The massage was alright, a lot of unnecessary slapping but the therapist did focus on getting rid of my knots. However, the stretches weren't effective and the air-conditioning was too strong I felt like I'd catch a cold.

We had an extremely relaxing food massage. We got Bangkok foot massage where they use a wooden stick.
The lady at the desk would explain what each massage type entails and helps the customers decide which kind is best for them.

The staff are friendly and skilled.

We would come back.

The place/ambience is cozy, and I like the scent they used coz it's relaxing. The therapist is really good.

Maganda ang ambience ng spa. Malawak ang massage room. My other 2 friends tried female thera (Christy and I forgot the name of d other one) , while I tried Justine (male). Ok ung 2 female, goods ang massage nila as per my friends. Pero ung male thera mejo baguhan pa. Hindi pa ganun ka varied ang strokes nia at mejo madami ang gamit ng massage oil.

The receptionist gave me an attitude. I said I kept calling the mobile phone on their Facebook, but no one was answering. She replied, "Ah ganon po ba."

They charge extra if you pay via GCash. This is against fair trade rules! Hintayin nilang magka-time ako para makapag-file ako ng formal complaint against them.

The masseuse was really good, highly recommend this massage place.

The cashier person was easy to talk too though she requested for me to pay first before the massage. Which was kind of off? I've been to a lot of spas and this is the first who asked for payment first. The staff I noticed weren't wearing masks when I arrived so I requested that the one who will massage me must wear one coz I had health issues. The body scrub was ok but it was not a good place to have it in a spa where the walls weren't floor to ceiling coz the aircon vent was too cold. And of course no temp control for that. The wash room to bathe in was only in 1 bathroom sharing for male/female. So it was quite awkward to walk across the small hallway towards the cr in a bathrobe coz you may have to bump into male customers. The massage was ok. The person who gave me a massage was good. The volcanic stone massage was a new experience though its been 4 days since I had my massage and it is still a little sore on my shoulders. The spa would've been a good place to relax while having a massage if the other staff who passed by were silent, meaning talking in whispers only and silent feet on the floor coz you couldn't relax because of the noise the buzz and one of the staff even opened the curtain which was their door to cover the massage room the staff just opened the curtain and looked into the room as if no customer was being given a body scrub. The ceiling was also noisy with movements of furnitures and feet walking here and there which was an extension of the spa I was told. The massage and body scrub and volcanic stone massage with hair spa was ok. But the place was definitely not conducive for a spa.

Great service, you'll get what you paid for. Magagaling ang therapist, 2nd time around here super relaxing satisfied with Ate Joan, and Chad. Definitely one of the best massage area here in Marikina. Definitely will go back here. Kudos! 💯👍🏻

Receptionists were very responsive and courteous. The place is small but very clean and homey.

Combo massage was great. A good mix of Swedish and shiatsu massage. Could have used less oil for my liking, but otherwise the service was well executed and very relaxing. Pressure was good and consistent. Will try their Shiatsu massage next time.

Went here for a massage and got what I needed. A little disappointed kasi ate kept on asking me questions offering Ventosa upgrade. Instead na ma-relax ako, nainis lang ako sakanya and I wasn’t able to relax at all.

Okay naman yung massage! My usual pressure is light and I felt really relieved after the 1.5hour session(plus the inis).

May packages and promo offers din which is nice.

Foot massage for P500 for 1 hr is a good deal. They include massages on your arms, shoulders, and head; very relaxing. Therapist Jennie is very good and courteous.

The massage was good especially for the price range. The place smells nice and the free tea was refreshing. It was unfortunate that you could hear vehicles passing by while getting a massage. And I would have appreciated it if they explained their services a bit for first-timers. They also don't have loose change, and would charge extra if you pay using GCash.

The manager on the night of August 9th is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. She has accomodated our booking for two 30 mins back massage. We went down there by 8:09pm and she told us that “Tinawagan po namin kayo since 7:50pm. Di po kayo matawagan.” Then one of the employees said “Nagbook pa kasi si ma’am ng isa pa eh.” My fiancé, tired from work, said “so what are we going to do then?” The manager said, “we will only accomodate 1 of you guys.” In my head I’m like “it’s not our fault you couldn’t reach us, if we wanted to cancel, we’d come over physically or CALL. You didnt give us that 10-15 minute grace period and you decided to book another 30 minutes?? Cuz that’s SMART.” We came to relax and nail.a.holics provided. But BIG APPLE EXPRESS SPA IS A FAILURE on that part. We’re never coming back for a rescheduling. My fiancé and I DONT RECOMMEND this place for a good relaxation.

