Tried the newly launched to the menu chicken crispy sandwich. Very tasty and much better then McDo. I think I just paid 59 peso for that ..

Peaceful and fast service both dine in and takeout
The food is great but the poker-faced cashier is a minus! She shouldn’t be on the frontline. A simple greeting would have sufficed. However, I still like to come back just because of the food.
Says open at 7am, walked in and no food and claim not open til 8am, fix your sign and google maps instead of wasting customers time. Won’t be back.

The only thing I would like to highlight is this no sense strategy to don't serve soft drinks during lunch time. Instead, they only offer ice tea and pineapple juice (in order to move their stock of these juices). However, no everyone likes ice tea or pineapple.
Nice location, the only remaining Jollibee in Ortigas center that is not inside a mall.
The only issue that I have is the restaurant is small which can be easily filled up during peak hours. It has a drive through order which is very convenient if you have a car.

Why anyone thinks the chicken or spaghetti is so delicious is a mystery to me. I took 2 bites and couldn't finish it. It tasted so bad.
Nice and spacious. But VERY slow serving. That goes for every Jollibee joint in Pasig atleast.

Slow service and slow drive thru although tuna pie was hot my other order chickenjoy was already cold, i was told 10 minute waiting time for tuna but the food was given 20 minutes later

Jollibee is always my go to fast food restaurant. I’m very happy for the fast service and clean place.
Im waiting 10mins for the rice and no body informed chicken is cold when it serve on the table and the rice is really watery,and i cannot see manager when its really busy time
Personal überfordert, schaffen es nicht bei geringen Betrieb einen Burger und Fries in 20 Minuten fertig zu bekommen. Die Premium Burger waren nie verfügbar, bis auf einmal, da war aber der bacon aus. Es funktioniert so gut wie gar nichts... Besser zu McDonald's....

I love this place! Used to come here all the time like 15 years ago. Just came back yesterday and it’s like I never left. Same vibe, same fast service, same big portions and affordable price. Hasn’t changed a bit. Amazing.
As a Jollibee it's fine, like any Jollibee really. Consistently cheap food with quality that matches the prices. If something was particularly unique about this (or any) Jollibee I'd give it 5 stars but alas it's just a food dispenser place thing.
The combo meals are super sulit. It has meat, pancit, rice, and iced tea. I love the taste of the food. It's worth the money! Although the place is not too big but it's still good.
We ordered the sizzled tofu and it was very tasty, recommend it!
Super clean store. Staff are courteous and efficient with their work. Accepts cash, credit card, GCash and other digital payments. Plenty of tables and seats. It has a chill vibe in the morning between 7:30am to 9am. Very near a pedestrian skywalk so you can safely transfer to the street across the store which is along a traffic junction.
Fave place but it makes me uncomfy due to the windows showing bunch of people passing by and sometimes people begging. Makes me want to take out food
The order-serving method is great. I'm glad they didn't resort to that touch screen thingy when you're ordering something (like in McD*). I'm glad they stick to taking our orders over the counter with respectful staffs. A great addition are those circular devices that they give to each one that has to wait for their orders. Instead of calling the customers one by one by order numbers, the device does the work and just beeps and vibrates, letting the customers know their orders are ready. A really smart move for Jollibee. Great service overall. And, the food, too - fresh and awesome.
Guys! If you’re looking for the original spicy chicken recipe (the one that uses chili powder instead of the spice added into the batter), then look no further coz they have it! 😃

Rockwell jollibee is the best jollibee, I live in Ortigas Center. But I always buy from Rockwell. They are the best. They never disappoint me. I really appreciate there service and kindness. I will highly recommend this place. Thank you so much 🥰🙏
Very slow service. At any given day, even on weekdays, you will be on queue for at least 15 minutes. For the longest time, 2 out of 5 POS stations are not working and management seems not inclined to replace them. Staff are mostly just like walking in the park without any sense of urgency despite the long queue in front of them.
The food is just as good as the other Jollibee stores but the service and staff just needs to be reminded of how they should be.

Great ambience, guards are very friendly. However i don't like the service. There are some instances na masungit ung nasa counter or sometimes they don't put catsup or only give 1 or 2, sachets of catsup. But all in all the place is good for me and my friends, medyo may kaliitan ung store pero nice parin naman. Regulars na kame dito eh 😆

The location is just along the highway. But if you’re coming from downtown area, you have to go left at the signal, then make a uturn then comeback to main highway and take right. You can’t directly go straight left cos it’s not allowed. You’ll get fine. The place is fine, clean toilet and not so crowded.
I'm gonna share how happy I felt earlier sa branch na 'to. While I was waiting for my order, two kids sat beside me. Mga 5 minutes nilabay, the kid in red asked me if naa ko buo na 50 pesos kay maulaw sila mag order na coins ilang money. I told them na it's okay and there's nothing to be ashamed of kay ilaa man tong hinaguan from selling calamansi. Just look how happy they were na they were able to afford Jolly Spaghetti with drinks. And the manager was kind enough to help them with their order. My heart is full huhu ❤️ bless them. 🥰
This branch of Jollibee is along Meralco Avenue but to access the drive thru, you have to go to Sapphire Road to access the entrance. The markers are well lit and the drive thru itself was very spacious (unlike other drive thrus). The service was quick. Good job Jollibee Ortigas Parklane.

the crews are so respecftul, and they always left you with "enjoy your meal" once ilapag na nila yung pagkain sa mesa. But, the one who you wanna hang out with while eating at Jobee is i think,.. hmm..

This place is awesome. Their prices are JUST and DELICIOUS. Their staffs as well are all friendly and accomodating. The ambiance outside is so relaxing facing the building and garden-like view.

They serve good food here. If you are tight on budget, you can order the combo meals that range from 70-100. They also have other cuisines, including Japanese, Indian, Filipino, and Korean. I suggest you visit this place if you have a lot of time to spare. If they only served food fast enough, I would give them 5 stars. Overall, this place won't disappoint. A must try!
What I liked about the place is the second floor. Yes. Right. Nice studying place. But it could be better if they have a free wifi here.
