Usual Watsons offerings with quite a few offers. To encourage you to take out a Watsons card, some of the better offers were only available to card holders. If was really busy when I was there and service was slow resulting in more than a dozen people queuing to pay at the only till open. Couldn’t be bothered to queue for the item I wanted.
Quite amusing there was a man standing on a stall to very conspicuously watching for shop lifters.

This place would be my dream job!! All the staff just stand around and talk to eachother - they don't have to serve customers. And there is only one cashier needed even when the line is very, very long. Seems like a very chill workplace :) Will apply soon.

Currently at Watsons and the line to pay is at the Pharmacy. The pharmacist is the acting cashier while the floor staff are just chatting amongst themselves. 12 people are lined up at the pharmacy waiting to pay for their items and the floor staff aren't serving anyone else. Not sure why this is happening. There's an actual Cashier counter at the other side of the store - it's empty, no staff there. We're all told to line up at the pharmacy while the other staff just keep hanging out and talking to eachother.

puya gaba nga cashier kabalo man diay ka nga naay error inyong card reader prior palang sa among purchase nganong imo man gi padayun!! kusog pa kaayo ka mo ingon ug declined and card! sarcastic pa ug tingog ang ending nag double charge me until now wala pa na refund kay nag try mi ug bank transfer ni successful pero wala kuno nila madawat! Pagka nlng jud, niya walay update kami pa ang mobisita.

Medium-sized branch compared to other mall branches. Wide selection of items. But the staff are always gossiping.

The reason for 5 stars is that this particular Wastons store had the transdermal clear patches I needed for my medication patches. I went to literally 8 different named drug stores (seriously not exaggerating) and 3 medical supply stores, and either they don't carry them or "we out of stock" replies I got. I'm still getting used to expecting not to find what I need just by going into any drug store. That's not how things operate here, and it's okay.

The staff at Watson's Fuente were incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and professional. They went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and that I felt comfortable throughout my time there. Special mention to the night shift guard this Friday, June 9th.

Better try another Watsons branch such as at Ayala or SM Seaside’s. The guard here should learn that customers can test out the “testers” of the make up products. They are called “testers” for a reason! He told me, “di pwede makahilabot, pangayo ug assistance maam/ you can’t just try that, rather, get your permission from our staff” in an unpleasing and unprofessional tone. Testers are there for customers to try out freely! I’ve never experienced being treated like that in other Watsons branches. I appreciate telling me to ask for assistance but there are customers who are not comfortable with that or who can independently handle their own decisions in choosing what to buy. I’m not even doing something wrong here, just swatching the testers on my wrist to check if I’d like it or not. I genuinely felt like that statement gave me a bad image towards the public. It was humiliating. 4 of the sales lady went near me, while one of them interacted with me, offering assistance. Do you even think I’d want to accept your help despite the humiliation you’ve caused?! Lol. Immediately went out. Will never come back. Good staff, except the guard who needs some proper discipline and respect towards customers. Don’t just apologize. Do something about this. Wa ko nanghilabot intawn! Makapasuspicious man pud mo oy.

THE GUARD AND STAFFS WERE SO JUDGEMENTAL AND RUDE ABOUT MY PARTNER. SHE WAS SKIMMING ON PRODUCT TESTERS AND THEY HUMILIATED HER IN A WAY THAT THE GUARD RAISE HIS TONE TOWARDS MY PARTNER WHICH CAUGHT THE ATTENTION OF THE OTHER CUSTOMERS AND THE STAFFS WERE GOSSIPING.

Good place

Spacious and cold, like whenever I go there, their aircon is always ON 😊. They got more stuffs to select to. Though the place is within the heart of the City, they are not crowded and closes late at night, 10pm I believe. Perfect for night goers and late after shifters.

Staff was so RUDE and disrespectful! So here's what happened.
Around 10AM I was waiting outside their office, it was still closed. Finally someone opened the door around 10:20AM. Then there was a skinny long hair lady I guess she was about her early 30s, I asked her what exact time do they open since it was already passed 10am. I was told that they open @10AM but they still need to clean the place, I asked her again if she can give me a specific time so that I can just go somewhere and go back once they are officially opened but this lady answered me in a sarcastic and very disrecpectful way. " Maam di mi kaingon kung what time kay mao jud ni among policy, pwede ra sad ni namo dugayun panglimpyo kong ganahan mi".

If u want business you must to invest in frontrow

All the products they sell are fake. Price their so called Grapeseed oil extract....they are a clear oil and tasteless. I have used Grapeseed extracts from the US and trust me they are not tasteless. I'm guessing you are paying 1k for soy bean oil. These people need to be exposed!