Nuat Thai Parang has a nice ambience , clean spa also this has great peoples inside that spa and great place where you can get your stresses out

By far the best spa in Marikina I've been to. I live in Rizal, but I don't mind driving all the way here because the service is superb.

The reception area is well-lit and inviting. Overall, the place is well-maintained. The spa area is airconditioned and calming. The spa area was lit enough thanks to the warm-toned lamps they placed on the floor. One could also tell that the sheets in the massage table were fresh (unlike Welcalmia Spa which were disgustingly sticky ugh never again).

The staff was responsive and quick on their feet.

Everything about this place was calming and relaxing. Will book an appointment again soon!

1st time I tried this spa. I was a regular customer of NT near at my place in parang. Kaso lately hit or missed na sila hindi na sulit. So I decided to try here. Aba sulit! Yung body scrub nila super pulido! With real sea salt as expected. I also spoke with the owner I think she is nice as well. Pero hands down ako kay Ms. Alma the therapist.

I booked an appointment in the morning of 13 January for an 8pm massage for three as I live locally. The appointment was confirmed and I also sent a message 30 minutes before the appointment to confirm that we are coming. When we arrived at the place, no one was aware about our appointment. Christian Nicholas, the supposed CEO and lady at the reception asked for my number to confirm my appointment. They found our trail of conversation and while apologetic, unprofessionally told us that they missed our appointment and they took on additional clients. I may have dodged the bullet as the place is crowded, dodgy in the outside and does not seem sanitary. I wouldn't recommend this place for obvious reasons but more so for the unprofessional conduct of business. It was only after this disappointing experience that I checked the reviews and saw a number of untoward treatment of clients. Avoid this place at all cost, it is not worth it!!!!

This place is definitely affordable. I think they were doing some kind of renovation when I went here. The place was cozy and they offered me tea which was nice. I haven’t been to a spa in a very long time so I was excited to finally get a massage again.
I was greeted at the entrance and the staff seems very nice. The interior seems a bit retro and I do love the comfy chairs.

I didn’t like the staircase though that spirals going up. I feel like someone could just fall there if they’re not too careful.

Anyway, they took me to the massage area and just gave me a tiny towel to cover myself. I don’t know why they didn’t have a bigger size for it, it barely even covered my breast. I also felt like the masseuse wasn’t as experienced because I’ve had hard massages in the past, but this time I just didn’t feel at all relaxed.
When it came to the part where she was going to massage my head, she was for some unknown reason pulling my hair too LOL . I had to tell her not to include my hair in the head massage. It’s the first time encountered a masseuse doing that.

Even though the people were nice and the price of the services they offer is affordable , unfortunately I would not recommend this for a relaxing massage. I hope it does improve though since it’s so near my place.

Please do not use this spa. We only went there because my associate got some package for many massages for 1000. It turns out this would be the most expensive massage I've ever gotten.

I put my glasses in the basket and under the bed as instructed. During the massage the therapist stepped on and broke them. Not only will they not pay to replace them they didn't even offer any sort of compensation at all. When I tried to work it out with the management over the phone he hung up on me.

I've filed a complaint against them with the Barangay but they still won't take responsibility. The thing is the only people who were near the glasses were myself and the masseur so who broke them? A ghost?!

I certainly didn't break my own glasses. So now I'm out 4k to replace the glasses. All for a mediocre massage.

As an OFW, I want a superb relaxing whole body massage before I go back to the country where massage parlors is quite illegal (arab country). So I called them and booked immediately. And we tried their thai massage & I forgot the other one called. For after one hour, it feels so light and ease. Like the pressure in your body was released. Worth it! Staff are great.

