Miałem okazje skorzystać z usług tej firmy, która robi masaże wszelkiego rodzaju. Niestety masaż klasyczny to nie był strzał w dziesiątkę. Na początku było bardzo relaksująco i przyjemnie do momentu jak pani masażystka za mocno mi cisnęła kręgosłup gdzie po wyjściu i po godzinie dostałem strasznego bólu. Nie chciałem nic mówić w momencie masażu, bo było mi głupio, ale mnie bolał mocny nacisk łokciami na plecy. Spodziewałem się innego masażu klasycznego i się rozczarowałem. Na pewno tam już nie wrócę.

I would like to highlight and highly recommend the chemical peeling with Lactobionic acid - year-round moisturizing and soothing therapy performed by Kostancja. It was my first time trying such treatment and my feedback is overall extremely positive. Kostancja is a professional cosmetologist, she also provided me with some helpful and precised information about my skin’s health status, prescribed me some useful and precious skin care care products, she finally made me feel comfortable since the beginning.

The 45 mins in the salt cave are so relaxing that you end up sleeping for most of the time and then you wake with a sense of calmness

Od początku do końca bardzo miła wizyta. Masaż dopasowany do klienta. Na pewno wrócę i zdecydowanie polecam :)

Nice service, a lot of things from salt which you can buy, and the essential oils, nice reception room, when the toilet is awful, stinky, and not child friendly, not changing table, no hot water for hands.
Anyway I don't recommend for very small children, like around 1 y.o. We have had a bad reaction after 45 min session. But nice for older children, they have a playground with bunch of salt, lots of toys .

Very relaxing place. Is perfect after a working day. I very much enjoy the massaging chairs and the sound of the water from the wall fountain. Kids friendly, there is a play ground. I also went for the gongs session and it was a great experience. Highly recommend.
Unverhältnismäßig teuer, unfreundliches Personal. Wenig Liegen, kaum Ablagen. Die Wildwasserrutsche ist erst ab 1,6m Körpergröße erlaubt. Um von der Sauna zum Badebereich zu kommen, muss man nass durch die Umkleiden ins Treppenhaus. Es gibt keine direkte Verbindung. Wir kommen definitiv nicht wieder.
A touch expensive but plenty to keep a family with kids of 8 and 4 busy for up to 6 hours. Food is served there but is pretty basic. The soups are pretty decent.
Nein leider war das nichts für uns. Erster Schock: Parkplätze kosten hier pro Stunde 6 Zloty. Beachte man dass man hier recht hoche Eintrittsgelder verlangt. 2 Erwachsene und ein Kind kosten 300 Zloty was für polnische Verhältnisse enorm ist. Drin wirkte alles in die Jahre gekommen. Die Lampen über den Hauptpool sind Gelb und teilwese verschimmelt. Das Silikon in den Duschen teilweise schon trocken und kaputt. Das Wasser in jedem Pool frisch. Mit Kindern leider schwierig, dass sich Kleinkinder nicht so viel bewegen können wie Erwachsene. Das gelbe Mosaik im Hauptpool schon brüchig und splittert ab wenn man es berührt. Die gelbe Rutsche können Kinder benutzen, aber diese sich nicht wirklich vertrauensvoll aus. Wie erwähnt, alles wirkt in die Jahre gekommen. Der Kinderpool Becken war in Ordnung auch das man hier Schwimmbretter etc. Ausleihen kann. Der Imbiss im Bad war mittelmäßig. Sehr störend zudem, die laute Durchsage, wenn das Essen fertig war. Schlafen kann man hier nicht. Kinder schon drei mal nicht. Der Aussenpool zu kalt. Lange kann man dort im Winter nicht schwimmen. Also ein Aquapark mit viel Abwechslung ist das leider nicht. Preis-Leistung eine totale Niete! Wir kommen definitiv nicht wieder!!!!!
Great sauna/spa area, plenty of saunas to enjoy. The massages we got was great and very enjoyable. Be aware that in the sauna area you must be naked, only a towel allowed.
I had pain in my shoulders and back, the person who did the massage was absolutely professional and knew exactly what to do.. I left the place with a significant improvement of my back and shoulders. I highly recommend a massage in this place.
To była cudowna wizyta. Bardzo miła Pani od samego początku dbała o mój komfort. Dawno tak dobrze nie spędziłam czasu, wszystko było idealnie. Jeśli chcecie się rozluźnić i miło spędzić czas to z całego serca polecam Wam zafundować sobie taką formę dbania o siebie. Napewno wrócę i polecę każdemu :)
Wspólnie z córką skorzystałam z masażu relaksacyjnego i powiem jedno... ODPŁYNĘŁAM!!! i ja i córka. Było fantastycznie. Polecamy z całego serca. Atmosfera i przyjęcie bardzo miłe,przytulne, ciepłe miejsce.
Mamie bardzo się podobało. Wróciła zadowolona jak nigdy. Mówiła że jest tak zrelaksowana i wypoczęta jak po najlepszych rajskich wakacjach. Panie były bardzo miłe i profesjonalne. Spa jest naprawdę cudowne i godne polecenia
I have never been to such an expensive and bad sauna and I have been to many. The floor is dangerously slippery; in another country this pool would be closed for safety reasons. Everything seems very cold and unkempt. I paid €28 for 3 hours then I had to pay an additional €7 because I was in the swimming area. If only 10 people who read this don't go, my post will be worth it. I recommend that no one ever go there

Miejsce idealne na relaks. Nawet niewielka usługa wykonywana w tym miejscu, pozwala złapać chwilę oddechu od codziennej gonitwy. Pani Agata ma złote ręce, a jej spokój i fachowa wiedza, jak również promienny uśmiech, pozwalają poczuć się tak bezpiecznie, jak i wyjątkowo. Wysokie standardy obsługi klienta. Salon, do którego chce się wracać, bardzo polecam :)
Dziś (27.09) byłam w studio umówiona na masaż klasyczny pleców. Pani, która wykonywała masaż to złota osoba, nie wspominając o tym, że sam zabieg był bardzo przyjemny i relaksujący to podejście pani do klienta 10/10.

