Not a real lab. They take samples only and send them to the lab somewhere else. That’s why results are 3 to 4 times slower than any other lab in Panama. Not making that mistake again.
Always hate going there, but it's convenient. Drs are rude, staff doesn't care about you or your health. Only money, they tell you of your really sick go to the emergency, If you can avoid it go somewhere else. No one in the clinic speak English. Google translate if you can but most of the time they don't have patience for you to use it anyways.
I had knee surgery there yesterday and it was a great experience. The staff is so kind and professional. I felt like a person that mattered instead of just a patient on a list. Every person addressed me by name and I was introduced to each person individually as well. They explained the procedures and answered every question.

Called to ask about an appointment. They answered politely. When I started to speak English the lady immediately hung up the phone. There was no mistake. I could clearly hear my journey from the ear to the receiver.