I've been a regular client at Nuat Thai Parang Branch since 2019. Based on my experience all of their therapist are professionals and polite. I also tried other spa here in Marikina and so far Nuat Thai Parang Branch has the most outstanding service for me. Especially my two favorite therapist Ms. Anne and their former therapist Ms. Mildred. I normally get their full body scrub and massage and I always get exactly what I pay for. In short Sulit***

I love this place! Before, I used to go to Antipolo, San Juan and Makati just to have a good massage. Now, it's just 5 mins away from our house! Awesome customer service, and the spa packages are affordable too. My favourite is the Anti Stress Ventosa Package! Perfect for workaholics like me!

Receptionist double booked me & my wife despite advanced reservation. Not apologetic at all. Payment was also required upon arrival which is uncommon. Had to cancel right away.

My girlfriend and I really have a good experience in this Spa. Not only inexpensive, their massage techniques are really more relaxing than most. The therapists don't rush the strokes when massaging, they put enough emphasis on pressure points, correct force is applied when stretching.

Bonus: hot towel after massage (which apparently disappeared from the SOP of most spa after covid)

Hole-in-the-wall spa. Its location is slightly hidden, making it somewhat easy to miss. The place is quite small and a bit cramped, and some of the masseurs appear to be still undergoing training. Services are decently priced, though. Love the tea they offer when your massage is done!

Very bad service, they are moving back and forth the bed, because the space each bed could be smaller. They are not also fulfilling the time they scheduled, and will just tell you: " Sir, it will be done soon". Ater 10,20,30 and 40 minutes past, still their is not masseur. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY IN THIS BRANCH.

Love this place a way to relax to get ready for the week a good massage. Keep it up!

I was looking for a massage place near home, and was surprised that this place was quite near, with affordable prices. I availed their anniversary promo which included a foot spa, back massage, foot reflexology, hot stone massage, and foot scrub for 599 php. Rose, my massage therapist, was very courteous and really hit all the aching spots, especially in my back - leaving me very relaxed afterwards. The place is clean and quiet, despite being near the highway. Overall, experience was great. Will definitely come back. 😁

I saw the establishment online. and I was amazed of their prices at first I have already tried different spas but this one is the best. the Therapists are well trained and they have certificates. The Bathroom is nice. And the home blend tea is awesome. The tea they are giving is sweet not so much of a green or any tea that other people enjoys. the staffs are accomodating and specially they dont rush even you are their last client.

My back hurts a lot after the spa and their “full body massage for 250” isnt even a massage its just stretching which is quite misleading. Their service sucks don’t go here.

Well personally I would have given them three stars based on the fact that I have been to better but my partner felt she really liked it so I guess I'm putting her in view of this review as well. The workers are friendly but the job itself is not personally satisfying however I do understand that as a body builder not everyone can handle my body type so I guess someone with a smaller body will probably have a better experience here. Overall I think it's worth a shot.

I had the same issue with them sniffling while doing the massage but no mask. But they usually don’t cheat on the time as many of the others do, and I’ve had some very good massages there. There prices are reasonable too. I will admit that it’s not the cleanest.

Unsanitary and loud. They don't wear masks even if they're sick, they don't clean their hands even if they've held money. They talk loudly with other staff members while giving massages, even if it's just a back massage or head massage that's no excuse. I expected more since it's inside a mall and their prices aren't even cheap. I won't be returning again.

Very good all in all. All their masseurs are NC2 certified, meaning they are all trained into giving massages, their small spa also smells good; the place is somehow a little small, and some of the other guests can be too noisy at times but it's all good for the rate. 350php for 1.5hrs is a deal breaker here! Compare it to other massage parlors, that's pretty cheap but the quality of the massage is really good. :)

They scheduled us to our home service massage appointment to 8:30pm. Until now, we still keep on waiting for them to be on time. We kept calling and texting their number but no response. Where is the timeliness and professionalism of your service if you cannot commit it in the first place?

My friend and I came across this while strolling through Lilac Street, and decided to try it out. We both got the Combination Swedish and Shiatsu which costed P300 for one hour (and we got two hours each). I'm glad it was worth it. Our masseuses were really good (mine was named Michelle), the ambiance was right, and I especially loved their relaxing piano music (reminds me of the piano pieces played in the Final Fantasy games to be honest). I was also happy their tea was ginger flavored (salabat) because I had a bitnof cough too. Would definitely come back sometime! :)