Wir waren 3 std mit 3 Personen im Aquapark. Und haben insgesamt 50€ bezahlt, da wir pro Person vom Hotel Tulip 15% Ermäßigung hatten. Die Bademeister sind wirklich sehr aufmerksam, was auch sehr gut ist. Die Anlage ist ok, könnte besser gepflegt sein. Es gibt viel Abwechslung, allerdings fehlte mir ein Springbereich. Es gibt leider wenig Liegen und kaum Fächer/Regale, wo man seine Sachen ablegen kann.
I recently visited Aquapark Sopot, and I had an amazing experience! The waterpark is clean, well-maintained, and offers a wide range of thrilling water slides and attractions. It's a perfect place for families and friends looking to have a fun day out. I can't wait to visit again!

I used to love this hotel. after the last time, we arrived by car at 5 am, it was raining outside, no one left to meet and tell where to park. there was no place for parking, everything is occupied. away from the main entrance. in the morning at 9 am, we were sleeping, the sign was cheerful, do not disturb! call and say to rearrange the car! who's problem? if there is no person at night who will help with parking, let the person who is at the reception come out? Or is everyone afraid to get wet at night from the rain? Why do hotel workers sleep at night?! And wake up at 9 am in the morning? terrible !
It is perfectly located just right next to the old town. Staffs were very nice and kind, loved breakfast, and on top of them, loved the amenities the hotel offered.

My second visit to Warsaw provided the opportunity to enjoy the welcoming hospitality and beautiful property of Hotel Bristol. Beautiful room overlooking the palace and towards the old city provided gorgeous sunset views during our stay. And the concierge helped make a coveted reservation for dinner and additional recommendations for our dinners that provided perfect settings for a mama-daughter trip. I originally visited and stayed at Hotel Bristol in 2019, swore I would return…and make the same promise now. This is a fabulous home for your visit to Warsaw and can’t wait to return!

This hotel has become my favourite! The design in the architecture, the service, the pool & spa area. It all made for a great stay in Warsaw. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a romantic getaway.

Check in process took longer than expected but the hotel itself is fantastic. We visited the spa while we were here and it was excellent. Everything was very clean, the pool temperature was perfect. The tiles are incredibly slippery when wet so do exercise caution. We will definitely stay here again.

Elysium Spa to komfortowe i klimatyczne miejsce, można sie tam wpełni zrelaksować. Dziewczyny przesympatyczne , profesjonalne, widać że lubią co robią i sie na tym znają. Polecam wszystkim.

Bardzo miło i kameralnie. Peeling ok, ale masaże sa nieprofesjonalne,widać,zę nie mają o tym pojęcia. Pani uciska bolesne punkty(sploty nerwowe),nie podkłada wałków pod stopy. Widać brak pojęcia o anatomii. Nie polceam nikomu,w szczególności osobom z jakimś problemem z kręgosłupem.
Dostaliśmy z mężem voucher na masaż relaksacyjny we dwoje i realizacja go w tym miejscu to strzał w dziesiątkę!

Uwielbiam masaże i różne zabiegi spa, więc mam z czym porównać żeby ocenić.
Było bardzo zimno, leżałam pod dwoma kołdrami i nadal było mi zimno. Powiem szczerze - nie udało mi się docenić masażu, bo zimno było jak w lodówce. Wcieranie scrubu na suchą skórę, zimnymi rękami i w chłodnym pomieszczeniu mnie bardziej stresowało niż rozluźniało. Nie polecam.

The place is nice, but it is not relaxing at all. There are 3 rooms in the cave. The best one is fully dark room, but unfortunately only 5 places there. Then there is riding room with 3 working sports (1 chair is broken) and the biggest room is together with kids section.

We arrive at the place 15 min before the session and there were already people inside. Unfortunately we were unlucky and we had a place in the big room where is also kids section. Door was constantly opening during the session because new kids were coming and 2 left with their parents.
Kids are crying, screaming, throwing stuff around. It was everything else, but not relaxing.
I could suggest to have sessions only for parents with small kids.

Nice place, not so big to be honest but all pool and sauna facilities were available. I tried most of the slides and even got a little bit of swimming in the outside pool. I was glad that I could use my sports package benefit from the office and my kids had lots of fun. The reception had a Lovely aquarium with gold fish.

Place of calm solitude in bustling Cracow city center. Great place to relax and immerse in halotherapy. BIG PLUS for being child friendly and at the same time separating a quiet zone - I personally use both of these options depending on circumstances.
Went to the salt cave. Generally looks good, clean, nice for kids. The dressing/change area is very small and when there are many people it is just unbearable. The cave is too warm with bad ventilation and stinks of all the people's feet. Service terrible. And there are about 20 signs about what you are supposed to do or not with the personnel running around like police officers. Very unnerving atmosphere because of that.
Had a back massage, was very good and helped my aching back a lot.
