I have just visited California Gulshan Block 4 Branch today. Food and taste were good as always, but the service was very poor and disappointing indeed. Order taker took my order and forgot to punch as he was handling huge tables in such peak hours after asking him many time finally he remembered that I need to be served too, and than another person came to me after 40min and reconfirmed my order and delivered after another 20/25min. I will never visit this branch in the future, I feel.

After having horrible experience when I visited 6 months back, I'd visited again today with my family and wait, everything was changed with a huge improvement. It was really amazing and food, staff, ambience everything was up to the mark. Especially, Mr. Osama who served us was a very humble and extremely professional person who is having some extra ordinary skills. Highly recommended since having wonderful experience, should be definitely visiting again soon
I wish I had the option of giving zero stars. I seriously don't know where to begin. Firstly, I ordered my pizza at 7:05 and was told to wait for 10 minutes, however, I didn't get my pizza till 7:35. Secondly, the size of the pizza was disappointing, given that I paid 800 Rs for the pan pizza+ 500 ml Coca cola. Absolutely dispicable.

Everything is good but needs to improve atmosphere.
We had a very Bad experience since they took 40 mins to get our order done and they gave us an attitude as if they are giving me for free.
A couple of weeks ago, we had experienced having dinner at this outlet, and out of our amazement, the taste was great, like we had not expected it to be this awesome. Thumbs up to their taste, and it feels like they are gonna capture the market soon with their taste. Would appreciate it if the quality, rates, and taste remain optimal.
It was the worst experience i had there!! Neither the pizza was meaty nor cheezy 🙄 I don't know what kind of pizza it was!! N was expensive too

Kudos to California pizza for hiring unemployed and blind people to their franchise because I just witnessed one at cash counter (yes this was cold sarcasm like their service). Upon ordering by pointing out the items from the menu, this person still managed to add other items and bill me for it. And didn't even bother to change it after asking (food was horrible BTW).
Utterly useless people! Will not be eating their pathetic food ever again.

I am sure there are many fans of Broadway Pizza but I was not much satisfied with the quality of Pizza. The bread was very dry and to push it down the throat was a challenge for me.

Average pizza with everything pretty much average. I was expecting a high-quality pizza but was so disappointed with the pizza there were hardly any meat toppings on it, waste of money. Won't recommend anyone.
Overall service need improvement but the food and quality is upto marks. I usually avail the Tuesday deal which offers value for money and meal.

A economical Pizza Outlet comparing with Dominos. The taste is ok, However, the management should focus on outlet outlook and atmosphere. The signboard lights were not fully functional, rain water was stuckup at the entrance. Some space for parking for cars and motorcycle can easily be arranged by the management.
They make amazingly delicious pizzas if you are looking for some economical price range then this one is for you. They offer various deals through out the year.

This branch needs serious improvement with respect to lighting, cleanliness, environment and utensils. ACs were not working properly. Washrooms were very dirty as if the cleaning was done once in the morning. Sitting area is very noisy and crowdy. Staff was OK. Food quality was also just about ok. Didn't enjoy my visit to this branch of Broadway Pizza.
Salam, a lot of noisy atmosphere even service standard was not up to the mark, no cleaning seen anywhere, I asked several time to boys to clean the floor but no use.

Good place, good people and good food.... I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars because the dinning area at ground floor was a bit small and it was feeling crowded almost all of the time. First floor was probably engaged in some sort of activities or so, that's why we have to manage it on ground floor. The environment was overall Good and Deals are also Amazing.

Tried their mall deal, the pizza tasted ok as it was hot, but it was not the cheese filled thin crust which is the signature of Broadway. A simple deep pan and you can't order all the flavor in the deal
We ordered 6 different flavors and I would say that all of them were best.

Had 20inch pizza with two different flavors and stuffed crust, once again upto mark although don't think it's for 7 people best for 5 people.Taste, service, Atmosphere was good

Although food is good but at that time we found "thick" layer of dough. Washroom is very messy.... play area was so so.... conclusion: not recommended at Bahadurabad branch.

I used to like Broadway Pizza but I recently tried it, we order deal above 2000Pkr it was more than enough for 4 of us.
However the crust had a peculiar taste, it was a bit soury, and we couldn't stand the taste of it and ended up wasting it. So not worth it.

The best pizza i ever had. Mouth watering, cheesy, affordable,... what else could be said., it was just yummmmmmm.They have a great toppings selection. The crust was so creamy that it made the Broadway special.. I have tried all the branches of Broadway but only the Luckyone branch is best.

