Perfect and amaging place i love it verymuch
Place near Cebu City fuente circle. Place is nice and clean with free wifi access. Quick food like Jollibee and Mang Inasal.
A good supermarket beside Fuente Osmeña Circle. It's clean and you can get there your daily needs. Outside they have a food court.
Highly recommended for groceries especially fresh meat and vegetables, its always fresh.
This is an OG supermarket. They have good prices, good assortment and the vegetables are high quality. You also get 2 hours free parking if you buy P2500. Just make sure you go to the Unimart parking lot which is closest to Shaw Blvd.
first time here, good parking space, big market/groceries area, we got what need to buy..👍
I love unimart! Iv always shopped for my groceries, money change , buy flowers and buy nail polish and a lot more! Veggies are always fresh and price reasonable. The fruits section has its varieties and fresh too! Overall its my go 2 shopping everyday!
I don't like their meat section. I bought special ground beef and I could bite into tiny pieces of bone. 1 pot of full of siomai went into waste because of this.
Normal grocery but affordable prices!
I no longer shop here.
Not allowing EMPTY ECO BAGS even if its inside your small sling bag. If they see it , they will let you leave it at the booth.

Whose brilliant idea in the management is that?
Not enough trolleys available. They'd rather store with merchandise that they have not yet organized in shelves.

Not enough counters open even if there were long lines already. Cashiers on break were not replaced further reducing available counters for check out. Cashiers are also sloooow further adding to the delay.

Guards try their best to address complaints but because the cashiers do not care, they can only do so much.
It's the same as Gaisano grand with fewer products and slightly cheaper. I will be going there more often as it's closer to home.
Not a comfortable place to have groceries It's hot inside
Busy supermarket, friendly staff... and they pack your groceries with great pride... much appreciated :)
small area to shop but you can get your basic grocery goods i here.
Large shopping mall. A lot of different products. Good prices.

Can be better
Always good here, great customer service, clean and safe
If you are going to the beach and pass by Basak, you can shop at this place for your beach needs! Meat, chicken for grilling!

What's nice is that parking fee is free!
nice and clean place... Tournament Event... Thanks to PASKA
I have known Unimart from its Greenhills branch. The brand boasts of carrying hard to find international brands and products. It's very nice to find one near me. I love their pricing and product mix. They have quality products that are affordable. I will always shop here for as long as I live.
The items are well organized and each sections have labels. It's just so big you have to straddle thru the lanes to find where your items as. The lanes are wide and in theory, they have many cashiers although sometimes they aren't manned. Prices are cheap. The place is pleasant, clean and well lit. The items are extensive. This part of this mall also has a winery and food kiosks in front of of the supermarket.
Decent Supermarket to run to if you need a few items. The checkout line take forever here for some reason.
Fresh food is very dodgy to say the least, but other offerings the usual. Checkout queues are ridiculously long because they don’t use enough checkouts
Very clean and well organized. Staff is very helpful too. Easy 5 ⭐

The Muzak version of 'Up Where We Belong' is kind of creepy and gives off a 'Dead Mall' kind of vibe 😂

It's my fav place to buy my cereal😅. They have a lot of imports here and a lot of choices.
It's my fav grocery.
It is also pretty net and organized.
It's a bit pricey, but it's okay.
I bought ceasar salad. I wish they at least cut it into smaller pieces. It's more convenient to eat, especially when you have no time to cut it.
Otherwise, this is definitely a place to go to.
They accept cash, cards, and gcash here. There is also a BDO atm outside. Just ask the security guard.

A nice shopping complex with a wide variety of shops at reasonable prices. I did not enjoy Cebu city, however it was always nice every time we went to SM. There is also a decent variety of eateries as well.
Reasonable range of products available, helpful service crew, spacious, clean toilets, security personnel tends to profile stereotypes. Overall, a safe place to purchase necessities.
Always been thankful for their services and very nice cashier.

Hoping their issues on gcash offline will soon be okay so that there will be smooth transactions in the counter and for the good of the customers.

Godbless and more power...
It's a little limited as to what products the larger Gaisano Mall as to offer. It is also limited to one floor but, there is a good supermarket, department store, and winery. To avoid long queues at the checkout, it's better at this saversmart that the Gaisano Mall further up the road. Staff are also friendly.
Enjoyed shopping on low low prices groceries & foods, meats.

Slowest Cashier ever. No baggers. Your cashier personnel are trued already, hire some baggers! We went on a Wednesday, and fell in line to pay for an hour or more. Very exhausting.
Very good selection. I just have a hard time looking for the sugar. It's not in the baking nor the coffee aisle. I like that the aisles are wide. My only biggest issue is how long it takes to check out because so many counters are unmanned.

