Only 1 functioning mens toilet, no bidet and reeks of urine.
The security is good.

The government should alot budget for upgrade and improvement of the terminal. Make it comfortable and organized. I think Davao city is lagging behind compared to other big cities in terms of terminal improvements and comfortability. It's chaotic.

The mall is amazing! It has everything you need!
Terminal is secure and has a bunch of bus going to anywhere in mindanao. The sad part is whenever i enter after security, you will always encounter a group of conductors in different busses asking a bunch of question and trying to force you to ride their bus
Its best time to visit for cycling and jogging is on early morning..
Nice view at night since it's December you can see all the place around sm moa , particular the changing of logo design
Thoug the terminal had old design which is not catchy to the eyes however the security was so tight compated to other terminal that I had been with. The people their were so nice and approachable and respected. They were also very disciplined especially their garbages and health management system. Their management were worthy to replicate in all other terminal in the country. They had dispersed their army to secure the checking of entrance as well as exit. Their toilet was clean and free. Very organize. The vendors were arrange in the corner. Very organized. I wished they would make renovation in their building cause the design was not modern. But all in all... Perfect....

Bus service is still limited as of the moment. Vans for hire are available in limid seating capacity
This is the main bus terminal in Davao City. It has buses plying routes for key cities of Mindanao such as Cagayan de Oro in the North.

Believe this is the biggest mall in Philippine

A big Mall with shops, restaurants and supermarket

It is not air conditioning in some area

Too many security check when move around even within the Mall

The facilities getting tired

Toilets really needed to keep it clean all the time and try much effort into this area, wet, dirty and smell

SM Mall of Asia with a variety of eateries, stores and entertainment options. It’s also a tourist destination, bring your friends and family when you visit the mall. Much more exciting to visit in the evening because of the lights and the people you see enjoying the place especially since the mall is facing the Manila bay. Good view.. There are two transport terminal in-front of the SM Mall of Asia Globe where you can commute to any destination you wanted to visit..

This is by far the most crowded mall i've ever been. I found most of the workers were unfriendly and unapproachable. Although i would be too if i had to serve thousands of guests a day for $12 a day. Prices are outrageous in the stores but it has a fantastic movie theater and fabulous restaurants too choose from
The bus terminal is secured, police are visible and security is given attention. It was dawn when I arrived and I was amazed that you can safely spend hours at the terminal by renting a folding bed. People are comfortable sleeping, though it must be really cold. It is situated in a location near motels and inn, convenience stores and fast food. The bibingka is a must try! They have pay toilet. The bus from Davao to Cagayan is almost every hour, other destinations like Butuan and nearby places are also available.
An integrated terminal in Davao City for routes to Gensan/Marbel to South, Tandag/Butuan/Cagyan to North. Bus agencies operating in tje terminal includes Bachelor Express, RTMI and Davao Metro Shuttle. Buses are either AirCon or Non-Aircon and Non-stop or several stops. The terminal is divided into two building, for south-bound and north-bound routes. Food stalls are available inside the terminal as well as stores offering famous "Pasalubong" like Durian Candy, Yema, Chicharon, Otap. Specialtu stores are also available in the canteen area like, Mister Donut, Red Ribbon, Goldilocks, WaffleTime and others. Buses are on a per schedule basis per route, better check first the schedule of buses on your route so you don't have to wait in the terminal for your bus.

Staff are not knowledgeable in what their doing. Came 1hr30mins earlier than ETA, handed out a printed ticket for verification, yet they wont able to put you on the right bus on the right time. Worst was you have to pay an extra cost for rebooking to a mistake you didnt make. Talked to the Supervisor, but he wont open his ears, and just fires with his loud mouth.. Youve got good buses, but full load of sh*t people working, or do they really?
Very convenient to all those who want to travel and at the same time roaming around the mall.
this is so amazing
Long queues on the security check but everyone’s very patient and cooperative.

Edit: everyone’s very impatient and rude.

If you’re heading south, esp Malita, expect to be delayed due to scarcity of Malita-bound buses.

This facility really needs revamping.
I love balamban

Jeepney terminal here. Convenient and more fair than taxis. Jeepney to closest MRT Station is 8 pesos/person.
All around bus.
They have a complete set of routes to choose from. I feel not lost when I'm here since they can take you anywhere. For a price of course.
