The management team has two faced members working who misguide the customers and work for the loss of integrity of the company in general. These member/s lack basic ethics and should be held accountable for their conduct before its too late.
The management of Royal mall is looting its clients especially those who come to stay on rent. They don't have NOC for residential and therefore charge the residents for commercial electricity units as even the unit rate of bahria is already much higher. They have kept a micky mouse (shukran) who doesn't have ethics and sense to talk to his clients, he grabbed our security as we had to vacate earlier instead of following notice period. We repeatedly asked for owner number so that we should directly talk to him but they didn't provide us his number. We have left and Allah will compensate us for our loss but such people will definitely meet their destiny of being unfaithful.
Worst place to live so many problems. Buy flat if you can live without water since three months no water here. No Parking heavy maintainance charges. Still builder dominance and worst place. Even not good for rental residence.

So korangii residents have new shopping mart in area.. Aman orchid tower is located in korangi crossing... It is a huge mall that have thousand of shops including cosmetica,toys,mobile marts,dresses,baby items,food corner and so much... This is the biggest blessing for us having branded and awesome needs of life in nearest tower...

Decent place to live , no guest parking , so many food cart and hawker outside creating more difficulty for visitors parking. Cleaning and maintenance need to be improved my management

Recently moved in the building. The quality of construction is just amazing and the management is very cooperative and helped me settle down. I really loved the place as we have close access to all that we need. I strongly recommend buying your apartment in this complex as what I’ve seen in enclave so far Rajgan is the only builder providing possessions to competitive living.

Aman Orchid Tower and Residency, a well constructed commercial and residential building in the area of Korangi crossing, its really good place to live and have business setup. It's surrounded by thick populated area and nearby by to renowned Indus Hospital Karachi. Building's design structure is very good, at ground and mezzanine it has commercial area, where every type of shop is available i.e shoes, mobile shops, dry fruit shops, ladies and gents garments shop, food Street and Ajwa Super Mart at mezzanine floor, crockery shops etc, after mezzanine it has very huge car and motor cycle parking area and then first floor to 8th floor it has residential flats, where they have designed 03 categories of flats, single bed (studio apartment), two bed lounge and three bed lounge. Separate elevator lifts for residents from ground floor and car parking. Management or project is really good, friendly and service oriented staff. The main issue is that they didn't designed elevator lifts as per population usage otherwise everything is good here.

Although the buildings of Hina Heights are old but they are clean and organized from inside in terms of the compound and surrounded by wide roads and greenery of the coconut trees. It is a decent residence in block 17 of the Gulshan e Iqbal

This Apartment building is located in Bahria Enclave Islamabad is under construction right now. Bahria Enclave is beautifully designed and landscaped residential place. It's worth living. The only thing which I felt is, it is far off from Islamabad central locality.

These are residential apartments, at the moment has very bad smell and serious dranage issues. At ground floor few are commercial office spaces as well.