Yeah..... The food was ....just okay! Not something to be very excited or discuss about.... I'm guessing that their main course has shifted from pizza to pasta or something else maybe....but not pizza.... definitely!!! Yes...there were times when Broadway pizza was serving good quality and tasty pizza.....but I'm afraid they are no more.... Besides....the seating arrangement was fine....not many changes over the years essentially.... Well behaved and well trained servers ...in fact I've noticed a couple of servers still working here.... Overall it was a fair experience. Possibilities of improvement are there and quality of the food needs to be upgraded.

Lucky one Broadway sent half opened pizza box without shopping bag. Pizza was small and cold. It could have been dropped on the road mistakenly by rider. They didn't sent puzzle gift which was included in the kids deal. Poor service!!
Tried their Chicago bold fold flavour yesterday, which was actually pepperoni flavour without spice. I ordered this because of low spice so kids can consume it easily. 13 inch large pizza was of 1099 pkr against mall deals only. We mostly order pizza from Broadway pizza joint because we like many flavours from their menu.

I ordered medium size pizza, taste was good then i ordered large size. They also offered me the discount on credit card of Askari bank. Recommended to use California Pizza especially Mexian taste. Their response is quite co operative. Satisfied to have meal from that shop.

Lack of deals, we wanted a jumbo pizza deal but it wasn't available. We had to go for 2 large pizza deal with Miami beast and Chicago bulls. We opted for meaty pizza and to my surprise meaty pizza was almost without meat. Very dissatisfied with the way they were helping customers. Ketchup was available. We had to request three times for tissues and they were giving a single piece of tissue paper. No to me. No value for money.
Worst ever pizza hut to visit. I ordered pizza with chicken tikka and fajita flavour. However they served only dow and cheese layer with extremely few chunks of chicken on the name of tikka and fajita....which you could accurately count even in a single glance. air conditioner was also U/S and only two pedestal fans that too were unable to stay fixed at one position. Will never ever visit again. In sha Allah

Worst experience. We visited Pizza hut saddar Karachi two times. Both times we have worst experience. Service is not good. Both times serving man said that have no new disposable glasses as well as tissue papers. They are providing used disposable glasses. Shame on this nonsense behavior.
Ordered Siracha pizza and there was no such sauce in it. The dough has become very thick. This is our second consecutive bad experience with them. Wait time for just a small pizza was 20-25 minutes. It seems that they are degrading both in terms of services and quality.

We were looking to try some new pizza so decided to try Bricklane Pizza. Its located at disco bakery road opposite Karachi University gate. We orderd 2 pizzas. The stuffing of cheese was good. The taste was average. The service was a bit slow plus no proper sitting arrangements. Overall average experience not good not bad.

Ordered large Chicago style stuffed crust pizza, taste was amazing pizza was hot and fresh, they have amazing deals. Loved the quantity and quality. Had deal 3 large pizza and 1.5 ltr drink.( they gave us the whole bottle of ranch which was just like Broadway's mayo garlic ranch).total bill was Rs 1000

The Super Supreme Pizza is very delicious! Its rich topping is full of cheese, mushrooms, pepperonis, olives and everything! We also ordered salad, cheese fries and cheese sticks. Salad was fresh and fries was soo delicious but cheese sticks was bit burnt from bottom. Overall satisfied with their service, food and ambiance. Staff is bit occupied on weekends but still very polite and kind. Menu is bit overpriced if compared with their competitors. Still, highly recommend!

Broadway seems like a good place to have pizza, with commendable presentation and ambience. but their tastes are too bland and boring. Though dough is very fine, stuffing in the crust needs to be replaced with cheese (for Heaven's sake!), coz the thing they are using instead of cheese lowers their bar further. Apart from this, Deals needs to be improved. Serving size of their box of appetizers is quite small. I love their potatoes filled with cheese. Something unique. But that is the only thing different about this place.

1-Deal has 3pizzas(large/regular/small) and those have huge thin crust.
2-less chicken. Less cheese.
3-soft drink glass was cost 120 pkr. Bt in the official site it says soft drinks will cost around 90pkr.

1-Deal has 3pizzas(large/regular/small) and those have huge thin crust.
2-less chicken. Less cheese.
3-soft drink glass was cost 120 pkr. Bt in the official site it says soft drinks will cost around 90pkr.

The worst experience with Pizza Hut so fat. My order came after 1 hr and 12 min. The staff were 2 teenagers who most of the time were hiding to avoid me for asking them about order
Sitting in Pizza Hut and waiting for my order from 01 hour 10 minutes (and counting), still no food. Their AC is out of order and they have pedestal fans all over the place.
So yummy so tempting I like the flavour and specially the bread of California it is really soft and crunchy it is the second best pizza in town prices are a bit high but the quality is good enough
