It would have been a 5 star if they have at least bird shows or an up-close experience with the eagles with the guidance of the care takers.. The eagles are too high up in their cage and we cannot appreciate them more because they are just standing..wishing there were a lot of volunteers to accommodate the guests during the tour around the area.. anyway it was nice to see the eagles..
This is a wholesome destination for nature friendly people, specially the one's who love to see the philippine eagles. Good thing they are well taken care of. When you visit here, bring your family and friends, it is a good educational and relaxing visit. Nature is very amazing, and those eagles are great. When you see that those birds are well taken care. There future will be assured that they will not be extinct so future generations will still see those flying giants.. good to know, good to travel and awesome wonderful experience.
The one place I know you can see the endangered Philippine eagle. They are so big and known as a monkey killer. Surprisingly big in person and they have many to see here. They have a captive breeding program to increase the population because they are critically endangered. Each bird has a story and a sponsor. The center also has other types of eagles, hawks, owls even crocodile and monkeys. Entrance is 150php per person and a volunteer guide will show you around. You cannot walk about freely. This place is definitely towards the top of my list of things to do in Davao.
Learnt a lot in the tour about Philippines' biodiversity. This place is not just about the Philippine Eagle but also the rich animals that this country can offer. I have lived in rural areas for a good amount of time but was not able to appreciate it much until I got to see the wildlife itself. These birds and the others in here are something that should be protected and cared. The Philippine Eagle Centre is doing a work we should all be grateful of.
This place is truly wonderful and is doing an excellent job in conserving the Philippine Eagle. They also have other animals aside from eagle.
It has eagles and few of: crocodile, owl, snake, monkey.
No close encounter with the birds.

You'll love the ambience, peaceful and green
Highlights are of course the eagles.
You'll have your own guide for education/history purposes.
Entrance for adult is 150
Parking is wide
With some souvenirs being sold on parking area
Kudos to all of you for taking care and making sure these magnificent bird species doesn't go extinct. Only 150 pesos entrance fee. It was such a great experience seeing the Philippine eagles

I was only expecting to see eagles. Didn’t expect to experience a short tour and walk around this park of the undisturbed nature.

The environment have lots of big giant plants ; you can imagine the natural nutrient these plants gets 😆.

They have quite a number of eagles too.

Their tour guide is also fantastic! His explanation through the whole route makes it even more interesting.
It's nice to see a center dedicated to preserve the Philippine Eagle. Other than that, they also have a lot more different types of birds and animals: eagles, owls, monkeys, and alligator. Also the staff are very friendly and helpful
The gardens and pathways are also great.