We love buying groceries here. Its not crowded. No long lines at the counter. And most, if not all, of our favorite grocery items are found here.
Place is okay. It is able to provide necessities for those far from the city
nice place to shop....why? first they have wide, clean, cool ventilation, indoor, secure, newly painted and specially free parking space to all shoppers, Second this mall has complete grocery items
Great selection of house hold goods. Good parking outside. Clean store with friendly staff. Atm available.
A typical Robinsons supermarket with most of the standard grocery items available. There is limitations on the availability of imported goods if you are into that.
Most if the local products available in other supermarkets of the same size should also be available here. I like that there are mini food stalls just outside the checkout counters, including a bakery with freshly baked goodies.
This is probably the worst grocery store in Cebu? Very bad management the meat stinks and always slow service. Always ready to close 30 minutes before closing time. Just bad management I hardly ever go there and I live upstairs. I know a few people that have had a argument with the manager. He didn't care I spend my money elsewhere.
Low prices on grocery items compared to other stores. Clean and spacious facilities. With fast food and fine dining restaurants. Ample parking space on basement. Free parking for 2 hours if you buy Php 2,000 single receipt from Unimart. The only negative is heavy traffic in the area due to closure of Meralco Ave for the construction of subway. I also noticed there is poor to no signal of Smart mobile network in the grocery. This is true for several years already.
Along the road, accessible. Only groceries available and few stuff, not a mall.

I should have given them zero rating! I have been shopping here for more than a year (once a week). They have no cart you could use to conveniently bring your groceries to where you park. But yesterday was the worst!!! I was bringing 8 full plastics of groceries and their staff only smirked at me when I asked if they have cart I could use going to their parking area. Think before buying lots of groceries here.
For household needs and food supply mostly you can find here. The alley ways are wide enought for shopping. Crew are polite and ready to assist especially the elderly ones.
Disappointing the steak on offer is just fat most times almost never have herbs very poor cheese selection couldn't even find plastic bags with handles and to top it all they have a little eatery at the front which we used to enjoy but now they stopped selling food only snacks, today they didn't have white onions no red tomatoes no cold drinks

This supermarket was good, temperature got checked before entering, service excellent, the staff will bring heavy parcel to your car . Service not seen in most countries.
Lots of food choices available in their food court and seating was alright despite being packed. No softdrinks sold in the grocery at the moment though but other food stalls are selling them.
Organized and courteous security men. Very convenient to shop here
Just like most places, the staff are great but the lines move painfully slow as they make the cashier ring up and bag groceries also. Should leave it to the customer to bag their own groceries and lines move much much more quickly ✌️🇨🇭
A “Just Good” local hub.

I only ever come here for the V-Hire rides either to SM City Cebu or to Ayala Center Cebu. In all the experiences I have had going here for such intent, they were all satisfactory.

Although, yes, there have been a handful of times where the drivers will certainly wait until their van is brim full, I don’t think much of it. They are simply making a living, and I get that.

It is therefore up to us to manager our time wisely so we actually arrive early wherever we’re headed.

Anyway, I digress, the mini mall itself is truthfully quite mini hehe. It offers only a small array of stores. The ones I have so far been to is the grocery section itself and the pharmacy. Both are what you can expect from a small establishment: limited but still helpful. There’s a hospital nearby, so it of course doesn’t hurt having those facilities there.

Two other things to note, though.

One, the ATM stationed there often runs out of money and can be more of a hassle than an actual convenience. So if you’re looking to cash out here, I would suggest finding another place to do so, if you can help it.

Two, there’s no cash-in stations except Rose Pharmacy if your bank or e-wallet supports it.

Ultimately, you can’t cash-in or out, but other than that, the mini mall is good! It is well-maintained and is not too untidy.

BUT, definitely not a go-to place. There are a lot more malls in Cebu to check out!
Just a regular grocery. They have more Filipino goods. But if you are just after on buying food, drinks and detergent. This is a good place to go. This area also has a rose pharmacy beside it.
Staff can be rude and speak Bisaya even to foreigners. My partner shopped there one time alone and it was frustrating that they spoke to him in Bisaya even if he talked to them in English. Even with just explaining why they gave us a box instead of a plastic bag. We always brought eco bags with us but this is the only supermarket in CEBU that I know won't allow even empty ecobags inside which is very very inconvenient and such a hassle.
Most of them seem to be done with life and are slow with the service.
Even the ladyguards aren't consistent with how they check receipts and bags when going inside the mall. One time they told us the temperature check is just for employees and even laughing at us for doing so. But on other days, they tell customers to use the temperature check monitors.

I went there to buy "regular" bread and in the photos in Google I could see that they have it.

In the store they only had toast bread so I asked if they have more. They said no. At the cashier I noticed that they have a deli counter with cheese and salami, so just in case I asked again if they have bread there and got a no.

After I payed I turn around and see that they have a separate bread counter. So I asked if I can return my toast bread and buy bread from the counter instead. I got a no since I already have my receipt.

