Best Art gallerys in Philippines

I visited the Bong Perez art gallery last week and enjoyed every minute . Mr Perez was hospitable and kind . He had a number of original pieces in his studio and I purchased one . I also purchased a numbered print that I love . I wish i could have purchased the original . The numbered print subject matter was 4 boys having fun with a water buffalo . I immediately fell in love with it . The original painting subject matter was what Mr Perez calls the "contrast of life" . The contrast of life paintings have the small simple homes of the everyday filipino contrasted against the background of massive skyscrapers . Perhaps highlighting the vast differences between the lifestyles of the rich and the poor .
Mister Perez is well regarded within the art community, having had a number of national and international exhibits and awards. I'm building a new house and i wanted to find something on my trip to the philippines that truly embodies the Flipino spirit and vibrant character . If i ever visit the Philippines again , I will certainly revisit his studio

An intimate space with 2 small gallery rooms. I'd suggest finding the artist at another venue or arranging a visit before trapsing out to the gallery. It is somewhat off the beaten path.

It's an outdoor area art gallery. Many statues and etc. I would like to see more though.
