept us well & truly hydrated with water... & the cocktails in The Club Lounge were amazing....

Small, quiet 6-floor hotel in Bowsher (above the expressway) beside the sand hills. They try hard to please you, but food is simple and the location requires a car to get around. It's 4 min to Mall of Oman by car, but perhaps 20 min on foot, but finding your way through the maze of cloverleaves would be borderline risky. Good massage on 1st floor.
Though the rooms are basic, the hotel staff makes you feel as if you were staying in a star hotel! They are really nice and we even got a room upgrade at a lower fare than we intentionally would have payed.
The hotel is like a horror show. Employers blowing their noses on the floor, bad smell, everything is old and very very very dirty, there's a nightclub downstairs that works every single night, no one talks to you about anything, not even when you check out. They gave us 4 keys that opened other 4 apartments. There was a pack of rotten bread inside one of our drawers and that was the only thing that got us moved to a better room which had gum in the shower. Nobody cleans the room while you're there (or before, I dare say). Not even toilet paper is replaced. Thr paid breakfast is a joke, 4 pieces of toast with pineapple jam and a cup of coffee. A total nightmare. We just stayed there because we couldn't find anything so last minute. Booking should remove this hotel from their listing and compensate anyone who stays there. To avoid.

The room and bathroom were big, the staff was very friendly (our room was cleaned every day what i like), hotel was very clean , the hotel had free parking for our car. Definitely we will be back Royal Hotel. Once Again Thank you so much Royal Hotel Family Members. Keep it up !!!!!

We use the Ezee Cloud based Hotel PMS from Kays. Sunil and his staff provide a great onsite support. The Hotel PMS that is basically plug and play is one of the best in Oman. Will highly recommend for hotels!