Basically I asked two staff members if they have bread and both had no clue that they have a separate bread counter even though the cashier looks at it the whole day.
So hassle is the part that you have to deposit their own eco bag at the courtesy both!!! I already went there to deposit a package that i bought outside. Your courtesy booth's should have a signage that echo bags are not allowed inside or at least have your representative inform us! Makasapot!!! Naa pay inyong price list nga wa nagkadimao! So disorganized!!! My goodness!!! Gasalig lang mo kamo ray dool diris guadalupe!!!! 🤬
I love going here because it is well-lit and clean and lots of choices for grocery too. I really like their cheese section as there a lot of different kinds of cheese available. But I am a bit disappointed I cannot find Adlai Rice here.
Smaller than the usual Gaisano Malls but has the basics for your daily needs. A supermarket and department store with some concessionaires like food, gadgets, finance services and a drug store.

This was where I worked from August to November 2019 while Autism Works was ongoing. Friendly staff, excellent selections, and lively in-store music makes every work day great. I made friends with them, even the cashiers (who I learned would wear Santa hats four weeks before Christmas) and working at the meat section!
So far all I need , I can find in the mall...resto, grocery, pharmacy etc.
🔵PROS
◾They've got everything you need. Like almost everything.
◾They hold a lot of SALE events
◾Parking space is also huge.

🔴CONS
◾They still charge 30 pesos as parking fee regardless of the type of vehicle you're driving, while their SM SEASIDE branch offers Free parking for all.
◾Public wifi is so slow.

🟢Verdict: It's the most accessible mall that has all the things you need, and they also hold sale events that can give you more discounts. It doesn't offer the cheapest deals but it's convenience is really nice to have. This mall is recommended.
You can leave your helmet in the package counter unlike other malls and supermarkets.

Clean and very accessible
The place is big and so many items to choose from. If you reside around Pajac, Bankal, Agus, Maribago, Marigondon areas, you can buy your groceries here. There is also a small Watsons store inside. They also sell appliances, dog and cat stuffs.
I like Robinson supermarket, they have a lot high quality products... But I was there and wanted to buy diapers in size L... ONLY size they had XL... Only 5 packs of only 1 company... That's not good!
So I have to reduce from 5 to 4 stars. Diapers are standards and have to be available all the time!
caters the public even during the height of pandemic... observing proper health protocols. the grocery area is a bit small compared to other outlets but you can shop the basic essentials you need and easy access in the neighborhood
They have a clean place and organize display of merchandise. But they do not have a complete line up of groceries. There are items that are present only in them like imported oat meals and juices. Most of the price is at par with the rest of its competitors.

This grocery store was a part of Rustan's but now it is owned and operated by Robinsons. They have fresh fruits and vegetables. It looks clean and nice, but the prices are higher than other stores in general.
Wide array of choices, excellent customer service, price is okay, produce are well arranged... other items are well arranged also... no expired products on the shelf... the only bad thing about it as a customer is the long line at the check out counters
Small supermarket but a lot of variety of products. If it’s salary day, the line is a bit long. During community quarantine, the info filling up is quite hassle especially that you do this before entering the mall proper and the supermarket.

Food court is accessible and quite clean though the foods are quite pricey.

Has specialty items not found in other stores. Carries the Waitrose line from Tesco. Variety of wine selection, currently on sale too boot.
Gaisano Saversmart Bacayan is the official Establishment name. Located at Barangay Bacayan, Talamban, Cebu City. The contact number available is 6300-348- 0693.
Store Hours from 9:30 am - 9:30 pm but due to COVID-19 Pandemic Crisis, this essential store hours was cut-down to a more earlier store closure till 5PM daily in observance to the Enhanced Community Quarantine in Cebu City. I highly recommend that you always wear your face mask (i.e. Surgical Mask, N95 mask, or personally made mask) and present your ECQ Pass as you enter the grocery store.
Let's also practice Social Distancing as we line up inside the store. Thermal temperature is implemented as well as sanitizing the customer's hands before entering the store. It's a Community friendly Grocery Store. Hope you are all okay.
Stay safe and healthy, Bacayanons!
The place is getting older. Aircon used to be super cool, not anymore...
Good selections but lines are always long. The paper bags they give on fridays are so thin they do not even make it until the door. The only thing good here is the turon which was delicious.
I must say that they have great and accomodating staff. But the place is small, not much space to roam around the grocery area. The stocks are also limited. Hoping for improvement any time soon.
👍👍👍
Checking out at the cashiers could be a nightmare to some especially on paydays, weekends and on holidays. Better do your groceries around midday to early afternoon. Lots of free parking spaces.

Thankful for this supermarket! Haven't had this for ages. Good place to look for stuff you're used to from abroad. If SM supermarket has Tesco, Rustan's has Waitrose.

Supermarket service staff are attentive even the security guards are nice and kind. Not crowded but variety of choices.
Despite being very large, this supermarket is extremely basic. Lots of canned meats, rice, noodles, chips, and cookies and not much fresh produce.
It’s very crowded in the evening and on weekends. The service is slow and the lines are painfully long. Fortunately there’s some free WiFi that (usually) works.
Nice and Affordable..
The staff is so slow and many empty counters, you should hire more people.
They have several options for your grocery needs. They have fresh fruits & vegetables. They have no wifi, they accept credit card & earn point by presenting your Getgo card. My favorite section is the meat. Check out their salad counter and create your own salad to-go.
lunch break...
