They close the store at 20:00 not at 21:00 on Saturday 13.07.2024 They force you out of the shop at 20:00. They close the garden at 20:00 exactly and then they harass you when you try to browse. The rest of the shop. I came specifically for evening shopping to beat the crowd. I arrived at 19:45 and by 20:00 they had an announcement telling everyone to leave. Absolutely unacceptable. Instead Intend to make my purchases at Obi.

Well-equipped home improvement store with helpful staff. If you are from USA, its similar to our Home depot or Lowe's stores.
The best place to shop for home improvement and plant selection. I buy only in Leroy Merlin because of the best-informed staff of the store, taking into account all DIY supermarkets. although the prices are very high lately! fern in a pot…. I my God…🤪

The options look much cheaper than in Leroy Merlin, Komfort Home, or IKEA. It depends on what you are looking for.
Ok but very rude staff, most of them look like they hate their jobs and want to die. Sitting at the info points ignoring people standing right in front of them. Rude both to foreigners and locals.

During the transport, 4 tiles broke. I've talked to then, sent the evidence of the broken tiles, went to the store, filed a complaint, all that to have it not accepted, saying I was the one who broke them, because I didn't store the materials correctly. Even though I explained that the tiles were delivered under a pile of ~200 kg and I couldn't just unload all of then from the pallet, they didn't care. In the end I had to buy 4 new tiles so I could finish the floor.
Their customer service is pretty bad.

I am extremely delighted with how friendly and helpful the staff is and it offers that help before I even had a chance to ask for it. I hope that the store manager appreciates the people working for him as not many stores have such a wholesome workers in them.

Huge offer and plenty of any materials for indoor and outdoor. Actually you can find anything you may need for building the house. Definitely will visit again.
My wife and I went to the store to plan our bathrooms for our new house, we were looking for some one that would speak English to help us, because we do not speak Polish yet, and that was when we found Jacek Pikulski, he did everything he could to help us, always very friendly and willing to help us even with the language barrier! We have had some meetings to complete both of our projects and he was very patient explaining us about all the details that we should be aware of when planning the bathrooms, showing us all the materials in the store, and modifying the project whenever we wanted to change something. Even during the payment process, he was kind enough to take us where we needed to go to get our credit approved and helped with translation. We really recommend him to everyone that wants to create an amazing project with an amazing person to help you during the journey.
Excellent service and one stop shop for your home. We purchased floor panels, doors and all stuffs for bathroom materials and the design and service from JACEK PIKULSKI was wonderful. Being a foreigner it is normally difficult to communicate but Jacek made this part very comfortable. We would definitely recommend him.

From light bulbs to tiles.This shop has everything you need for your construction needs. The staff is really friendly and for those of us that do not speak the local language there are employees that speak English.
The employees always know where is the thing that you want to buy. They'll help you as much as they can. The place is always clean, with the right temperature (never too hot never too cold) and yes, you'll find everything there

Despite decreased number of customers due to Pandemic sometimes you can observe queues. All the materials are easy accessible and with affordable prices. Customer assistant are willing to help at any time.
Nice looking, quite well assorted shop. Good for amateurs building or fixing something on their own and for professionals looking for some quick essentials. A lot of basic products and tools, so if you are not looking for a very specific, professional stuff it will probably be there. Prices are slightly elevated, but after all it is mor of an supermarket than construction/tool shop. Staff is mostly helpful and nice when asked, but sometimes they look angry or tired, so approaching them to start a conversation may be a challenge 😅.

Tak drogi zespole Armet...wystawiam negatywne komentarze w miejscach gdzie jeszcze uprzejmość i dbałość o klienta jest rzeczą nieznaną. Wrażliwy jest Pan jak dziewica a przecież prawdziwa cnota krytyk się nie boi. Komunizm już dawno upadł ale gdzieniegdzie dawne przyzwyczajenia zostały. Co mi zrobisz?... Ja za ladą... I sarkazm z dywanem utwierdza mnie tylko w przekonaniu o właściwości opinii nt. miejsca i osób które odpowiedziały na mój komentarz. Więc tylko jedna gwiazdka

Chyba przydałoby się większe zainteresowanie właściciela i przeszkolenie pracowników w profesjonalnym podejściu do klienta albo wymiana personelu

The place has everything you could want from a Reno store. Great selection, most items in stock, prices are good but be aware that small towns sometimes have higher prices then their large town store on some items so if you are in a large city you are getting a better deal.
Awful service ever. I don't know how it is even possible such bad customer's attitudes. First, we bought from the internet, come here, out of krakow. but internet didn’t work and we can’t take our stuff. And couldn’t pay with card. And while we were out to take cash from the card, they took somewhere our good. And it was the last one available at the shop it takes some time to find it. Now we need also cancel internet payment to return our money back.
I bought a heavy sink, expensive one. After coming home and opening the package I saw that the product is second hand or right from the exhibition. Full of dirt, scratches and deformations. No chance to go back to the store with this product to change it for me. If you want to feel like stupid and scammed, choose Castorama.

Plenty of assortment and somewhat knowledgeable staff, but with a store this big I expect workers to help me find stuff (instead of just pointing and saying "that way"). Also since it's DIY/Home Improvement, being willing to give advice goes a long way.
Terrible customer service. The returns department starts closing all the registers 20 mins before 9pm and they don’t care that there is a line of 3-4 people waiting to return their merchandise. I gave up because I still wanted to buy something from the store before they close but I when I walked up again to the returns after I paid the mean lady in short hair told me to “fuc* off”.
I guess the owner pays them until 9, but its bad for the customer and business overall. I will shop somewhere else next time.

Pretty much like every Castorama.The collection point for small electronics for recycling inside the main entrance is very hand though.
Zdarzyło mi się być kilkukrotnie klientką tego sklepu i zawsze wychodzę z uśmiechem na twarzy. Profesjonalne podejście do klienta, obsługa sklepu posiada szeroką wiedzę i potrafi doradzić w każdej sprawie. Projekty wykonywane były szybko i sprawnie. Towary dostarczane były przez sympatycznych dostawców, zgodnie z wcześniejszymi ustaleniami dlatego dla nich też duży plus! Polecam serdecznie ☺️
Jedna z najlepszych hurtowni instalacyjnych w Białym. Mają oddziały i sklepy w różnej części Polski, stąd zawsze można dostać u nich dobre ceny. Polecam!

Very helpful staff, some even speak English. This shop is massive so arrive there as early as possible. If you know what you want saves time buying online then go there just to pick up.
